Our washer broke and we need to replace it. Found Anthony on Facebook and he worked with me to find a washer meeting our needs, negotiating a fair price, helping me load it and give me a 45 day warranty. First load went great. So far very happy.

Had a great day today thanks to appliance brothers! Seriously Came to My house delivered the appliances install them and gave me a warranty, Before they walked out the door they had made sure everything worked! Absolutely the up most professional, Respectful and courteous Establishment! I absolutely Recommend This company. Will be doing business with them again soon and Looking forward to it!!!

Made a 9:30 appointment and they didnt show up until 11:00. Drove an hour to pick up a washer and then waited. When I messaged I was told they were out installing a dishwasher and to go get some breakfast and they would be there when they got there. Was then told I would get a great discount for waiting. $50 off. After all was said and done the washer was not what I was expecting...did not purchase from these people and recommend you dont either. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!!

I got excellent service. Theyre a no-BS business. They had what I was looking for and they delivered and installed it into my apartment, which was extremely challenging. There was no way I was going to get that thing in. They didnt complain one bit, they just got it done. Will definitely do more business with them!

We literally called EVERY company in the book! We couldnt get a single response, let alone an appointment. That is until we learned about Appliance Brothers! They were very professional and courteous and when it came time for the appointment, they were prompt, too.Two technicians came to the house. One of the them was a female, who was amazing, her name is Nelly. She really knew her stuff! She found the root of the problem (as this has been an ongoing issue for the last 3 years). She explained everything so we could understand, and made sure to clean up after she was done. I highly recommend Nelly and Appliance Brothers for your HVAC needs!We have a home warranty, and the company couldnt find anyone to make a service call. They finally told us to find someone and they would reimburse us, and thats when we found Appliance Brothers. If your home warranty company allows you to pick your own service provider, be sure to pick APPLIANCE BROTHERS, we will!!

This dude is an absolute nightmare! He should get no stars! Shows up to move a refrigerator from one residence to another (about a 4 mile trip) wanted $120 to do it (no biggie) immediately is upset that my contractor won’t move his truck out of the driveway so he can pull in to load it. I told him it would be easier to load it from the street. So he backs his truck on the lawn to load. Then comes in and demands the money up front. I told him absolutely not it is paid upon delivery. The gentleman you are meeting will pay you cash upon delivery. He starts cussing and ranting. I ended up throwing him and his girlfriend out. Complete and udder trash! Do not do business with this psycho! It’s hard to understand how he has even made it this far in life!

Use these people when you want a repair in the worst way! They were incompetent and if I allowed them to they would have put oven grills on my carpet(instead of outside) the double oven on my polished travertine floor without any protection to keep from scratching it! They took 3 weeks to complete a repair that should take a few days, installed unnecessary parts, and had to return four times! Their repair persons language would make a stevedore blush!They damaged a hardwood cabinet and then denied it in spite of our having a picture!These are the worst!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They gave me a price of the repair then turn around and and call back and say they are not making any money so they need to increase the cost. I had the repair fixed by someone else and what appliance brothers said the problem was not even it. So I almost paid money for something that did not even need to be replaced.

I had a bad experienced just today april 23th, scheduled pick up today 9..11 am.... Called no answer...texted she just LOL.

Got exellent customers service. I bought a washer here and still have it and it works great thanks appliance brothers.

Awesome experience

Not a legal appliance shop. They tell the inspector they only sale throw the web, claiming not to be a business. The front door is always lock encase the inspector shows up, you have to ring the door bell for service. The licence they show is for there fathers shop somewhere else.

The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude, cut me off three words into what I was saying after he picked up saying hes not taking anything right now and hung up.
