Not only did we get a great deal, the staff were all very friendly and the delivery was very smooth and professional. This was the first time I did not buy direct from a big box retailer and I am not sure if I ever will again.

Great prices, great customer service. We got an amazing deal on our kitchen set, all used GE monogram appliances for about 50% off of new prices (stove, fridge, dishwasher). We ended up not needing the fridge and they returned the money no problem. We love our stove and hasnt given any issues in the 2 years since we bought it. They even held onto it for a few months while construction was happening, and then delivered it to SF.The owner was great to work with. Dan is the salesman there. He shudders and has broken English but dont judge him. He know his products and will show you his prices versus other big box stores like HOME DEPOT, LOWES and BEST BUY in front of you to compare the items. They sale new and if you ask them they have cosmetic return items. I went to a few stores around the area and he bested there prices. He will even honor other stores sale prices if you ask. To be honest I thought the location was somewhat small but then realized he has another entire warehouse full of itemsconnected to the store front. first but as you get to know them to you see they are a legit store thats been in business for 15 years. They also do free delivery if you negotiate it. Based on my footwork I did visiting several stores they have a decent sleoetio.

The storefront is just a small little door and window with a faded sign in front. My wife and I looked at each other and were hesitant to even go inside, but it was a Saturday and was the only non-big-box store near our house that was open. Our main goal was to talk to someone that had a good understanding of appliances and could guide us in the right direction. Not what you usually get at the big-box places. We eventually went inside and boy are we glad that we did. That small storefront was just the tip of the iceberg. The store has a small display area, but the warehouse is huge and filled with appliances. Apparently there is another warehouse even bigger. Dont get me wrong, this doesnt have the pretty displays and kitchen mockups you can get elsewhere, but it doesnt have their high prices either. Dan was the person that helped us out. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we needed. We were initially looking for a rangetop, oven and hood. He steered us away from both the cheaper brands and showed us why (to be expected), but also advised us against the higher priced ones as well (red knobs anyone?). He showed us an excellent option priced in the middle that had all the bells and whistles (and even more) than the high priced brands with the same trusted and longstaning brand name reputation. All at a price substantially lower than the best online price we could find. In fact, he will look up the product online right there in front of you to show you. Not only that but we took his price to several other appliance stores in the area over the next couple of days and they were over $1,000.00 higher for the same package we got quoted $7,100.00 here. We ended up adding a fridge and dishwasher to the package and saved around $2,000.00 over the lowest price I could find anywhere else. I highly recommend checking them out and comparing them to anyone else.

Bought a refrigerator that was half the price of Home Depot saved me $1800 so I bought the matching dishwasher with my savings.

Avoid this place at all costs. I purchased a full suite of appliances from them, for a house. The bottom rear of the stove was crushed such that one of the height adjusters didnt work, and the bottom drawer doesnt fit correctly in the cabinet. The microhood, which appeared to still be wrapped in its factory packaging, had suffered an impact to the top rear edge, which was severe enough to completely deform the cabinet and twist it so that it wasnt square. Despite repeated calls over the last two months, which mostly went unanswered, and two successful contacts, where they promised to replace the damaged units, nothing has been done. They sell damaged merchandise, do not stand behind their product or service, and will hide from you, should any problems arise. I will not buy from this company ever again, for any project.

Read the small text. Once you sign a purchase agreement, you agree to pay 15% restocking fee even if you do not pick up the item. You are not allowed to change your mind. I would avoid shopping there the next time I need something. Also, make sure you check the total amount before you sign. The cashier made several mistakes that I asked to be corrected before signing the agreement. Basically, be very cautious.

I heard about this Hidden Gem through a friend. I was looking for high-end appliances at a discount. I walked into this Warehouse in South Natomas in the business district and follow all the wall appliances. The appliances were typically dented scratched but otherwise brand new internally. Dan the owner told me for a fraction of the cost he would replace any scratched or broken area of the appliance eventually giving me a completely brand new unit. The best deal I found was my high-end KitchenAid double oven retailing for a little over 5,500 at Sears. He had the same double oven for 1700. Apparently the lower oven glass was cracked so he replace the entire lower oven door had a delivered and installed after taxes less than $2,000 and they give a good cash discount and a one year warranty. I ended up getting all of my kitchen appliances including a very nice brand new outdoor refrigerator for outdoor kitchen for $70 which Home Depot had for 599. I typically dont go into so much detail on a review but I really want to keep this place going because it is in fact a Hidden Gem. Retailers just charge way too much for appliances. Another note the last time I was there just browsing for fun I thought a $12,000 double side Viking refrigerator for $4,500 with only a few scratches on the front door.

Hands off best prices in town, for new fridges. I get all my stuff for my rentals. Only place that has came out on holidays to delivery, to my customers, especially If they need to move their family in. I always buy from Dan....

** Buyers Beware!! **When we purchased our home last year, it came with appliances recently purchased from this store. Each one of them has issues!Dishwasher: When I called about the dishwasher, someone came and worked on it and said it was fixed. It wasnt, to the point where it only ran a quarter of a cycle before it would stop working. Further calls for service werent returned so we gave up. We had it replaced today and the installer said that the old dishwasher was not installed properly nor serviced correctly.Refrigerator: The icemaker immediately stopped working shortly after buying the home. When the service man came out and repaired it we later learned that he put a completely different door on the freezer side of the refrigerator. We now have one side that is stainless steel and the other is not. Oh and the ice maker works intermittently.Microwave: From day one we cant run the exhaust fan and run the microwave at the same time as it will stop working. It requires us to reset the circuit breaker in order to get it working again. They have yet to be able to fix it.Please avoid this place at all costs! Not only are the appliances they sell defective, their warranty work is unreliable.

One of the worst experiences ever! Was charging me $550 for a simple job that required 1/2 hour of time and $40 in parts (my cost). I was willing to pay a few hundred bucks but not $550! Also it took them a week to take care of the issue! Total rip off. Very unprofessional.

I bought a side by side refrigerator from there appliance store for the amount of $500.00. Within one week of the purchase i notice that the refrigerator wasnt getting cold and staying at the allowed temperature so i called into the appliance store and told the female worker there that their business is bad and i want my money back,she say well we dont give money back and we can trade you out with another, i told her that on the invoice doesnt say no money back or no refunds.. I was told to unplug the refrigerator for one hour and then reset it.Within that same week of me unplugging the refrigerator my food goes bad and the ice maker doesnt work nor the the water system. So i always speak with this female from there that say the workers will put it up and give me a replacement refrigerator which was garbage. It took these people several months to find the problem with the refrigerator and still couldnt handle that task nor find me the same one I had purchased.So now they give me something else and its worst than the other two refrigerators now Im at the point too where i need to file a small claims hearing... People please dont take your hard earn moneys too spend with the people and give you a fair but brief warning.....DONT DO IT STAY AWAY THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!

Sold me a Samsung pair that was pretty much garbage. Kept saying the nd error code, i repaired myself multiple times. I finally traded for a newer Samsung pair. This time had a 3e error code, was not functioning at all. They agreed to trade it in for another pair. I had to pay an extra $350 for an LG pair (only saved $75 compared to black Friday) and then when i got home there was a hole in the hose that i needed to replace myself. Also the first set didnt come with a lint filter that i had to purchase myself and was never reimbursed For. Nice staff, but i would not recommend top anyone.

Caveat EmptorAnytime youre buying used, youre gambling. My complaint isnt about the goods - the used Electrolux refrigerator was a good deal. However, the icemaker became dislodged, and admittedly I had to tear it apart to try to figure out what was wrong. I didnt want to have to bring it back (that thing is heavy!).It took over six months and well over a dozen calls for the same issue before I got resolution. I would be promised a call back and never get it, prompting another call a few days or a week or so later. It became kind of a joke. Id be told the owner was out of town, or on vacation, and when he got back theyd figure it out.Finally they did send someone out and the resolution I got was that I could bring it back and get a percentage of the purchase price off a different unit.While thats probably reasonable (I did work on it myself without knowing what I was doing), the number of calls and the amount of time it took was completely unreasonable.So, if youre lucky, and I think most people are, then youll probably get a good unit at a fair price. BUT, if you have a problem, then I dont think youll be very happy.Lastly, our unit came with a replacement 3-wire cord - with the grounding plug cut off. Not professional, and potentially dangerous.

Went to Julius Sewing and Appliance to check out Washers and Dryers. On my first visit, I was greeted by a very pleasant sales representative. She showed me different units and seems very informative about the items in the store. I knew that the store had some units with exterior damage, but the insides of the units looked pristine. They also had plenty of new units, so I was lead to believe and some were in boxes. My second visit went a little differently, I just looked around while the sales representative took a call from a customer requesting to cancel her order, to which the sales representative was requesting a reason why from the customer. I started to get that feeling like maybe I shouldnt buy here, but I didnt give up on them yet. I asked the sales representative about price matching which she claimed they honored, because I had found the same unit online cheaper. She said that they would price match big box stores like Home Depot, Lowes and Sears Outlet, and conveniently not the 3 other online appliance sites I found. I was a little disappointed, because it seemed that they might make up the rules as the go in this place. So RED FLAGS are flying, but I still give them another chance. My last contact with them was via phone on a price match from Home Depot on a unit that Julius Sewing and Appliance had on there showroom floor. The Home Depot price was $250 lower, because the units were on Special Buy, and remember I was told previously by the sales representative that they would match prices from Home Depot. The sales representative looked up the washer and dryer on Home Depots website, saw the lower price and put me on hold to show her boss. When she returned she explained that her boss said, No, he would not match the price, because if I called Home Depot I would find out that the units I wanted would be on backorder and not delivered for 30-45 days and they Julius Sewing and Appliance had the units ready to deliver in three days. I told the sales representative that the delivery date on Home Depot was in 7 days, so Im not sure where her boss was getting his information. At this point, I decided that this place was not being an honorable business and did not deserve my business or anyone elses in my opinion. We ended up buying elsewhere and after reading these reviews, I am glad I went with my gut feeling afterall, because I wont want to have an experience like the real reviews above. Its up to you but do your research and buyers beware. If it is too good to be true.....it is.

Scammer. We bought expensive Samsung fridge, range, and microwave from him. Chef collection. $7,000 worth. He price matched a online company so I thought I would give him a try. I saw all his bad reviews and 7 complaints filed with better business bureau. So I specificly asked him about the bad reviews. I then said I do not want anything that was damaged in anyway. I do not want an open box. I want brand new unopened from Samsung and not factory refurbish. So we get the range home and find out the racks wont stay in the oven. They just fall down. Samsung sent a repair co out and found the inside of the oven bowed outward. YES BENT. Then we saw porcelain all chipped and missing in a 6 section. This thing was damaged. Also found the screws loose to the side panel. Someone had it off. So he tells me its warranty to deal with Samsung. No its not warranty. He bought it damaged and pushed it off on me as a brand new fresh from the factory range. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place.

Purchased an entire Kitchen Aid appliance set for over 5k only to find that the microwave/oven combo which was supposed to be perfect had multiple dings on the face.

I bought my refrigerator dishwasher washer and dryer from this place in the washer went out right away after about a month and a half the dryer went out. So after about a month and a half of calling back and forth and trying to speak English to those people that cant at this location I finally had them come out and swap out the washer then I started having problems with the dishwasher and they gave me the run around like you would not believe. This place sucks really bad if you have to buy appliances do not go here check the Better Business Bureau rating because thats where Im going next.This place really is ridiculous
