I went here because the Oreck that I have stopped working, this vacuum was my grandmas and she left it to me. The vacuum is at least 25 years old and Ive had no issues with it the whole time Ive had it which has been 13 years. I went here to see the cost of a new one which is around $200 and I explained to the worker that the Oreck vacuum I had finally stopped working and instead of just trying to sell me a new one he informs me that they could fix it for $75, so that it what I chose and they replaced almost everything and my vacuum works great again. My grandma is tired of all the vacuums she has tried and is going to be getting another Oreck vacuum.

The guy that helped me was really great he told me of a deal that they have lease a vacuum there for 100 a month and you get free repairs parts and sevice for the entire a year. Then he tried saving me money to get a different brand and when I went for the more expensive he gave me a discount. That was top grade customer service

I had an Oreck with significant tear in the cord. I expected a repair to be very costly. I was extremely happy with the service here. The price was absolutely fair and the tune up left my vacuum looking close to new. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I needed Oreck housekeeper bags in a hurry, but the shop near my house was closed. I called this shop and was happy to hear they were open an hour later than the other shops. It was worth the extra few miles to get there, because they had what I needed and the price was reasonable. U will shop there again.

I was impressed with the repair associate Chinh. He was quite knowledgeable about not only Oreck cleaners but mine was a Hoover shampooer and it was repaired in a few days and a very reasonable charge. Mr.Chinh was extremely nice and honest. It is hard these days to be trusting with any business but I would go no where else to get repairs for my shampooer or vacuum. Trust me you will be happy with the service!
