The employee that helped me was nice. My part needed was so old he had to go to the microfiche. He came back and verified the model number of my washer, because he couldnt find it. He eventually found it and they had the part. The price was pretty high, basically double the price that Amazon had it for, but I wanted to finish the project and not wait for shipping.

Waited on hold for 19 minutes. Finally called them back and got ahold of somebody. Part for my dryer was in stock but about 4$ more expensive than a nearby shop where I got straight through over the phone.This location also does not accept cash.Lackluster experience.

I did order by call, and it was terrible! First they told me I will get my purchase in 4 days then they delayed it for one week more and finally when I called to check status of shipping they told me it might take up to 6 weeks. I had to cancel order and look for part at another stores. I am disappointed!

Friendly and helpful staff. Didnt know the answer so they called around to get the answer for me. Knew and had what I needed. Showed me how to replace the part. Gave me papers to show how to take apart and put back together. Knew more than sears did.

Ive been here multiple times, they always ha e the part I need, its a reasonable price, and they are always very friendly and helpful. People who say otherwise probably dont k ow how to talk to people themselves

Samsung washer broke after 8 eight years. Call to Samsung, it took them 1 wk to return the call. Decided to call other parts and came across Marcone. I could not get the part number, but Lisa was able to help me identify the broken parts and ordered it. Although it took longer than I expected because it had to go through Samsung parts. Finally came and I was able to install it. The part works perfectly. Save me about $800 instead of buying a new one. I highly recommend Marcone if anyone wants to buy appliances parts. Great customer service.

The clerks ignored me for several minutes before acknowledging me, finally said Ill be with you in a minute, the clerk that finally helped was nice but the part was very expensive, it was a handle for a dryer, 28.00$ for a plastic handle !
