Amazing store, the store itself is huge but everything is laid out cohesively so it’s easy to find what you are looking for. The staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. Mike was very helpful, took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and got us on our way quickly. Furniture shopping doesn’t have to be stressful or time consuming if you go to RC Willey at Delta Shores.

I had a positive experience at RC Willey. The customer sales associate Marco was professional, accommodating and very helpful. He went out of his way to make our time in the store valuable without being over pushy like some sales people can sometimes be. We were able to find something that worked although not in the exact color I was looking for. I opted not to have something special ordered. I personally want to extend my thanks to Marco for a job well done. The cashier was equally as kind and helpful which made for an all around positive vibe. Thank you.

Well, I rcvd a dozen text messages the week leading up to my chair being delivered confirm date and time. I made arrangement s to have my old chair removed. I took off of work to be available for the delivery. Morning of, I rcvd and e-mail stating that I was stop number four for delivery. No one ever showed. No one called. I contacted RC Wiley and was told it was due to weather. BTW, so tied of the excuses. Customer service was not helpful at all. Not even real friendly. Sent me to the sales person although neither of us are sure why. After asking multiple times to speak with a manager, I finally got one. Come to find out, my recliner never left Utah! I’m not really upset that my chair is delayed. I’m upset that no one from RC Wiley has bothered to call me. No one has acknowledged the mistake. If I had not insisted in speaking with a manager, I would still be waiting for my chair. Thank you Dustin for returning my calls and actually tracking down my chair. Sometimes using an automated system is not as customer friendly or correct!

We arrived at the Delta Shores RC Willey looking for a refrigerator, as ours was ready to expire. We didnt really know what style of refrigerator we wanted but, we had to find one. Johnny (sales associate) greeted us and provided product information and was able to answer all of our questions. Once we made our decision, he was able to arrange delivery in a couple of days instead of weeks. Johnny understood our situation and worked with us in choosing the right refrigerator and finalizing our order, without being pushy or invasive. Johnny made this a very nice experience.Thank you!

Expansive would be the best one word description for RC Willey. We didnt have time to actually check out the entire store - that might take an entire day. We are shopping for a new mattress and the selection is varied. There is large no pressure sales staff. After looking at mattresses, we had a look at their flooring. Quite a selection as well and from what we could see between the two areas, the furniture inventory is enormous.

My husband and I went to buy a sofa set there and it was a busy day since labors sale. No one approached us though we knew what we wanted to get of course after 3 times debating on the set. Finally, a nice gentleman walked up and asked me if we needed help. Thanks to Greg (last name starts with Ton) he set us up and took us to the cashier line and was very helpful. Great experience. It was a very busy day (holiday Monday) and everyone was very sweet!! Rebecca was great, she was our sales representative, but almost all of the sales representatives checked in on us and made sure we were taken care of. I have to give a lot of the props to the cashier’s and the supervisors! They got a lot of the hard work having to process everything and get everything sorted out for the customers. They were slammed, but every single person was smiling big and welcoming. Be nice to your cashiers!! If it wasn’t for them, the place would be in chaos!

We decided to buy our appliances from RC Willey Delta Shores. We were fortunate that we were taken care of by the salesman Johnny. We have never in our 48 years of being married ever had such good customer service. He went above and beyond more than once. We were not ready to install any of our appliances and he worked with us as we needed them. Any issues he took care of personally. Later when I had an issue with a part and wanted to know how I could order a new one he offered to do it for me. He has never not responded to any message I have left him. I had not planed to return RC Willey for any other purchases, however, due to Johnny’s customer service I will definitely be back for the rest of whatever I need. And I need a houseful. Johnny you definitely made this transition for us go very smoothly and we totally trust that you will always be there for us when we need you.

Went in to buy a futon, thought it would take an hour, was out the door in 15 mins with an order for a beautiful new futon. Great service, didn’t hassle me and very helpful and to the point.

Staff was cordial and service was quick. I easily found what I wanted for a reasonable price, and with their wide variety of furniture I now have a mental note of what I may wish to purchase on my next visit. I am very satisfied with my experience at this establishment.

R C Willey is a good store. However I place my order in May. The quality of the furniture is good. I had a good salesman. The salesman kept me updated every time I call. Finally I get the furniture which is a sofa sleeper and desk in October. The wait was long. So this was why I gave the store 3 🌟 stars.

When visiting this store I was pleased in the begging and dissatisfied by the end. I went in without a plan to purchase. I was only looking. I was greeted from the very beginning and was given great instructions from the lady in the front, as it was my first time there. I was then browsing and was greeted on 3 different occasions. I fell in love with a dining set. Thought it over during lunch and went back to the store to purchase it. When I returned I seen a salesman, Alfonso Ozuna, and asked for help. I wasn’t kindly greeted from the very beginning of meeting him. He didn’t even have the decency to introduce himself. I was given very little information about how everything worked. Very disappointed in the fact my sale went to someone who could care less about his job. I will visit again because it’s a very nice store but I will avoid this man whenever possible now.

I had the best experience ever! My husband just had 2 surgeries and we needed a recliner for him. He was barely walking with his walker and Donald said they had wheelchairs. He went to get one, so we traded the walker for the wheelchair. Then we told him of our criteria for the recliner. He knew exactly which ones to look at. We needed this chair ASAP. Donald went above and beyond in his customer service care to find a chair in stock. And the most important thing about our experience he went to his manager to figure out a way to get this chair delivered to us ASAP. He and his manager were able to get it scheduled for delivery on Thursday. We purchased on Tuesday!! This store has won our hearts. They have a customer for life. THANK YOU!!!

Everyone was warm and welcoming no hassle. Even when we came back the next day changed our mind change our order Carl was happy to help. The people at at the registers were awesome helpful and very patient. Overall wonderful place to shop huge selection. First time shopping at RC Willey. It was a pleasant experience. A fairly good size selection, but with some caveats regarding brands and stock on hand. Marco, the salesperson that helped us was a wealth of knowledge, friendly, and not overly pushy which was nice. All the salespeople were very hands off only offering to help once and not being overly pushy, which is important when youre making purchases with these types of dollar values. There were some good discounts on things, which was important as well. We ended up being able to find what we wanted at a reasonable price.

I went there today with my husband who was incredibly grumpy because he hates to shop. The gentleman that greeted us was lovely. He gave us our space which was greatly appreciated! We ended up not buying anything this time because my husband wanted to leave before we had looked at everything but I highly recommend RC Willey as a place to browse and purchase quality furniture!

I wanted to order a bed frame and dresser. The sales associate Mike from furniture (who should be fired because he was just terrible) placed the order for me but never told me I had to pay a certain amount within 48 hours. I waited 2 weeks to find out my order was cancelled. I called to complain about him and a week later still never heard anything when I was told a manager from the department was suppose to call. Obviously they don’t care about their customers. My dad has been a loyal customer and since this experience we will never go back again.

The people there were pretty friendly. Some of the sales associates sort of looked at me and walked past me. A couple of associates asked me what I was looking for and pointed me in the direction that I needed when I said I was looking for coffee tables. One asked me how I was doing and another said let me know if you need anything. Melissa B at the Delta Shores Store. was pretty much the only one who followed through when I said I was looking for coffee tables. She asked me if I had a look in mind and I told her. She then took the time and escorted me in the directions of the type I was looking for. She showed me places in the store I had not previously seen, and I ended up buying a coffee table. She was very helpful and I will hope to do business with her again.

He took the time out as he was busy with another customer to come to remove the tag so he could ensure that nobody else could claim it. I also bought a washer and dryer. Not only was the sales associate knowledgeable about the various features of the large assortment of washers offered, but he went above and beyond to locate the exact model I was interested in purchasing. It started out normal enough, I walked in, I was greeted at the door, proceeded to dining room sets, then up to clearance & Budget pricing, where I found several things I was looking for, and although I had passed about 5 or 6 sales people, two of which were in the Budget area, no one asked if I needed help. Not one sales person I passed, asked if I needed help. I am re furnishing my place and I’m currently looking for a sofa, recliner, dining room set, side board, tv stand and some decorative pieces. But my main reason for coming in was a mattress. Last dept I went to, Greg was the first salesperson who actually approached me. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me all options, which I appreciated. I found a mattress and base, and although most stores will throw in a mattress pad or cover for free, nothing was offered from RC Wiley, but whatever. So I bought that too. My bill came to $1753.02. I asked Greg if I could take some time to think about it and he said yes, but he also said that price would only be good for 2 days. I was paying full price, nothing was on sale…so how would my price change? Go lower? So I left the store, and the next day I called him and said I’d take it and to give me 5 minutes to transfer some money into my checking account since I was paying it in full. Hours later a girl called and asked if I had the money to pay yet. The way she said it was rude and condescending but I got over it, and gave her my information. I was fine until I verified that when they delivered, they would take away the old one and she said yes, as long as it’s wrapped in plastic! That was a surprise to me and I said what do you mean wrap it in plastic? I wasn’t told that and if I have to wrap it myself, cancel the order. She asked if I wanted to speak to my sales person and I said yes. Greg got on the line and I explained to him what was going on. He said he mentioned it, but I say it wasn’t mentioned. He said he would bring me plastic bags. I’m 69, I’m not wrapping a mattress. The point is, I’ve decided I’m still going to take the mattress, but what started out to be a great experience, is now marred by, let’s call it “misunderstandings”. I now feel taken advantage of by information being intentionally withheld and the rudeness from the person ringing up my sale. I was so happy when I first left that store because I was already pretty sure I was going to go through with the purchase, but now I feel like I’ll never shop there again. Very disappointed.

Sales person Rebecca Myers was extremely helpful in helping me locate what I needed without being pushy or bothersome. I was happy to find lots of solid wood furniture as opposed to the pressed board with veneer that I was finding online. When I found the same item I had ordered up in the clearance area, she switched it for me. I also ordered a floor model table set and she replaced some chairs for ones with no damage. I was very happy with the whole experience.

I found an affordable patio set here with the help of the salesperson, who was helpful, not pushy. The most important part was the comfort level and durability of the set. While not the most durable, it will be under a patio cover, so Im happy with the level of quality for the price. Will post again when it arrives.

Never been to an RC Willey before. Very nicely decorated and huge building. Sections intelligently distinct and easy to navigate. Wide selection of everything you could want in in a house. My gf and I bought a high capacity air fryer and new washing machines for very reasonable prices.

The whole process was smooth! Monica was great, and informative. The finance department was outstanding! The only bad thing is, much of my furniture is back ordered! Although I know it’s not the store’s fault, it’s still frustrating.

My wife and I were completely satisfied with our experience at RC Willeys. First off, they had a stove we wanted actually in stock, unlike virtually all the other stores in Sacrament. The salesman was courteous, helpful and quick with suggestions to help us complete the purchase. When we went to the store the following, the paperwork was all set up just as promised. The installation crew showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and made sure everything was working properly. When you walk into the store, immediately ask for GREG! Trust us! The customer service is bar none. We have purchased whole house carpet, two bedrooms and a living room wall unit. Our Sales Rep worked with us on each purchase. Most items were on back order(Covid shipping delays) and even when I was getting frustrated, he remained patient with me. I reclined on a couch with a bottle of water as he did all the paperwork and research on each purchase. We purchased a new bedroom set from RC Willey. Our sales person Neal went way out of his way to help make this happen for us! He was helpful, kind, and we felt genuinely interested in our being able to get this new furniture. Now, we thoroughly enjoy our new look in our room.

Ordered a full bedroom set that took months longer than expected to arrive. Only a few months of use and it’s already falling apart because of how cheaply made it is. Save your money and go buy real quality furniture elsewhere

Lots of reasonably priced items here. Found a great couch/love seat set. I like the no pressure feeling about being able to sit on everything and not having someone following me around and making me feel like I’m being stalked.

I had never been to an RC Willey before! It was an amazing store that has everything! A one stop shop and I will certainly back!

I bought a washer and dryer from the clearance section ($2300). Our sells reps was ok no issue there. When RC Willey came to deliver the dryer top was smashed in. The delivery guys said to sign for it then call customer service because they would be able to fix the problem. After signing and going in the house I realize how dumb that was and I should of just not accepted it. I called customer service and they said to call back the next day because it wasn’t in the system as being delivered yet. Called back the next day to the corporate customer service line and they said I would get a call back from another customer service department. I waited 2 hours and no call. I called the store and got in contact with the stores customer service. She mentioned that she could not do anything for me because it was a clearance item and all sells are final. While I’m on the phone I get a call from RC Willy customer service. I hang up with the lady and answer. The new lady offers me a refund but cannot do anything else because it’s a clearance item. Being super frustrated at this point I accept. Later that day I end up going to the store. I requested to speak the appliance manager. That’s when my whole experience change. Appliance manager Mo took the time and listen to the whole story. He even watch my ring video with the delivery guys bring the dryer up the driveway already damaged. He helped me search for another clearance dryer that at least looked similar but we could not find one. I asked him if they had any new ones in stock and depending on the price I might go with that option. He took a long time to search but he was able to find a new one and comp it for me as the same price as the clearance item that was damaged by the delivery guys! I want to thank Manager Mo for his patients and doing the right thing. He restored my outlook on RC Willey! We have a lot more shopping to do and will definitely be coming back here. Great selections, excellent quality merchandise. Mike Carrasco was instrumental in helping me purchase couch and dining room set. Office manager Jessica Lee and other store associates who reached out to say hi and offer assistance were also great. It was a comfortable shopping experience.

The store is beautifully laid out and there is someone at the door, who can point you in the direction you need. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

We bought our sofa and love seat last year. Our new refrigerator will be delivered tomorrow. The gentleman who assisted us was polite, very knowledgeable and gave us some time alone to discuss our choices.We really like the store, the staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and well be back! Thank you
