They dont even deserve one star! I had called them via my warranty through Lowes and they have a call center answering their calls. First they put my appointment out almost two weeks for a broken washing machine. When I called back to see if I could perhaps receive a sooner time, they were rude and short. On the day of the appointment, after I had no one arrive and was half way through the window of time given, I called them to verify timing and to get an ETA of my technician. I was hung up on 3 times, they were rude and rudley said, You have been told several times that you have a window what dont you get?! Not to mention, adding insult to injury, each time I called back the person was the same gal and she changed her name. They never did come out!

Set up this mornings appointment 1 week ago, refrigerator was not working properly.Appointment today between 8:00 & 12:00, I was up at 6:00 to empty fridge and move out from cabinets. Had a feeling at 11:30 that I better call them, I was informed that the tech came to the house and no one was home.. What a Lie,,, we have been here all morning plus we have a gate and he had my cell number… These guys came through Sears appliance which I will be cancelling right after this.. BTW this is my first review of any company but this needs to be said……

Filed a home shield warranty for dishwasher repair they selected AT appliance for repair. They told me on day of repair would order parts 7 to 10 days, at seven days got word that repair was complete but they never did repair instead told warranty company that the machine had been worked on before which voids warranty. although it is a new home and came with home and has never been touched. Two weeks after we offered to buy the parts for 55 dollars they claim part is not available and refuse to finish the work. called GE and parts are easily available. they still refuse to finish job. seems to me unless it is a large job they will refuse to do it. Instead they prefer to string a customer along. terrible customer service, terrible communication. would love to give them a zero review if possible

Please. If you don’t want a headache, DON’T GO TO to this place. We waited for more than a week to get an appointment to this place. The guy who came barely understood english ( I don’t have a problem with that) but when I tried to show him what’s the problem with our new dishwasher. He keeps insisting it’s fine. I told him to wait for the dishwasher to run it’s cycle for him to see that it’s not working. Instead he said there’s nothing wrong with it. He keeps opening on he door while it’s running. He won’t believe that it was blinking after 10 mins or so. He stayed for a minimum of 15 mins and left. Didn’t do anything, didn’t even check if there’s leak.Customer service lady on the phone is another story, rude and very unprofessional. Please save yourself from headache. DON’T, Just don’t go to this place at all. If I can give them a negative 0. I would.

Filed a home shield warranty for washing machine repair. I was given to AT appliance for repair. I was given a run around for almost 6 weeks. First Technician came looked at the machine and ordered parts, next I was told parts they received was defected.They ordered another parts technician came with new parts and parts were wrong. I was told they will order right parts and put as rush. Waited another 2 weeks for technician to come down and fix my machine. Was very very unhappy with this company.Staffs working in the office are so rude and unfriendly. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

After having the same technician come out 5 times to fix the same oven and speaking with the customer service manager (I see they give that title to just anyone) I decided to look up the reviews on this company. Wow!!! We all have the same complaint. The technician doesnt speak English well. Thats fine, he isnt required to. However if I have a question I would like for it to be explained to me. He has been out to my home (rental) 4 times to fix the same oven. He just left and you want to know what the outcome was? Its another issue with the oven and he has to order the part that will take 7 to 10 business days! Typical. I hope warranty companies do their due diligence and stop using this company. Terrible repair work and terrible customer service!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My washer has been out of commission for nearly 3 months at this point. The unit was not spinning or draining well. It kind of worked, to get the clothes clean, but i knew it wasnt working well and it took several cycles in the dryer to get the clothes dried. I contacted the company through my home warranty company, American Home Shield, and they were assigned to the case. 2 weeks to do initial inspection, did not explain things very well and then left. They came back, diagnosed a problem, order parts and then came back to replace. After the replacement, the washer did not work at all. Their fix actually make the problem worse. So then they came back to diagnose again, and then ordered another part, came out two weeks later, promised 100% it would work, well now it does not drain or spin and makes a loud grinding noise. After visiting my house 6 times, I did not want them to come out anymore. They mentioned they could authorize a replacement if I sent in the videos. I sent them in right away, confirmed that they had received them and waited. I called the next morning to see if they had reviewed them, and they told me they did not have the videos. Then I called later and they said they did and they just needed a manager to review them, so we were back at square one. They have now had the 3-5 minutes worth of video for two days and have done nothing with them. For a customer that has been waiting for almost three months to have a washer fixed I would have hoped they would have reviewed them right away. Nope. Now Sears has been assigned my case. I asked for a different company to work with before the last diagnosis and was denied. We will see what happens now, but if you have a choice, AVOID AT APPLIANCES at all costs.Update: ONE APPOINTMENT with new company told me that the problem was the motor (AT Appliances did not even look at the motor). The replacement is worth more than the washer so I will be getting a check to replace this.... keep in mind I didnt strike gold. Its less than $500 bucks that I will be getting...) AT Appliances repairs cost more than that $500 and they took almost 3 months to do so. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Worst company. Dont do business with them. There contract releases them from liability if they destroy your property. They are unwilling to replace my water damaged hardwood floor under my garbage disposal. The technician failed to fix the problem and dishwasher is still leaking causing damage. AT Appliance told me they are not responsible because of their contract and they refuse to fix the problem. Both women are rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Dont do business with them.

We received excellent service. Bruce came out to check our stove per our home warranty. He was timely, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out what the problem was and gave insightful advise. I was very concerned when I read the reviews but our experience was wonderful. I would not hesitate to refer them or call them again. Thank you Bruce!

WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.My house almost lit on fire, my power in the kitchen went out, all of my plastic dishes melted ever since the dispatcher came to my home on Saturday.There was NEVER any issues with the electrical wiring of my dishwasher. The only issue was that my dishes were not as clean as I would expect it to be. However, while fixing the dishwasher, my power in the kitchen went out, and the dispatcher didnt even notice.. This likely occurred because at one point the tech had a hot/live wire out, and safety was compromised. He didnt even know he tripped my breaker until I informed him that the garbage disposer wasnt turning on. This may have been how he broke my electrical panel in the dishwasher/why its now over heatingAfter flipping my breaker to turn the power back on, the person fixing it said he doesnt know whats wrong with the dishwasher, but he will try replacing the electrical panel to see if it helps. Clearly he did something wrong and NOW there was something wrong with my electrical panel after he poorly handled the live wire. He has not fixed ANYTHING since they visited my home,  and made the dishwasher/electrical problems in my kitchen occur with whatever he did to the dishwasher that day.The dispatcher NEVER told me that it was unsafe to use the dishwasher.. thus, as i used it on Monday night, it was a complete surprise when i woke up in the morning and my dishwasher was still running AND my dishes were all melted!!WORST PART: AFTER EXPLAINING MY CONCERNS THE MANAGER ARGUES WITH ME FOR 30 MINS AND TELLS ME TO JUST FIND SOMEBODY ELSE!

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Absolutely terrible vendor that we are stuck working with through Lowe’s extended warranty program. Service repair person was 2 hours late, did nothing but grunt at us when he was here, smelled profusely of cigarette smoke in a household that has people with allergies, refused to look at video evidence I had of the issue happening and left only giving us a blank “completed work order” form. When we called back to discuss the problem with a “customer service manager” she stated there was nothing they could do and sent us back to Lowe’s to schedule yet another person to come out. So, back at it again this week to waste yet more time on this issue and more time calling back Lowe’s to file a complaint and repair reschedule.

I was a bit hesitant when I read some reviews of AT Appliances about the service scheduled by American Home Shield to repair my dryer. My concerns were completely unrealized when Steve showed up. He was prompt, polite, and proficient. My dryer was fixed in no time at all and is working great now! To schedule the repair and have it completed in less than 24 hours is pretty great. Thanks for the great service!

On June 22 My dishwasher was not cycling correctly and there was a drain issue .when AT Appliances technician name Ivan, Came out, he found that there was a clog in the line but never look at the cycling problem. When he said he was done I told him about the unit not cycling right and also when I was closing the door, I would have to close it several times to get it to turn on. I was very concerned of this, so I brought it up to the tech. several times and he said there was nothing wrong with and Proceeded not do any diagnostics on that issue. It is now four months later and the machine will not cycle at all. At appliances will do nothing, They want their diagnost fee again. Do not go to this company, you will just spend more money because their technicians don’t go that extra mile.This problem with cycling was notated on the repair Order During the initial call and it was also notated on his work order exit sheet.It is all right there On the work order but they’ll do nothing except just have them come out again and I can pay for the fee.I worked for Best Buy for 14 years and I dealt with this stuff all the time, companies that stand behind their work are the ones that are going to survive, this one will be lucky to!Good luck everyone

We had a terrible experience with AT Appliance. We currently have an American Home Shield Warranty and AT was dispatched to repair our broken ice maker last year. The tech came out and told us parts were needed so they were put on order. Several weeks later the tech comes out with the parts, only to quickly say more parts are needed. They tell me the parts are on order and cannot schedule install for 21 days. Meanwhile the freezer ice machine is malfunctioning and putting random ice on the floor, which has caused water damage to our flooring and now must be replaced. They finally come out 21 days later to install the part, and again, they say more parts are needed and just leaves. I called their office, talked to the Manager who basically said they need to continue to replace parts. I am pretty sure they do not know what they are doing and could come out 10 more times and still not fix the issue. Meanwhile we have a leaking freezer damaging the floor and we are stuck with an incompetent tech. If your home warranty issues AT Appliance I suggest having them replaced. I intend on reaching out to AHS and having someone else diagnosis, hopefully we can get our unit replaced soon.UPDATE:Another tech came out within a week and confirmed the unit cannot be repaired and requested replacement. What AT should have done after one or two visits. FYI you can request with your home warranty not to have a certain contractor dispatched for any upcoming claims

I currently have a home warranty on my rental property in Sacramento. My first contact with AT Appliance was back in November of 2019.Although it took them many days just to make an appointment and another week to get to my rental, they came and fixed our oven issue. About 3 weeks later the oven issue was back so AT Appliance came back and just did exactly what they did the first visit.Fast forward to March 2021, they have been to my rental for the 6th time trying to fix the same issue with a technician that claims to not understand english however has spoken english on past visits with my tenants.I highly NOT recommend this company. I also highly NOT recommend American Home Service as your warranty company either.

So.... went through First American Home Warranty and had a problem with dryer. They were supposed to show up last week but came after the agreed upon revive time and I left. Of course, they showed up when I was gone. I had to make another appointment for a week out.Technician comes out (by the way, they were late again) and says my vent is blocked because he did an ‘air test’. My son attempts to show him that you can see to the top of the vent and there is no debris as my husband and I checked/cleaned it before making a claim.Error code states their is something wrong with hard drive. Technician states and I quote, “ you have loose wire, just hit it. It’s an old dryer.”.He left, I called (trying not to be a Karen) and lady says English isn’t first language of technician so we must excuse his advise. I’m really trying to figure out how his perfectly contracted response was not ‘what he meant’.I will be calling First American back and hopefully never have to deal with this shady company again.

We were connected with AT appliance via American home shield home warranty. I was very nervous after seeing the negative reviews but we actually had a good experience. They would have earned five stars if they could have come more quickly. It took ultimately two visits over three weeks to fix it. One visit to diagnose, waiting for a part to be ordered, and a second visit to fix it. Tech was polite and friendly and fast.

Dont use this company for any reason. They sent a tech out for some warranty work and didnt verify that my machine worked before they left. The technician was only to replace a door hinge and seal, but ended up pulling much of the machine apart and unplugging electronic components that he forgot to plug back in. When I attempted to contact AT to explain the situation they told me I had to go back through the manufacturer to submit an entirely new claim, which I can only imagine would have resulted in a 2nd bill. End of the day, AT refused to come back out and the manufacturer sent out a different outfit, so now Im stuck paying AT for labor chargers e.g. replacing seal/hinge and leaving the machine in an unworkable state. The customer service department barely acknowledged my complaints, talking over me and just repeating that there is a bill that needs to get paid. There doesnt seem to be any remediation on their end when things go wrong, once you sign their work order, youre liable for anything that goes wrong, up to and including them creating new issues with your unit. Its actually sort of BS because they make you sign the invoice before they even complete the work. Id advise that you do not sign this until the work is actually completed. The fine print that they make you sign (before the work is completed) says AT Appliance has made replacement and/or repairs to my satisfaction... Legally this was my mistake for not reading before signing and trusting this outfit, morally they are a garbage company for not making this right in any way.

This company came out to repair a dishwasher. Per my insurance ALL COMPONENTS are covered. ALL meaning what I think it means...ALL. A small plastic stopper piece was needed to keep the top drawer from coming completely out of the machine. The tech informed us that this piece wasnt covered. The contract clearly states ALL. So this was a tad confusing to me. We asked if we could just pay for the piece, since he was there, he said no. Instead he put a ZIP TIE to hold the drawer in. I called AT and the person who answered was less than helpful and just plainly rude. She informed me that the tech putting a ZIP TIE in place was a courtesy and he didnt even have to do that. I have never had a tech from any respectable appliance repair company use a ZIP TIE as a solution. Completely unacceptable! I think they may need to look up the word ALL before telling someone something isnt covered. Do not use this place, they arent worth the time I took to write this review.

Very unprofessional, since June I had issues with my refrigerator and old dryer. American home shield Schedule an appointment with AT appliances To come fix the problems. The Tech came late sometimes and unprepared. When the Tech was fixing my dryer he scratched my back wall that my husband just Patched and work to my fix the problem and at the end he installed a new piece on the dryer which worked for like 3 weeks and then the dryer broke again but we ended up replacing it with a new one because the Tech couldn’t fix it. Anyway My refrigerator has A problem where it started to not Cool And started to build moisture on the outside tubes of the compressor which resulted the moisture to freeze and cost the fridge to warm up and my food spoiled twice and had to buy Another fridge as a back up. When he was working on it he’ll clean up the tubes And put it Back together and he always claimed that the compressor might be the problem, If he thinks that why doesn’t he replace it or fix it and not come many times. My family and I have been tired of them because the Tech came Almost 7 times and can’t fix the problem and wasted money for the back up fridge. Waste of time and money and Don’t use this company.

I never want this company to come out to my house again. Their tech is cold not friendly and plain rude hard to understand. dont use them he does not speak English will show up to get the visit fee and find reason to not be able to bill insurance or home warranty and take off. Waste of money and time and wont fix your issue. Super shady company. Then home warranty wont cover your problem based on their report, blames it on you or not normal wear and tear etc.....

At Appliances in contracted though my home warrenty. There service techinicians didnt address all the issues they were sent out for. They will make your rapairs last for months. If you talk to the staff inside the office they will give you the run around with generic answers and insult your intelligence. Run from this business if at all possible.

I have had AT Appliance out on 3 different service issues on my refrigerator over the last 2 years. They have never been able to correct the problem on the 1st visit. They do not come prepared to correct the problem even when they are aware of the problem. Then they have to order parts and come back a week or two later to try and fix it. This last issue was to fix my ice maker. The tech pushed a reset button which resulted in the dumping the ice that had been in there since it quit working. He said that was it and it was fixed. Nope not fixed, no ice over the next 24 hours. I called back, they said they would order a new one and call back once they had it to make an appointment. Twelve days later the tech showed up and replaced it and pushed the reset button again. He said it would be making ice within a couple of hours. Nope not fixed, no ice being made so I called back. They said I needed to wait 24 hours before ice would be made and to call back if it still didnt work. Of course no ice, it still didnt work so I called back the next day. They said I needed to call back to my extended warrantee provider because they would need a new work order, even though they never fixed it. TERRIBLE SERVICE!Dont use these idiots, the dont have a clue.

The ratings seem accurate. The tech that came to fix my microwave was professional and knowledgeable. A 4 hour window was given (for example we will arrive between 8a-noon) and the tech came on time.The customer service at their office is poor. The first phone call I received was on a Monday saying they could be there Tuesday. So I clarified tomorrow? Then the phone said no Tuesday of next week. Hmm..ok. Good thing I clarified.Then when the tech arrived the next time I received a call from the office. When I answer the phone there is a person speaking loudly on the other end saying “who is this?” I replied “who are you - you called me”. Then it was stating the tech is trying to get in the building. I replied he is at my front door. No response and the person on the other end of the phone hung up. Very poor customer service.My microwave has been fixed today so time will tell whether it will work or not. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend just based on their customer service. I have American home shield and this is the company they contract with. I will also be contacting American home shield. They need to choose their contractors better and contractors with better ratings.

Terrible company, they dont honor their work. My microwave was returned to my home damaged and the issue with my microwave re-occurred after only 2 months of usage. Id stay away from this company and the creepy technician that fails to repair pretty much anything. Im disgusted with this company.

AT FIRST I WAS UN HAPPY WITH THE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME ON 7/2020 BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT A CLEAR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN HIM AND US IN REGARDS TO THE WARRANTY OF THE WORK. BUT WHEN THE SECOND TECHNICIAN CAME IN 8/2020 HE WAS EXCELLENT. LUIS FOUND THE PROBLEM AND TOOK CARE OFF THE PROBLEM.

I had a wonderful experience with AT Appliances. I had an issue with my range exhaust fan, it wasn’t working at all. The technician showed up at my house, diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. Once the part arrived he installed it promptly and everything is working again. The technician was polite and thorough. Definitely recommend!

I called on a Tuesday and was told a technician could come out Friday from 8am-12pm. At 12:20 I called and asked for an ETA, she said I am scheduled for next Friday. Wth? I should have known by all of the negative reviews. I highly recommend you DONT use this company. Communication is horrible, I can just imagine the service.

This company is horrible. They were assigned by my warranty who is also horrible and came to fix my dishwasher. Well i paid the deductable, the technician said it was just a door handle issue, and guaranteed me it would get rid of the issue. Well it didnt. I called them and they told me tjat from their end the issue was fixed and there was nothing they could do, and wanted to charge me 90 dollars for another inadequate technician to come....This company is complete garbage.

Horrible unprofessionalism from the females in the office. Caught the manager Alina in a lie and she hung up on me but before she did she pretty much said she could careless if customers are happy. And she tried to argue with me like she was in grade school. The tech was here 2 hours and did not fix our dryer and then left all of his customers personal information at our house but no receipt of his work. Of course AHS home warranty sent them. I refuse to have them back.

Repairman forgot to check for an issue a previous week and ordered a part. This week he let us know that he forgot to check last week and the part he got isnt even for the issue we had. We waited 3 weeks without being able to use our appliance for him to tell us were on our own again. Ridiculous.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.my washer broke and my home warranty company had this company send a tech out. He fixed it and it lasted for three loads of clothes. When we called them back, they told us over a week wait. I called back to complain that this was unacceptable and that they clearly did not repair it correctly the first time and we should not have to wait so long. The lady that answered the phone was rude and offered NO help. She told me to contact my home warranty company to see if someone else could do the job. Really? I will never recommend this company. I had AT Appliances service my washing machine through my home insurance. It took them a month to pin point the problem. Everytime they come to fix, the technician would find an issue & order the part again & i have to wait another week for them to come beck. Last, they decided to take my washing machine to their shop & fix it there AFTER A MONTH. UNTIL now I still dont have my washing machine back. Our home warranty company sent this repair company to fix a washing machine. I explained the problem to the guy. First of all, he couldnt pronounce the brand name of the washer. Then, he had to ask me what the settings were on it (Hot/Warm, Warm/Warm, Warm/Cold, etc). Granted, its an older machine, but are you kidding me? He snarled at me for having turned off the water supply and asked why we had done that. I explained that we thought perhaps he might need to have to pull the washer out from the confined space and thought it might be helpful. Sorry, sir for trying to be helpful. So, he let the washer fill with about a gallon of water and let it drain and spin out. Told me there was nothing wrong with it in a condescending tone and told me I must have overloaded it. When I told him it was only a half load of laundry, he walked out of the laundry room through the garage and asked my husband if I had overloaded the machine!!! REALLY?? My husband said, I highly doubt it.Off he went. What a joke.

Great company! I called my insurance company about my dishwasher and got assigned to AT APPLIANCE. When the technician arrived I told him that I got broken glass in it, and it stopped draining. Tech was very professional and explained that cleaning is not covered by my policy, but he will check and see if there is anything else wrong with it. Upon his final inspection, he repaired a small leak that I didnt know about and removed broken glass out of the pump. Also showed me how to load it properly to get thr best wash out of it, and how to avoid broken glass in the future. A+

First, Old Republic recommended them to me as they hold a contract with my warranty provider.Two techs came to my home to assess my full size front load lg true steam washer. After inspecting they told me what they thought the issue was, but began stating they could not repair it because my full-size washer and dryer are stacked in a laundry closet upstairs. We were asked to unstack it and they would return.One week later we unstacked the appliances, but left a gas line connected in hopes that a laundry appliance repair person would be able to disconnect it. A tech returns just to tell us he cant disconnect a line from the back of the machine and that we needed the gas company to come out...to disconnect a line from the appliance they were here to fix.He leaves again stating he would contact the gas company, but literally does nothing to repair our issue and requested the trade call fee associated with the visit...he also tried to have me sign a form stating he completed the job.2 days later my warranty holder tells me they were sending a new appliance repair company out because this company asked them to transfer my contract due to their inability to repair my brand of appliance...so much for them calling the gas company I guess.Dont waste time or money on or with them. I am now on my 3rd week without a washing machine because they wasted two weeks of my time.

DISRESPECTFUL! UNPROFESSIONAL! READ THOROUGHLY!I am noticing a trend with this company and home warranties in these reviews. Our Home warranty American Home Shield had AT Appliances come look at our busted microwave to see if it could be repaired or needed replacement. When the technician showed up my wife was the one home and she showed him to the kitchen. One of the broken parts in the microwave was the door handle (along other issues), and after asking a couple of questions, their technician Oleg stated that none of the parts need were covered. He then proceeded to take the microwave door off to inspect further and dropped the door on the floor (an accident, understandable) however other parts were broken when this happen.Oleg then proceed to ask my wife to sign a paper stating all repair were done to our satisfaction, which they were not, in fact the door is now in a worse condition, so my wife refuses to sign. Oleg then tries to have my wife sign a paper releasing them of any liability or responsibility for any damages occurred during their visit. Of course my wife did not sign that document either, to which Oleg responded by crimping the document and THROWING IT AT MY WIFE AND STOMPING OUT OF THE HOUSE!!! UNBELIEVABLE, I AM FURIOUS!Of course after hearing the story from my wife I had to make a call to AT Appliances for them to understand how their technician is behaving towards their customers.I spoke with Alena, service supervisor, hoping I could just be heard and hoping for an apology or an explanation, but all she did was try to argue about the fact that the microwave was already broken according to Oleg... OF COURSE IT WAS, THATS WHY WE CALLED FOR REPAIR! However more damage was done during the visit... honestly at this point I could give 2 spits about the microwave, I am more fired up about the lack of respect to our home and to my wife! But Alena would not understand that my issue has more to do with the manner in which they are treating their customers, she was 100% unapologetic and in fact called us liars saying there is no way Oleg would ever do something like that thats ridiculous she said. You know what is ridiculous...? Running a business without any integrity or backbone!! Thats ridiculous. Needless to say I would NOT recommend anyone to use this company for ANY needed services.

Our microwave was in need of service...I was referred to this appliance repair business by our home warranty company... The microwave was first serviced by a technician named Ivan… Ivan was on time for the service call, and he was pleasant and efficient… He was able to rectify the problem in a short time… However, the problem reappeared two weeks later… I called our warranty company and was able to schedule another service call… This technician was named Max… Max was also efficient and determined to find the difficulty with our microwave… Max traced problem to a bad switch which he repaired quickly… I’ve read the other reviews, and I think that maybe this company is making an effort to improve its image…

After removing lint from the dryer and the vent, he pushed the dryer back into place and left the pile of lint on the ground. He did not give me an opportunity to sweep our vaccuumn the mess. He suggested I get a different brand of dryer because thats what he has. I was not impressed and would not recommend AT Appliance.

If AT Appliances Co is coming out to do a warrenty repair for you, then do yourself a huge favor and have the home warrenty company get a different repair contractor before you set the appointment.They are not professional. They will make getting the repairs completed worse, by only fixing one problem at a time, so you have to keep setting multiple appointments with AT Appliances. It seems like they are just trying to bill the insurance company for as many visits as they can.I have been trying to work with them for over a month to repair my dishwasher, with three visits and they wanted to do one more visit. After telling the insurance company AT could no longer come inside my home, a new repair company took one visit to solve the problems.Find a different company. Period

I had AT Appliance come out to fix my microwave. They were punctual and polite. Even when I missed my scheduled appt the dispatcher,Tatiana was very polite and understanding. They rescheduled me after I was able to get off of work and fixed my appliance same day because they had parts on their truck. I would highly recommend the tech Bruce and AT Appliance to any of my friends or relatives!!! And now I have a working microwave since Bruce was nice enough to come all the way out to Auburn! I would not recommend this company on my worst enemy. I will say the only positive I can is that they responded within 3 days with an initial assessment. However, from that point on it has been a nightmare. The technician barely knew what he was talking about. I explained what happened, he misdocumented, which then caused my warranty to reject the claim. Already in around 100 bucks because of their diagnostic fee, I okayed the repair of 1 of the 2 I needed fixed because I needed my oven. I should never have done that. Upon getting the part the technician spends 45 minutes at my house repeatedly mentioning in his broken english that he did not know what to do. Upon engaging with him IT WAS I that discovered he had actually ordered the wrong part. Simply two lines below the part he ordered was the part I actually needed. So he left. I had no oven for Christmas as I needed and I was left to wait again. I then got a call 4 days later and was informed that because they ordered the wrong part they were going to charge me 150 MORE on top of the 325 I had to pay to even get the first wrong part because the new part was more expensive. At each step of the way when I complained it was met with deaf ears. They could care less about the customer.I am working with another appliance company for another appliance and they are so customer focus. Because of my issue they waived my diagnostic fee and have been working with me at every step. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I CAN NOT BE MORE CLEAR...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

My home warranty American Home Shield sent this company to my house to correct an issue with my refrigerator. I was less than impressed. It took four service calls from these guys before my home warranty sent out a Specialist for my fridge, who resolved the issue in 20 minutes. While the technician was friendly, I found the overall communication with the company, and their ability to solve my problem very limited.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! I took a day off of work to accommodate the 8:00am-12:00pm window we scheduled. The technician showed up at 12:20 with no phone call or message letting me know he would be late.After I explained to him I would need to leave within an hour to go pick up my kids from school he became upset and acted like it was his inconvenience, complaining all the way back to the car. Complete disrespect for customers.I can see why they have a horrible rating.

First American Home Warranty scheduled this company to come out and diagnose problems with my microwave.Tech was very nice but he lied to me. He told me that he spoke to his boss and they were going to tell FAHW to replace my microwave.I get a call from FAHW today and they tell me that the tech recommend that they dont replace my microwave as theres rust on the door which negates my policy as it causes the microwave to spark which is a fire hazard.I asked the rep from AT Appliances how he knew it sparks when he didnt even test the dang thing out. She didnt know. I was placed on hold and just hung up because Im done getting the run around from AT Appliances and First American Home Warranty.

Today (9/20/19) as I sit here and wait for service repair for my refrigerator. I decided to look at the reviews to see what other people thought of this company. And ofcourse share my experience in dealing with AT appliance.A few months my Samsung Refrigerator, started having cooling problems. I have an extended warranty with Home Depot, so I called for repair. After troubleshooting, I was scheduled an appointment with AT appliance. A lady called me the day before to confirm my appointment. The gentleman that came out was in his personal vehicle and no identifying clothing or anything, which I thought kind of strange (doing work for a national brand, with no identifiable vehicle or clothing). Any way the service tech was nice and appeared to be somewhat knowledgable. He made a list of parts and set a day to do the repairs. He came back out, did the repairs. 2 week later the refrigerator was worse than it was when I called the first time.I called and made a new appointment which Home Depot set up through AT appliance. Here is where things took a turn. A lady from AT appliance called the day before my appointment me to reschedule. She wanted me to wait 4 more days. I told her that I have a bunch of kids over the weekend and that was unacceptable. At the end of the conversation she said that she would see what she can do and call me back...She Never Did... Fortunately a new repair man showed up and got the refrigerator working. He took some more pictures and said that he would try to get the rest of the parts. And AT appliance will schedule another appointment. About a week later I got a call from what sounds to be the same lady from previous calls, saying that I need to call Asurion because they are not a certified Samsung repair company, Samsung, no longer wants them to work on my refrigerator, and I need to call them. I thought this was very strange.When I called the number she gave me, it was Home Depot.The rep for Home Depot told me that they were told that I refused to allow AT Appliance to work on my refrigerator, and that I requested another company to come out. I was shocked. This is the furthest thing from the truth!Home Depot scheduled a new appointment for today. I did not get the pre-appointment call, and I am sitting here waiting for an appointment that may never show. And ofcourse, I am missing work...smhIm not sure whats going on with AT Appliance, but please be careful if something doesnt seem right, it probably isnt...................................................After posting this review. I followed up with Home Depot. The agent told me thatAT Appliance reported to them that they came to my house this morning and fixed my refrigerator, (completely untrue). I was also informed that Home Depot will be removing AT Appliance, from their vendor list.

This appliance company came out and changed the motor on my dishwasher... Before the technician left I told him multiple times the dishwasher does not sound very good and he kept reassuring me that it is fine... 3 days later on Christmas Day my dishwasher catches fire and the fire department had to come out... Now I have damage to my cabinets and my countertops... It took a week for a manager to finally call me after they sent the technician a second time to review the problem... He off top had an attitude... He tried to talk around the problem as if he had no liability to the damage in my kitchen and made a sarcastic comment... Because there was a fire occurring under my dishwasher I had to immediately act before my entire house burned down and pulled the dishwasher out and it ripped my countertops and my cabinets... He said that he is not liable basically because THEY did not rip the dishwasher out with a VERY sarcastic tone and a giggle... I let him know that I am not a dumb woman and he is not to talk to me in a sarcastic or facetious manner... He wanted to dominate the conversation and did not like me speaking... And when he couldnt handle a woman talking to him like that he hung up on me... If i dont hear back about them notifying their insurance then small claims here I come... THATS A PROMISE!

I should first mention that American Home Shield referred me to this company. AT Appliances Sacramento is a BIG JOKE!!! Its the worst kind of scams being allowed to operate in my community! They gave me an appointment window of 4 hours and charged me a minimum fee of $100. The technician, Vlad showed up, opened my refrigerator, closed it, then scribbled a report on a form then asked me to sign a waiver that he didnt break anything. In less than 10 minutes he then left never to be heard from again. I tried to call both AHS and AT Appliances, was on hold for 57 minutes but never got a response!!! I checked AHS website the the job request is marked COMPLETED!!! THIS IS A CONSUMERS NIGHTMARE!!! Im out $100 and my refrigerator is still NOT FIXED??? How can our society allow these incompetence to continue victimizing hard working Americans? Im a veteran and cannot afford this kind of losses. Very Disappointing.

I have an extended warranty on my side by side refrigerator I bought at Lowes and it stopped cooling on the refrigerator side. Thursday the 25th I called Lowes and they scheduled AT Appliances to come out on Friday the 26th. Friday I get a call from AT Appliances saying they messed up their scheduling and couldnt look at my fridge until Saturday...okay fine.Guy comes out, diagnoses it and gets the part ordered. Tuesday rolls around and I get a call saying the part showed up, but they wouldnt be able to install it until Saturday. Saturday rolls around and I get a call saying their truck broke down...From there I figure okay, Ill have to wait until Monday to get my fridge fixed. NOPE. Evidently theyre booked on appointments and will TRY to get me squeezed in to get my fridge fixed on Friday, but cant guarantee that. Are you kidding me? Thats now going to be 2 whole weeks that I dont have any cold food for. I work a physically demanding job outdoors 5-6 days a week and typically live off of cold sandwiches, string cheese, boiled eggs, etc for lunch, but now for the last week Ive been having to try to get by with canned and dry food.AT Appliances Inc. is a horrible company that is poorly managed and doesnt care about the people theyre serving. I hope that all these warranty companies drop this horrible company. Just look at their reviews-almost everyone is dissatisfied.

I had a leaking problem and not only did he fix the problem but he also corrected the door because it was a little off and didnt seal properly when closing.He was friendly and not only completed the job quickly but he was thorough...

This company was sent to my house thru my home warranty Company, Fidelity home warranty. Bad in came out, looked at my fridge and asked if I had replaced my filter, which did not need replacing, collected $65 for the warranty Service call and left advising we needed a filter replacement. We replaced just in case it needed it and SURPRISE, no filter was needed. The issue was the same. They only get 1 star because I have to. I reported this company to my warranty company and advised to remove them as they SUCK!!!!

Worst company ever!!! Technician showed around 10am, up did no diagnosis and just stated our dryer was working. It had power but it didnt tumble at all. When we called to complain at the company the technician called back and was extremely rude stating it worked fine. When I told him he didnt even fix or diagnose the tumbler they just said they would reschedule that day after 5pm. I called to complain to the dispatcher and they said they would just transfer the service request to another company.

I dont like to post reviews but this was worth it ... their tech ARSEN(who will fake a front) came try to fix my stove (although this was their 4th time out for the stupid stove)said on the 3rd visit jumping like he was attack by roaches (only if i recored him) that its the roaches killing my appliances(!?! This Company is a total fraud. The technicians or the customer service are not to be trusted. They came to my place to inspect the fan switch of our cook top oven. What happened was the plastic piece that connects the switch to the knob was broken. The guy Victor B. who came to my place said this is a small thing and will be fixed. Should not be a problem. They turned around and reported to Home shield (my insurance) that excessive force was used.I had to call Home Shield multiple times (their customer service is bad, but thats another story). Apparently they called AT appliances and they were not being responsive. I called them directly and the lady tells me their supervisor doesnt have time !!! whatttttt!

FRAUD! SCAM! BEWARE! We have American Home Shield. In 2013 AT Appliances tech replaced 2 heaters on our refrigerator and fixed it. On 10/06/18 a repair order went to AT Appliance to repair refrigerator. Their tech said the problem is that there is only 1 heater, 1 heater is missing. Therefore, AHS has denied the claim. So..no repair, not covered. We still have no refrigerator after 20 days. NEWS ALERT! IF 1 heater was missing, it wouldnt be operating all these years. My husband and I are both disabled. He is in a wheelchair. WE DIDNT MOVE THE FRIDGE. NO ONE ELSE HAS TOUCHED IT BUT AT APPLIANCE!!! LIARS!!!

Impressively BAD service! The woman who answered the phone had such a bad ghetto accent I couldnt understand her, so I asked if I called the right place. I was responded with Yeah, wa you wahn? After a very difficult conversation I was told that I would be charged $85 for the inspection and the repair to my fridge would be $500-$600 dollars. I declined because the fridge is only worth $900. The VERY next repair shop I called said it would be $300 max and that their appraisal fee was deducted from my charges if I went ahead with the repair. Final review:-RUDE!-EXPENSIVE

My dryer broke down and these are the people contracted thru my extended protection plan thru Lowes. There was a discrepancy about scheduled time, which initially upset me because i had been reassured the scheduled time was fine. Despite that hiccup, the lady over the phone ended up accomodating me.The technician, Serge, was polite, and got the jobn done quickly, didnt argue about anything or blame me. These folks came out because of my AHS home warranty - they were on time, and diagnosed the problem quickly - HOWEVER, they were unable to resolve my problem because the complaint was that my refrig was making noise BUT it was still cooling - the tech told me AHS would not replace the condenser until it stopped working - that they dont warranty for noise - which i dont hold against AT Appliances

My refrigerator isnt working since Monday 21,2016. I called AT appliances to make an appointment and they gave me appointment for Friday 25,2016. Jenny is very insensitive and rude person. Technician came and told me he needs to order a part to fix my refrigerator. so now its the second week passed and they still didnt respond. When I called they told me it will take at least one more week before my refrigerator can be fix. Leave my family and friends alone I wont even recommend these people to my enemies. Absolutely the worst repair company period!! Stay away from this company. Their staff, manager Dimitri and technicians cannot be trusted. The parts usually take days to order. Once they come out to repair I was told they needed another part in which they couldnt figure that out the first time they came to estimate? Then they have to reorder which takes time. Our cooktop cracked during use and we contacted our Home Warranty Co - American Home Shield to repair the cooktop.AT Appliances sent out their tech Dimitri. He came out and without any questions made his own determination that the cooktop was abused. During our conversation he said he had never replaced one before and I believe he was afraid that he might lose money on this repair and therefore suggested to American Home Shield to deny the claim which they are doing.Be very careful of both these companies!They cant be trusted!!!

If your home warranty company sends out AT, ask for another company. The technician was unable to fix my appliances (yes I had them come out for 2 appliances and both are still broken), and claimed we used excessive force when pushing the timer button on our stove.
