Very personable. We went because our fridge broke, and there was a mixup on a fridge we wanted to buy. Caesar very kindly lent us a fridge until one came in that worked in our space!Only negative is that timing is more flexible than exact 😂.

Well despite all the other bad reviews, I bought a refrigerator from here in 2008 for a great price of $200. CHEAP! They delivered, and it didnt work right away, they came back same day, completely fixed it, up and running perfect. Its worked with absolutely no problems until today in 2017. Not bad for $200 bucks. Its not Beverly Hills service people, so get over it. If you want great service... pay $1700 brand new. You get what you pay for... if you want your stuff cheap... your gonna have to roll with the punches. However, really in my experience with this place, I thought I got more than I what I paid for. Very satisfied.

This place is amazing! Just bought an almost new refrigerator plus washer and dryer for less than half what I was going to pay for a new refrigerator. Looks kinda crazy from the outside but definitely worth going inside to see what they have.**UPDATE**: The delivery guy showed up an hour late and called me to ask why I wasnt home?? I asked why he hadnt simply called to tell me he was running late and he had no response. The installation was great and the appliances work great but had to take a star away for their unprofessionalism.

!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!This store is known for 80% sales of broken appliances that do not work. They tell you they will give you a 60 day warranty that’s not fulfilled/honored when something brakes or don’t work. They ONLY TAKE CASH and take your money with stamp that says “NO CASH REFUND/EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY”. This means you have to buy something even if it don’t work 100 times or they don’t have it and you must wait. Its call “buyer entrapment”. It’s a win for the store and a loose, loose for customers. You will never get your money back. If your lucky you may get something that works after the pain of dealing with long weeks and calls of getting no place with the workers and the owner. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH THE BBB.This store changes the warranty as they see fit.They don’t take credit as you could then file a claim dealing with others way.You have little room when filing in small claims court as I was told.I hope this saves you the pain I had with this business .

An awesome guy owns and runs this business. Weve been here for multiple appliances, and hes taken care of any issues that have come up. Would recommend, especially since Americans waste tons of money on buying new appliances instead of using perfectly good ones that are headed for the chopping block.

This place is a rip off completely!!!!! Nothing is organized in their store, they have a sign that says refunds only with receipt. we wanted a refund and it took them 3 weeks just to give us half, only reason why we took half was because they wanted us to wait another few days so we had to consider $75 dollars a loss BULLSHIT!!!!! The owner is never there always sicks. Dont do any sales with Chuck, the place is a mess and completely unprofessional!!!!!! I wouldnt even rate them 1 star but I had to in order to post this.

I didnt like the delivery guy his name was (Fiji) he was so rude and he was screaming and he looked like he hates his job.. this business should have better service.also they are very bad at picking up the telephone or they have telephone problem.

Horrible horrible horrible... I just do not understand how this place is still in business...Smh.Will not answer phones. Went twice and the guy was rude and refused to help me because the owner was not there. Have been back twice and it has been closed before posted hours of operation. Got off work early just to make it in time.. Loss of wages.. Smdh.. No way to leave a message and obviously no one answers the phone... And finally.. 3 verified reviews are bogus and placed there by this business in one way or another.

Bad costumer service, never answer their phone.i bought a washer and Dryer but the Dryer is not working i called them and i let them know they brought me a different Dryer and its not working and from there they never answer my phone call now i been trying to reach them for 3 days no answer yet.make sure your purchase working before you buy it learn from my mistake.
