I attempted to go to this store at 3:30 today (Monday) and the doors were locked with no signs to indicate why. Its within normal hours of operation but they seem to be able to close whenever they feel like it

I worked with a young man on text who was very helpful making sure my order would be delivered as scheduled. Even DJ the sales person double checked to make sure everything was good. Since when I went to track it was not showing. When deliveries same day done differently.Bottom line everyone was fantastic. Even the 2 young men who delivered it were polite and did their jobs.

Randall was knowledgeable and helpful. Made sure my pricing matched online offer and although the mattress I bought wasn’t in stock to try out, he had another mattress with a similar firmness for me to check out. And the 120-night sleep guarantee is quite reasonable. I would recommend this store.

Great customer service! They had a huge sale the sales associate, Elisha, was very helpful explaining and comparing the mattresses for us. Also very helpful explaining their financing offers and delivery scheduling I would recommend this location.

*Update* The store worked with me and honored the purple return policy!I didnt have any issues with the store in general. The financing application took 30 minutes. I purchased the purple mattress but it did not work for me. I wanted to return it for a refund, as purple has a 100 night guarantee, but was told it would cost $500 (20%) to return the product. If I purchased it from the purple online store, it would have been $0 out of pocket. Of course the restocking fee was never mentioned. Half the reason I bought the mattress was because of the guarantee. Either buy direct online or shop the store knowing youre throwing money away if the bed doesnt work for you.

I’m happy to say, at first I was only thinking about a new bed because the last time I bought from mattress firm I was very disappointed with my purchase. And because it was a floor display I had to live with it. But After living with it for 2/12 years I Had enough . Long story short. My sales associate Marlon was Empathetic. And was trying to help me figure out what to do. No pressure at all just helpful. I found the new mattress I thought would work and its going to be delivered tomorrow. I’ve had yet to sleep on it but I think it’s going to work out just fine. I’m very thankful to Marlon for his efforts to help. me. Sincerely Deborah

I have never bought a mattress before but shout out to Elisha who impressed me beyond belief with her amazing customer service as she worked the whole store by herself, had to deal with me and my million questions as well as take care of a delivery I walked into the middle of. I could not have asked for a better buying experience or an associate with better knowledge who really knows how to sell and make it painless. I ended up going with a mattress on her recommendation and after a week on it I can honestly say Ive never slept on anything more comfortable. I had planned on going to another location and had planned on buying a different mattress but I am so thankful that I ended up at the Marconi location working with Elisha and taking her great recommendation based off of her even greater knowledge of the product she has. 10 stars if I could.

I had bought a frame and it had a malfunction. I called up and spoke to Brandy, and after trying to get it replaced throught the warranty people to no avail, Brandy had it replaced within a few days. Brandy has excellent customer service! Very kind and polite. Thank you so much Brandy

Marlon took a large amount of time to make sure he understood our needs. He explained the details of each bed and then allowed us to test them without feeling pressured. We even left to go to another store that sells the same mattress, but came back because of him.

Brandy helped both my wife and I make the difficult choice of buying a new bed that would best serve both our needs. No pressure, just good information, space and time to make this decision. Buying a bed can be confusing and stressful. It’s a big commitment and can be very expensive - but in less than an hour at mattress firm today, my boyfriend and I found exactly what we wanted and saved a lot (seriously a lot) of money!The store was spotless and we were provided with disposable pillow covers for when we’d lay on the beds. Brandy Brizuela was so so nice and helped us figure out what we needed. Seriously, she really knows mattresses! I like more firm mattress and my boyfriend likes his softer. After showing us 5 mattresses, we left with a hybrid plush mattress and are very confident we made a great choice. Loved these beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. I believe there were allot to choose from. I havent really had time to compare their prices against their competitors so I cant tell you if your getting a good deal or saving money. But I know any home would be happy with a new bed.

Apparently when Sleep Train became Mattress Firm, it lost some of its appeal. ST did free same-day delivery (if you bought before 2pm). MF charges 100$ for next day.The employees were great, though. If youre not in a hurry and dont mind an expensive mattress, this is the place for you. I guess.

Walked in today looking for a long overdue new bed for the hubby and I. We were greeted by Angela (I am spelling her name wrong actual spelling is much more beautiful). She was super helpful without any pressure or making you feel like she was selling you. Being in a sales and customer service background I know how difficult that is.She let us take our time and knew answers to all of questions. She provided us with pertinent information and we learned a lot that helped us feel sure of our decision. She completely took care of us and got us the best deal possible without asking or feeling we needed to bargain.We ultimately decided ok the purple 4 mattress with adjustable base. The store manager Marlon and all the associates here are wonderful people, big shout out to James and Mike also! They really do want to help people get the right bed for you. We were given plenty of time to try our beds and we found it! It took me and my wife about two hours to find it, mainly because we wanted to get the right one. I highly recommend to take your time and find the right one. The experience at this location was exceptional due mainly to not only the comfortable bed but the people that work here. If it’s in your budget I also highly recommend the Serta iSeries adjustable base. Going into zero G on the base makes going to bed so easy! Again, I cannot express how great the experience for getting the right bed to sleep on. I cannot wait to go home and sleep!!!

I cannot say enough about the customer service from the Town & Country- Sacramento location of Mattress Firm, but it was really much more than that....My husband had been in the hospital for almost a month, newly diagnosed with stage 4 cancer (&other things). I had put off for a long time getting new beds for the kids and I, but the day we finally went into Mattress Firm before going again to the hospital, i met the manager Kyle, he asked me how my day was going and I told him not so good,  after letting me tell my story he then told me that it just happened to be the anniversary of his wife who had  passed away from cancer. He told me he understood and that he didnt want me to worry about anything and then he would take care of us.   Not  only did he give us much more than an awesome deal on beds and extras- you took the time to ask how I was doing,  how my kids were doing, shared stories of our spouses, reminded me to take care of myself. You told me not to worry, that you would take care of it all, and you even thrilled the kids by letting them jump on the beds.  The whole time I was there you gave me the freedom I needed and the break from worrying about it all.  Kyle, yes we lo e the beds, the deal was amazing & I cant thank you enough but what I really want to Thank you for was your true concern and sincerity. The way you handled everything only with professionalism but with Humanity .  I know that your wife would be so proud of you and I hope you know youre always in our thoughts and prayers THANK YOU  from the bottom of our hearts - Claire, David, Nate & Hannah.

We went into the store in Town & Country Village just to look and ran into the sweetest, most knowledgeable young lady, Katie Huttleston. Katie was extremely helpful and not pushy, she just knows her beds and her overall sales pitch is she wants you to get the bed that you will love! She doesnt care if it is the least expensive or most expensive. She gives the same level of service to everyone even if you arent going to buy that day. We ended up buying a bed BUT after the paperwork was done we layed on a different mattress on our way out and decided we liked it better. Katie had absolutely no problem redoing our paperwork for the different mattress that was actually priced less than the first one we purchased. She truly just wanted us to be satisfied with our choice. This girl will go far in life as she is genuine, friendly and knows her products. We had never met Katie before going in to Sleep Train, we are just grateful customers. :)
