Very dirty restrooms employees were standing around like they dont have a job near the restrooms ... Because of covid you think Sanitation Would be appropriate

I buy my k cup coffee from B, B, & B. They are one of 2 places that carry the Barista Prima Italian roast decaf I like. And they usually send me a coupon right about the time Im running out. Funny how that works 🤔. In any case I order it on line for pick up. They message me when my order is ready. I go in, ID myself and away I go. Easy, quick, simple, and a good price.

Variety selection of quality products, plenty of choices for my new home

Considering what the last year has been like, I would say that this business is doing a great job with its merchandise. One is still able to find great merchandise at awesome prices.

It was interesting. I found what I was looking for and the cashier was nice but the little goofy dude with the headset stalked me the whole time. Im guessing cause my purse is one like a small backpack so...😅!! I guess we, as women, are not supposed to use these in stores as this was not the first time this has happened. Oh well, follow away!!

I rarely come in anymore but I do love walking through. Had to buy towels and while I got a bit lost due to reorganizing since last time it was an easy visit. I feel like they have cut back on print/theme towels though

Friendly staff. Just wish everything wasnt so high priced. They do send you 20% off one item coupons once in a while. If they are still making money after that then you know they could lower the prices and still make money.

A great place to find anything for the bed or bathroom. We were looking for bed sheets and found lots of variety of thread count and colors, but the selection was often not complete across the sizes.Everyone wore masks and it felt covid safe.

The store was really clean, & the personal was friendly.

I placed an order (2 loft beds for my kids) on April 9th, it was supposed to be here on the 16th. Today is the 21st and it still hasnt arrived. Customer service says wait 24 -48 hrs to see what happens! Never again.

They didnt have DRI towels. Looked in clearance. But I love BBB

The worse service ever experienced! Everyone seemed to be new hires and lack of knowledge on the inventory. Check out was a complete nightmare, went from the first checker who had a problem with register to the main checkout, waited there for 10 minutes then sent back over to another checker. Spent over Eighty Dollars and wanted to use my ten dollar coupons (spend 30 dollars and get 10 dollars off) normally I could use 2 coupons but was told I could only use one. My visits to Bed, Bath & Beyond will definitely be limited in the future. Customer service and lack of inventory knowledge will be very detrimental to this business. 😡

I really like this store except out of five items I had to go find someone to get prices. I really dislike shelf only pricing. No labels and many mismatched shelf to item. Frustrating.

Large store but not always well stocked. Always have a problem with coupons, whether in store or online. Plus they cancelled the shipment of my husbands Christmas gift three days before Christmas, claiming they were out of stock and that I would be refunded, while their website still listed the product as available for sale. So I had to scramble and pay extra for fast shipping at a different store to get a new gift for my husband.

Registered here for wedding. The woman that we made the appointment with was extremely helpful. She was also very knowledgeable about new products!

Ordered some items online for pickup and for so.e reason one item was mailed to me. This is more about their confusing website The entire experience took about 45 minutes to sort out.

The bedding with surprisingly cheaper than at target other than having a store full of employees but only using one to do register doesn’t make any sense it’s a good thing they have scanners all over the store because over half the stuff doesn’t have price tags on them or the labeling is off or the product is in the wrong place

They do not honor the price match guarantee. Saw a big sign on entry stating they will match any price and thought will they really honor this? Saw an infomercial for a My Pillow for Standard Queen medium fill TV price plus a free pillow case for 19.99. They had Standard Queen medium fill for 39.99. Got My Pillow on the phone confirming price. Manager did not honor price. Shame on you guys.

This store has a lot of stuff for the home. There are things I didnt know I needed and lots of stuff I dont need. I find prices high compared to Ikea and Ikea is incomparable in its display. BB&B is stacks and shelves of stuff that does not make it so appealing to buy. And the staff are kind of like robots rather than knowledgeable and helpful people.

Full of cool stuff that you just dont find in any other store. Too much fun to shop here...ALWAYS bring your discount coupon...dont shop with out it

I like this place because it is very close to where I live! It actually has very good deals and I also like the fact that they were so welcoming and their customer service was awesome! Purchased an item online. Didnt even open the package because I didnt want it anymore. Went through the return process online where it gave me an option to return it in store. Came to this store to return the item. Elma refused the return saying she couldnt resale the item because its an online item only and she would have to eat up the cost so I would have to return the item online. Bad customer service. Go to a different location to make your purchases and returns where they offer better customer service. Not a customer issue to help stores meet sales quotas.
