Rental center by The foodco is my store at Stockton and fruitridge .they show much love to there customer service.

Very disappointed with the Store on Stockton Blvd. They expected me to pay $180 and not get my items until Monday. Didnt even try to help me figure something else out. I will NEVER deal with that store again.

Staff has been really nice to me and I will never again rent-to-own anything else but if you need something for your home and credit is a problem I would definitely tell you to visit Rent-A-Center on Stockton Blvd in Sacramento. They will take care of you

Leased a refrigerator and a piece was missing. I was told that the refrigerator should have came with it and they would look into it. I didn’t hear anything for a month. I went to pay off my items and asked if there was any news about the piece I was missing? They said they the can schedule a pick up for my refrigerator and give me a temporary so they can add the piece on. Didn’t show up for 1st appointment, didn’t show up for 2nd appointment, called and scheduled another for Wednesday. Before showing up I get a call stating that they do not provide the missing piece, but he can still come take a look. So I called to speak to a manager and all she had to say was there was miscommunication!! There’s nothing she can do! But had the nerves to call me about a payment before it was due!! Won’t use them again!! This place is a joke!

I like the rent a center concept I stepped in to check it out. The wait was crazy long since they only had one very nice employee working. She did her best and was very upbeat dealing with many distractions like walkins a phone call and two people on the floor waiting. Kudos to her good people skills.

I transferred my account to another location. This location is a mess, no communication between the sales rep, very unprofessional and bad customer service. Theyve screwed up my account so many times. This location was better when Eddie was the manager.

Too pricey for me and not alot for me to choose from.

They started calling you days before the due date. Manager was rude, won’t come back again.
