For years Ive purchased all my appliance thru Filco, but this last visit is proving to be a real nose bleed. Looking to replace my GE profile Microwave same model and number. They ordered the wrong one. I caught the mistake and called right away and the sales person said he would check the warehouse and call back. That was a week ago. You can have the best prices but if there is no service anymore....well, it doesnt bode well now does it. After 5 weeks I should have the product I prepaid for.

Competitive pricing and honest sales people. They tell you like it is. The pandemic has done a number on the inventory availability. They have been a fixture to the greater part of Sacramento. I hope the manufacturer supply chain picks up again soon.

I have been trying to order a Bosch dishwasher since November 2020. Went to Filco on Feb 13, 2021 and they said they could get it by March 1, 2021. Paid it in full...It didnt arrive and they never called to tell me when to expect.Called a few times and no responseI understand that there is a pandemic, but at least let your customers know what the status is and return their phone calls.I did get a response today from them and learned that the Bosch keeps delaying, now until September, so was happy to get a couple of other options. I am going with the Kitchen Aid.

Went to Filco today to look at new kitchen appliances and counter tops. Saw staff at desks. No other customer there.I walked around different areas. No one came to ask if I needed assistance. No hello or welcome. So, I left. Will look for company who wants my business.

Talk about take your money and providing no support. Ive spent 3 hours this afternoon trying to get installation manuals from over the phone, through, chat, now Im driving over there because of the lack of online or phone support regarding such a simple matter. Awful Awful service when you do go in. Theyre definitely not investing in people and it shows.

3 guys sitting at their desks as we were looking for new refrigerator. No help or even asked if we needed help. Help was actually offered as we were walking out the door...at that point I answered not anymore. I think only one other customer in the store at the time...not like they were swamped with customers. Ironically this is where we had bought a KitchenAid gas cooktop and convection microwave oven before.

I walked in today fully prepared to purchase a new Thermador double oven. $6000 - 8000. I was totally ignored by everyone. ONE other customer that I could see. Not a hi, we’ll be with you in a minute, not anything. I purchased elsewhere - today - where they were willing to come to my house - today - and make sure my measurements were correct. Horrible service. I will not go back.

We purchased a stove top range, a floor model and the salesman, David, said he would call us in a few days to have it ready. Crickets! No call and my husband called several times to get confirmation of the stove top being boxed and ready to go. No return calls and never had a follow up. Poor communication and we ended up having to go and get them to pack it and give it to us. They could have wrapped it up the first day we purchased.I was going to buy my hood range from them but after this, no way. We had to make a stop on our way out of town and had to wait for it to finally be packed up and now have to drive around with it in our car. Very frustrating.

The customer service is beyond TERRIBLE! For weeks and weeks and weeks Ray kept promising that our appliances would arrive in two days. We called at least three times a week (I even know everyone schedule!). When we finally said enough they charged us 15% of restocking fee. Im appalled.

I would recommend that you find any other store in this area to buy appliances. I bought a full set of Kitchenaid appliances, they look great and seem to be of really good quality. Buying the appliances went well. The delivery and setup was a nightmare. From the first day when they sent foul mouthed, inept delivery people, to the last contact where I had to pay an install fee that a manager there had promised to cover. Once they have your money, good luck to you. Youll need it.

Walked in today to purchase a new stainless kitchen. Had spoken to Ray the day before. Sadly when we walked in only one of at least five employees were bothering with face masks despite it being a requirement of being open during the Covid crisis.We left as we wont spend money with those that dont care about our safety.

Super professional sales staff, helped me pick out a new fridge for my condo. The original was too big so they refunded it and found me a fridge that would fit!Super satisfied with the service and selection here, I will always shop local and get my appliances at FILCO!

Bought a full set of monogram appliances for my new kitchen along with zephyr hood and winefridge from Filco. First of all - it was amazing to deal with Raymond via phone and email never having to go to the store or office. Such a huge plus! I got a killer price, killer service and killer products. When ordering I knew two of my items were backordered and Raymond was great to communicate expectations and manage deliveries. He even went out of his way to accommodate separate deliveries all three times and not charging me for them. Biggest plus though - there was a small ding on the built-in fridge door that we didnt notice at delivery but it was apparent right after. A quick call and their subcontracted service vendor was over within a week to replace it. Really fabulous service.

Filco is one of Sacramentos Legacy businesses in the heart of Arden Arcade. Think of Best Buy with the Customer Service of a family owned business. It is the best of Customer Service with the best of prices.

Back in April I bought a refrigerator from there. It was damaged upon delivery. I still dont have a new door 4 months later. So now they want to take a door from a unit on the floor to replace mine. If the door is new Ill take it. I wont shop here again or send referrals.

Stoped by Filco today. Nice place, but my experience horrible. The salesman never even said hello. He was busy talking to a couple for about 20min while i waited. Finally, I was ready to but and still he made,a point to have me wait. Ill nvr return. They made me feel like i was not good enough

I had stopped at Filco to looked at great HD TV around 12:30 PM Feb. 8, 2013. This regular sale man has treated me just like were a great friend. He really know his stuff in big time. What he has told me the everything, is totally TRUTH! not phony at all. They will matched their price and beat their prices from Giant box stores in nearby area. I also know Tony as the owner. He has treated me as part of his guess, not just a basic customers. Attention: You can get such as whopper 50 Inch 1080p HD-TV at cheaper price elsewhere, (Chinese-Brands) & outdated TV means: Lower Prices from other stores and dealers for them to get rid of their older stock. Filco dont believe in sell any cheap-line Televisions. More Cutting-Edge in Major Brands. Public: Come here as do your homework first, youll find out of Filco is your very best bet for best deal. You can easily get better deal from on-line stores, then your freight delivery service will break it for you, its not worth it at all! Around this early spring, I will most likely buy new HD-TV from Filco.
