This is for the delivery persons that came to my house onOctober 24, 2021, at 2:30pm. They were professional anddid a really good job. They put the bed where I wanted itand put some covers on the bottom of the legs for me.They were polite and were very efficient and got the jobdone in a timely manner. I would like to thank them again.I dont remember getting another code so I used this one.All of your employees so far were very good! I would givethem a 10, Thank you!

Initially my adjustable bed frame was too high (approx. 12?) ; so I called & they offered me a FREE Accommodation Adjustment. The 2 techs unscrewed the approx 4 portions of the 2-part posts, leaving the approx. 8 portion of post on the frame. They were quick, efficient & thorough - I couldnt ask for anything better! The height seems to be good now.

We have been to three different mattress firms and have been researching which mattress to invest in and by far Justin at the Mattress Firm Howe Bout Arden Center was BEYOND AMAZING!! Very enthusiastic, and great listener to our needs. He really presented and showed genuine interest, care and claws very personable. Great customer service, wasn’t pushing any agenda and provided suggestions and made great recommendations. These folks are great! I was in to get a mattress cover that was supposed to be there, according to a Mattress Firm at a different location. But they were sold out of it and the computer database had not been updated. So unbelievably, the woman who was so graciously working for me offered to sell me a much more expensive one for the much lower price I had been looking for! I left with a huge smile on my face, and a great feeling about the workers at the store.

The delivery guys set up my adjustable base in no time! They were very knowledgeable in explaining all the features of my adjustable bed.They were courteous and very professional.Thanks Again!

First off, I have to say that buying a new mattress was not something that was on the top of my radar. As a new teacher, I wanted to spoil myself with some nice sheets, a new duvet cover, and possibly some new pillows. With that being said, I had my mind made up until I met Ms. Jennifer Hitchcock; this woman is a rock star! I had ABSOLUTELY no intention of purchasing a mattress, let alone an adjustable base. Oh! And did I mention my mattress has massagers? So, long story short, Ms. Hitchcock listened, acknowledged, and heard my concerns...believe me, I had about a million and one questions and she answered all of them with knowledge and a smile. Before the transaction was over she explained to me how much she loved her job because she was able to help people get a good night sleep. Her sentiment didn’t truly sink in until my new, amazingly epic bed was delivered, and I was able to bask in the glory of what was my new cloud of heaven. Listen: I know what you’re thinking, it’s just a bed and not like a new car or something...do you realize how much money we as a society spend on cars?? Anyway, I’m getting sidetracked, but my point being that I have NEVER slept as well as I am these days. I continue to make payments on a car that is nice, gets me from point A to point B, and is mostly reliable, but if I could trade in my car for another mattress, I would! In the words of the wise Ms. Hitchcock, “the world would be a much kinder place if we were all able to get a good, solid night’s sleep.” These words ring in my ear every morning I awake at the crack of dawn, and I smile as I flatten out (remember, adjustable base!) my luxurious mattress and all its accoutrements; I think, “I am beyond elated that I listened to the beautiful soul at Mattress Firm that educated me on how we, as hardworking individuals, deserve to feel each and every morning we awake: refreshed, energized, happy, ready to tackle another day of classroom after classroom of unruly teenagers.” I cannot thank you enough, Ms. Jennifer Hitchcock. I had the most wonderful experience at Mattress Firm at Howe and Arden. I went in to help a friend buy a bed. Our sales rep was Jennifer. What a wealth of knowledge she was. She explained every feature of every bed we tried. She also demonstrated the features of the adjustable base. We left the store with a new bed for my friend ( she already had an adjustable base when she purchased the bed she was returning for her new one) and I purchased an adjustable base fir the bed I purchased last spring from another Mattress Firm store. First time I have ever been shopping for a new bed.My old bed was 30 years old. I did my homework and my son drove up from Southern California to pick out my new bed. Christopher was the absolute best to work with! It was my first time purchasing a new mattress after the years of hand-me-downs and I was a little overwhelmed with all of the information on the Internet, comparing brands and materials, but he broke it all down nicely. I didn’t feel pressured at all to buy and he was very aware of when to give me a few minutes to test out the mattresses so I wouldn’t feel awkward with someone hovering. I didn’t even have to ask questions because he provided all of the information in an organized way that I could actually absorb. Very refreshing experience compared to some sales associates that info-dump and try to overwhelm people for the sale. Whatever I was worried about before coming into the store was pretty much put at ease by Christopher. Someone give him a raise haha.

Tom was amazing. We came in and there was a kids play area set up to keep my boys occupied while we looked at beds and mattress for the boys. He assisted us with trying out different twin mattress and told us about specials going on right now. It took us less than 10 min to pick the bed. He was informative and gave advice about what he does for his own family’s bed needs.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.Pro: good selection of mattresses.Cons: misleading description of what their financing is/how it works from the sales associates, inability to follow through with what they say they will do regarding agreed upon follow up for issues, and a general inability to solve any issue that isnt simple or straightforward. A general attitude of, Well, our system wont let us do that, sorry is pervasive.Ive never been somewhere that does not want to solve your issue so that you come back in the future, especially after spending thousands of dollars. Additionally, I never knew it could be so hard to pay for something in full in lieu of financing.Ive never gone somewhere that has an inability to do returns/exchanges and makes anything you ask seem like its a major hassle and inconvenience. This seems to be a systemic problem from the management level down to the sales associates.Be very way of their financing. I went back to the store multiple times to try and fix the issue, all to no avail. Each time, the associate blamed it on another associate and the manager blamed it on their new system (which happened to be 6 years old, as the manager later told me).I will never shop at this (or any other) Mattress Firm again.

This is the second purchase I have made from here. My first purchase was last year and I came back for my master bedroom this time. I have ALWAYS received amazing service from this location and I used the no interest financing plan. I was a bit concerned but the issue some people may have with it is you can’t make payments in store but you can pay in full through the financing banks website with no prepayment penalty and no interest. It is totally free of fees and interest, so no biggie for me, I’ll pay online with no complaints. Can’t wait for our new bed!

I purchased two mattresses from here - a nectar plush and a sleepy doze plush. Both my visits were awesome - in and out in 30 minutes. Unlike other mattress firms, they are not at all pushy and i have always got the best price here. Kudos to the management and the sales team.I would strongly recommend shopping here for your mattress needs even if you have to travel (since mattress firms are everywhere).

Our sales rep was amazing. He helped put our minds to ease after previously having issues with another mattress company. He really took the time to have us try each type of mattress to narrow down what it is that would work best for my boyfriend and I. From the moment I called in to enquire about appointments to the second we walked through the door, we felt like we were at a friends house. Katie welcomed us with open arms (socially distant) and showed us everything our hearts desired. Could not have asked for an easier or more pleasurable experience. Highly recommend
