Best Buy at Arden is my favorite location. Parking is ample and staff working at Best Buy are knowledgeable and professional. They don’t work on commission so no more long waits and price match is always handy. To be clear, if you know a better price at Walmart, Amazon or target just show them to associate and they will price match for you. If you use Best Buy credit card you will get 6, 12, 18 or 24 month to pay without Interest depend on the purchase amount. That is cool. So stop by any Best Buy near you and have fun shopping.

I purchased a new TV and instead of getting the TV I bought I was given a 4 year old TV, with no accessories and a chip in it. I’ve now been at the store for 3 hours because the supervisors are telling me to get it fixed through customer service and customer service is telling me to do it through the store. I am still within the return window. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with supervisors, their disregard for my experience is wild. Never again will be giving my money to Best Buy.

I was helped by the most amazing manager named Porsche, she turned my frown into a smile with her professionalism and her amazing problem solving skills and made my experience at this Best Buy the most memorable. There are good managers out there who still believe in old customers service standards and show them when they are doing their jobs. And Porsche definitely gives great customer service

The automatic doors at this place are a hazard and they simply refuse to fix them. The problem has existed for more than 2 years as of Halloween 2021. If anyone else has been injured by them please be aware that the store managers have been notified by me about this issue on numerous occasions.

Best buy does a great job with technology and appliances! They stock the important brands and their sales people are pretty well educated for the most part. I purchased a small 43-inch TV. They had great selection and knowledge of their products. I know that sounds like an impossible combination, but they did well! Your experience may vary, Im sure depending upon the weather the mood of the personnel and the alignment of the Stars, but mine was good! This was at the Arden Fair store in Sacramento.

Great service and products for a fair price.. Its been a little slow lately, but like many retailers, they need more staff, but those who are there are pleasant and helpful.

I love this place. Great prices and items in stock. Got a 4K UHD TV for a smoking deal. They even loaded it for me. The customer service here has been a 50/50 hit or miss. At last I got a floor representative that took time with me and answered my questions and directed me around. The result...a sale. His name was Juan. Thank you Juan and keep up the professionalism (even when youre surrounded by team members not doing their job). Happy with my new new modern glorious smart TV & sound.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Used the app to notify theI was outside. After waiting outside for awhile, I went to pickup counter. They had no record showing I was waiting.Then They were fairly quick on getting product to me.

The best buy on Arden way was very knowledgeable! I went there to get a printer for my step dad. After getting the printer, I went to look at laptops and the guy ended up selling me one! With the 2year warranty I paid over $1500 hundred. The guy talked to me took his time and thats the way its always been, even when I told the customer service reps that I was just looking. This may be a Covid 19 issue but it appeared that they do not have enough sales associates. I literally had to beg an associate to get the chromebook that I wanted. I was there at least 10 minutes before I approached him in another department.

Make sure when u buy online, they actually have it IN STOCK AT THE STORE. when I ordered online, it DIDNT say out of stock. They told me at the store & I had to ask so how do I get the item I ordered from you?? She had to go ask her supervisor what to do. Apparently I had to wait a week before it shipped to their store. That info wouldve been nice to know before I paid for it on the site & get to the store for them to tell me they dont have it. Then we get there, the guy employees who brought our TV out looked at our SUV & told us its not going to fit. Didnt want to bother with it basically. My bf told them nevermind I got it. Within a few minutes, myself (6 months pregnant) and my bf fit it in the back just fine. Pretty annoying that they didnt wanna bother with it when it only took a little rearranging.

Most of the workers here do like their job. My person was on customer service, unfortunately had to returned something my apartment complex didnt allowed me to install and she made it soo easy and smoothly to do so. She is a gem working there. Totally recommend this best buy.

Good Best Buy to go to due to clean store, well lighted. Good location with plenty of parking. Friendly staff when you arrive.Less than 5 Stars due to pricing. Went to buy a new dishwasher. The choices online were not readily viewable in the store. The add ins add up! Added warranty is a bit expensive at $129 plus the installation equipment they tell you you need at $30 plus installation of $149. I was already paying $1169. Seems some of this should be included at a certain price range. I also was not impressed with the staff. Host up front was friendly but 30 minutes in no one came to help. When someone finally came over they were not well educated on the products.Location and parking plus store cleanliness and well lite. 4 Stars.

Very unprofessional! An open box desktop computer is more expensive than a new one because I have to buy an extension cord separately while the new one comes with an extension cord! I haven’t seen foolish management like this! Worse! Before I pay cash for the computer, I tried to apply for a best buy credit card, I informed the staff that my credit score is not high, but he said it should be fine! So, I didn’t get approved and lost some credit scores for this credit inquiry! All of these awful events came after more than 30 minutes of waiting for someone to help. I wish I had never go! I do not recommend this place at all!

So if you are wanting to see whats available and window shop or have a plan to buy something then go to this bestbuy and you will Find many options. Took 1 star away because computer parts were in short or no supply.

I went in to buy a laptop and really hadnt done any research. I was wanting a MacBook. One of the employees had asked if we needed any assistance. When I expressed that I hadnt really done much research- she began to ask questions to see what would be a good fit for my daughter. After she had an understanding of our intended usage, she then gave very educated suggestions.Once we decided, she had another employee assist with the order and pick up. I needed to pick up in a different city. Both of these young people are an asset to this location. Very knowledgeable, very polite, very helpful. Great job!Thank you!

Need more personal for customer service

Amazing customer service hands down. I specifically came to get my laptop repaired but in the end I ended up getting a new one all together but I am sooooo happy I did. The electronics staff members were very knowledgeable, helpful, and simply paid attention to my needs. They werent pushy and I ended up getting quite a deal! The wait can be a little long so expect to spend a decent amount of time here but it is honestly worth the wait because they simply focus on the customer they helping and that is amazing.

Best Buy - Arden. MARIBEL C provided an amazing customer service. She made sure that we got a pretty good deal with our purchase. Shes so patient and accommodating.

Nice enough place to go when you cant wait a week on shipping. Nothing really goes on sale here, just back to MSRP.

Im a fan of best buy, but this one has consistently bad customer service. Im not sure if theyre understaffed, but its hard to get help in-store, curbside pickup, and even on the phone. Id rather drive farther to another best buy.

I came in from out of town to make an exchange, but they were out of stock. Poya took care of my return and found another local store to hold my item for me. He was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. I will definitely come back here if I need anything and highly recommend this location (and Poya) to other customers!

Sac toy trunk has way better deals

We went in to best buy on Arden Way 2 days ago and bought new phones. They were understaffed and people were upset. A line quickly formed behind us. Diego helped us with our purchase. Ge was so professional and courteous. The best service ever. He was setting up 3 phones for us and helping other customers. The next day I came back for a screen protector and a other stuff. Diego saw me and said hi Mr. Zamora how are you? He helped me again. He is quite the employee and made our visit great.

Customer service was lowest quality.Computer case shopping and area was destroyed. Things in wrong spot and when I asked for help they laughed and said look for yourself in that area. Needless to say I spoke with management and made no purchase that day. Still Need computer cover.

I come here very often but I am going to start going to the Roseville store instead. The staff here is incredibly rude. No matter what you ask them they act like it is a complete inconvenience to help you and they often make it very clear how busy they are in order for you to stop asking them questions. On top of the staff is not very knowledgeable about their products. Rest but not least when I went to return a laptop and accidentally put the wrong one in the Box because I have multiple laptops they, even after I apologised and got the right one, continued to make super passive aggressive comments about it.

Was instantly followed by secret staff as soon as I walked in. Made the visit very uncomfortable. Even after I had paid for my merchandise security tried blocking the exit until they realized I the items I had came with a proof of purchase called a receipt...Overall horrible experience and will not be visiting that store again.

My item came a day earlier than it was scheduled for which is awesome! I did curbside pickup on my order and it was super easy to do. And i didnt wait that long. The employee had the awareness to pay attention to see that i had my passenger window down instead of the drivers (covid and distance and all that, Im weird) and came to that window. Checked my ID and handed me my purchase. One thing i would suggest is sending a second employee to watch the cart full of items that they have to leave on the sidewalk while they hand people their items. Their were multiple high value items that anyone could have just walked by and taken off with. Other than that concern very great experience.
