Before you go to purchase brand new appliances, or go down the awful path of renting them, call Damion ( an OUTSTANDING young man) at this wonderful 50-year old black owned business, support them AND save your money (you can buy a fridge and still afford to put food in it) AND obtain beautiful appliances in prime mint condition. I purchased a fridge, washer, and dryer. Delivery was great in timeliness, safety, and service (thank you SA delivery team!!)and was topped off with Damions finishing touch. Worst experience. The washer and dryer I purchased had to be replaced 3 times. It took them several repairs and replacements before I finally received a product that worked. The repairman/salesman was unprofessional. I would never purchase from them again. Their products are not reliable.

I bought a washer and a dryer and they had it delivered and installed in the same day. It was up and running in no time and comes with a 90 day warranty. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality used-appliances without having to spend a lot.

Fast and Friendly and quoted me a price over the phone but then dropped the price when he got here as he thought it was a newer fridge. I had a problem with my small oven door not closing properly. My neighbor, who is mechanically inclined, couldnt figure it out. Damien came out and fixed in within 5 minutes. Although I wasnt thrilled about paying $75 for a five-minute service call, Damien charged me the lowest rate he could and shared his expertise. I would consider using their services again if the rates were reasonable.

Damian was one of the most helpful, honest and hardworking repair person I have ever met. He arrived and quickly got to work, identified the problem and did not try to have me spend more money on parts and repairs than my washer was worth. He then helped me located a newer almost matching machine for an incredible deal and then brought it right to my home. And he said if i didnt like it he would bring me something that worked for me. He is the best!!

Our fridge had its defrost thermostat go bad and Damien came out to look at it the very same day even when his schedule was full or nearly full. Very good communication as well. I would definitely ask him to come out and repair something again.

Very satisfied with the service from Damian. He was able to get my washing machine fixed & ready to be used again within the same day. I was happy i didnt have to wait any days for a piece to be ordered & he had the exact pieces in hand that my washer needed. I called in such a short notice since my washer started making a loud noise this morning when i did a load & he was able to come as soon as he had finished up with his appointments he had scheduled. It was horrible services, failed attempts to be reliable, and being refunded our money under less than a 30 warranty was not honored. It took them 2 days and many long useless hours for the necessary repairs. And im not to competent that it will last long. These are the kind of Black folks that make it hard for us to do business with each other.
