They have some decent prices and likely a few crazy good deals (Ive seen new target brand toddler shirts for .50¢) but some things are not a good deal at all and can be found cheaper at Walmart. Overall, its a good place to kill some time as products chance frequently and you may be able to get some large discounts so long as you pay

Way over priced for damaged items shop at Sams club or Costco for a portion of the price

What you would expect. Lots of overstocked, returned, out of box items at discounted pricing. Selection varies, but theres linens, furniture, office supplies, canned and shelf stable food products, tools and equipment... Worth a gander if youre looking for something, but not necessarily needing a specific item. Store could be more organized, but Id imagine itd be an exercise in futility with the constantly changing inventory.Oh... Good selection of large rugs at good prices.

Ive not been in quite awhile & I have missed it!! Its all in the power of the hunt & the find!!!!! I found so many great things, we me & my friend! She got a beautiful soft fuzzy robe full length for just only $8.00!!! I got Hot Wheels for my great grandson for only 99 cents & an outfit my great granddaughter for only $4.10 - just crazy what you cam find AND the people who work there are extremely helpful & friendly!!! Need I say more 😋😃

I always have a GREAT overall experience while shopping here!! Everyone from the cashiers to the store manager were all very helpful and friendly. If you are purchasing large items they’re always willing to help you load your vehicle. I would definitely recommend checking this store out. You never know what great deals you will find. Warning, if you go you will get addicted. I didnt know it was am outlet store until someone told me about it. Its mostly open box Costco and Sams Club. My first time 3 years ago I bought a $400 portable AC for $123 and its still awesome and super cold. Then I bought an open box carpet shampoo machine. Its amazing. I still love it. It was a new one on the market. It still sells in stores for $300 I paid $68 it has a crack but does not affect function, funny to this day I have not found the crack. Everything has a reason for discount. Great parking. Restrooms and enough staff to answer questions. Its a little hot at times just go early or in the evening.

You need to watch the prices!! Some are higher then the current prices in the store (mostly from Costco). One smoker grill stated, “Original Price - $235.99; Discounted Price -$251.99!!! Not a joke! Didn’t ask them about this situation, but overall pricing on the items are near or exceeding “new” prices at Costco. BEWARE!!

MUST! be careful when purchasing anything. Open and inspect, if it operates with batteries ask employees to get some so you can try b-4 you buy. Great buys just be aware.

Visit this store a couple of times a year when we have flown to visit family in Sacramento. Can hardly wait till we DRIVE so I can load up the truck with some of these great bargains! When we were there this past August, I was greeted with a smile and wonderful Customer Service. Have to give a SHOUT OUT to Steven Townsend, OUTSTANDING employee that should be named KING of Customer Service!

Love this store. Just have to watch some of the prices. An be careful on some of the products. They state they open an try out the product but thats a lie bought a few things that didnt work an had to bring them back. Also do not like that you only have seven days to bring product back an dont get money back only store credit or exchange.

First time to Big Box outlet store today 7/25/19. Lots of food products but not a lot of other household kitchen items or stationery. The Cashier could get more customer service training. No greeting nor say thank you upon checkout.

This is a great place to shop for bargains if you know what youre looking for. A lot of their merchandise comes to them by way of Costco. Like, their running shoes are a bargain. These are shoes that have been returned from Costco online shoppers. Some are used, some are brand new, and when Costco get returns for any reason (clothes, shoes, pots, vacuum cleaners etc) they dont put them back into inventory, they sell them out in job lots very cheap and they wind up at Big Box.Its worth a little sight-seeing trip if youre a shopper. Beware of the home appliance. Theyre often missing important pieces and youre buying everything as-is.

The prices are not what a typical person would call outlet or discounted. The average discount was about 10 to 20%. Considering that they only sell used things, thats not a good deal at all. Dont waste your time here. You can get the same items on sale at a typical store and they will be new unlike this place.

Dont really feel that the prices are very good overall. I bought a beautiful rug there and got a great deal. Im sure if you are looking for brand name discounts this is a place to try.

Big box is awesome, Ive purchased so much furniture for half the price of what I would pay at other stores! Sometimes you have to come back if your looking for a specific item, but when I do, I always find something else to buy too. Prices are lower than other stores and they do there best to always be cheaper than Walmart, Costco, and Target!!!!

This used to be reasonably priced store. Now many items cost more then in the Costco! They seem to be hoarding items now.....I dont see this being around very long.

It is disorganized and can get messy, but thats kind of what youd expect from a store like this. The deals here are unbeatable (Calvin Klein Jeans for $5, anybody?), and because almost all their inventory is from Costco, the quality of their products is great. However, there are two types of goods here: stuff that Costco no longer sells and stuff that is damaged in some way. Make sure you check what youre buying so you always end up with brand new stuff in perfect condition.

This place is really hit or miss. Most prices are more expensive than Costco or Amazon and youre getting an opened box item. But I have found some good deals after some hunting.

This store is a little different but I got a great deal on a beautiful rug for my living room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pretty good experience. Most items appear to be returns and are sold as-is. The prices for many items are very reasonable. The exception to this are shoes and electronics.

Its a great price. Good deal on clothing and random items. But not everything is on the cheap. So Always check. But overall its a good store.

Always something different and sometimes you find a great bargain. If you purchase furniture or electronics from there you need to really check it out! Because returning it is very difficult and sometimes not allowed. Just because it says tested you need to really check it out and save yourself the headache of dealing with the store to get your money back. I know it has happened to me!

This place is GARBAGE, literally junk that didnt sell at costco!! The pictures shown online make it look great but when you get there, boy are you in for a surprise.. I literally walked in tgere for like 5 minutes and left
