I called this company to get a estimation (12/4/2020 10:59am) on an outdoor fireplace and the receptionist was completely disrespectful with a rude and demanding tone. If this what I have to go through to get a price quote for a potential purchase, I would rather not do business with this company.

A big five star shout out to River city fireplace for their outstanding customer service in fixing my gas log fireplace. They were prompt in sending out Duane, their service technician, who arrived on time and fixed our issue immediately. Duane rocks and River City Fireplace is the best!!!

On my gas log fireplace (open), the technician Dwain Bades did a really great job on cleaning out, refreshing and artistically rearranging my existing logs. He put new sand and embers in, made the fireplace functional like it hasn’t in years (lots of flame and excellent heat). He also replaced a gas pipe because he said my old kind tended to whistle. And the old one DID whistle in a penetrating and annoying way, which other people said I was imagining, I had said the fireplace smelled bad, which other people thought I was imagining, but Me. Bades said a gas fireplace will do that with poor maintenance. It smells fine now. I strongly recommend Rivercity fireplace and BBQ for anything fireplace related. Also the cost was very reasonable.

Stopped by there today to get some prices. The guy was on the phone the whole time and when we asked the lady about prices and questions she said she didnt know. We waited around for approximately 20-30 minutes and again asked if we could get some kind of help with prices and selections. She handed us a brochure with different brands of fireplaces and offered no help whatsoever. The brochure had no prices listed whatsoever. I could have stayed home and looked at Google if I just wanted to see pictures of different makes and models. That was a complete waste of time.

Their selection is great! Once your equipment is installed its hard to get them back if something goes wrong. Customer service not good. Response time horrible!!!
