Great customer service, great prices and quality products

Bought a washer today, will have it delivered on Monday. Nick helped me, he was great and helpful. The washer was in great condition and a great price. Warranty was nice as well 90 days on a used washer.

I really just wanted to thank Rachel and their company for giving me the opportunity to apply and interview I didnt get the position but Im still grateful and the crew in the warehouse are hard working and Nick in customer service is awesome thank you God bless 🙏 from Lawrence James

This is terrible place. I bought the dryer I plugged it the next morning we called him to tell him is not working he said he will charge us to fix it.He did not show us if it works before we buy it( they don’t do that) also he sold dryer without cord. We have to get the old cord from old dryer to install and when we turn on it’s no heat at all. I went to his store and he told me i need to turn off main breaker for a few second and i did but still not heat. I told him just bought yesterday and didn’t even work can i return. He said i have to pay for fix it. This is ridiculous he never test if it working before i load in my truck. This place is cheating. Don’t trust them and trap inside store to buy anything you will lost money easily. Be careful this place before you want to buy anything

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .. THIEFS! See the majority of the reviews the same... bad... Nick was awesome sales guy - and you know how some sales guys are.. good talkers to sell and dont back what they sell. Then amnesia. Seemed honest but did not tell us we would have to bring our refrigerator back if it wast working because out of the 25 mile area by 6 miles.. doesnt matter.. he didnt tell us this at all. It is working but keeps food at 58 degrees. We rented a trailer and loaded in front of him. Rachel the Office Manager is rude and doesnt work with you. She even told my husband it must have been something we did during moving it. We bought a 2017 GE Profile fridge. It only gets to 58 degrees in fridge. because we live 31 miles (6 miles out of the 25 miles) that was never told us... they expect us to bring it back to them and not service at our home. I have lost hundreds of dollars in food and even offered to pay $20.00 to come to my home and she said no. Nick did not disclose this information or why the heck would i have not spent another $200.00 down the road for a new one. They are lairs and thiefs. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Seems to be the same with most of the reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... Then they will only respond... its outside our area... seriously... you sold me an item... it didnt work when i got it home.. blaming me.. and you wont come 6 miles to fix it... seriously. Nick is a scam sales person, seems to be helpful but only to get the sale... Rachel hides behind the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am contacting better business bureau on them. And small claims court for the food i had to throw away.... Sorry we even found this place.....

The first sale person was very helpful with sale and sale small issue I had with the pipe connection. Today I dont have a professional service call at the office .I ask for information on connection of the gas line. miss non professional person didnt want listened tome or my issues.just wanted to make sure that I understood that my warranty was voild. mine you I just purchase. The drier two days ago. Poor customer after the sale. Now I need to fine service company to service my to day old drier. Mad mad. Dont patronize this company.

Bought dryer it worked for a month or two. But do to there 30day warranty. They cant help fix my dryer which I payed them for ($30)and they still couldnt not tell me what wrong with this dryer (cost me extra to go else where for help).but they told me it was the mother board on it ($500bucks ) .Still owe 240$on, it wont trade in I have a family to support I dont appreciate how they do business note warranty 30day for $1,000 set highly doubtful of machincal ability to fix or find problem, problem now mine .P.S if you where sorry you would have help me alot more than you have but you burned me and my family thanks for nothing.

These folks were awesome they helped me out with a fridge and freezer and then prices were good and the people so nice and helpfull

Buyer beware!!!Bought a used fridge from this place. At first Nick was helpful. After having the fridge for 2 wks, it started to leak & error code codes kept coming on. They would not honor their 60 day warranty manager was not very helpful & just kept saying we were out of their service area. I even offered to pay additional charge for extra 10 min from their service area. She recommended I empty fridge & bring it back to the store for repair.😦 Whoever heard of that type of major appliance service repair???These are done at the home lol Thanks! Tried to resolve 1st but they were not very helpful. I WOULD NOT recommend this place.

Called to inquire about a dryer i saw on Offerup. Said it was available.but no one was there to help me load which i thought was a bit odd. I indicated i had no one to help but would try to get it in the truck by myself. I was told they would be open until 5pm if i was still interested. Left home for 30 minute drive to pick it up and halfway there i received a text saying they decided to close at 4pm. Very poor amateurish customer service.
