This location has a large room with a smartphone display along one wall and cases, screen protectors, and other accessories along another / on freestanding displays. The store is open and easy to navigate, with large, clear signage to help you locate specific items. This is assuming the staff (who are incredibly helpful and kind!) dont assist you first.I went here to get a phone upgrade and the usual accessories (case, screen protector) and walked out with an activated phone holding all my contacts, a perfectly applied cover (no air bubbles!!), and oh yes, a discount that I hadnt even asked for. Turns out there was a deal on accessories, and since I had walked in planning to get them anyway, that was all gravy.Seriously the best experience Ive ever had with Verizon. Thanks, guys!!✨
Marcus is world class. Great experience. Found my wife an additional promotion to save us $1000 and told us about 5G WiFi which is going to save us $10 a month for better internet. Ask for Marcus. You won’t be disappointed!
OMG, The Manager at Verizon/Victra Marcus W. and Rep Adan C. Were Awesome. They handle my Dad Concerns with Smiles and Laughter throughout the whole process. When or if I need Service I will go back to that store & Hope those two Young Men will be there. Came to this store in a panic when my phone couldnt connect to the network. Marcus helped me out tirelessly, staying on hold with me on tech support and trying everything within his power to fix the problem. Unfortunately I had to contact the phone manufacturer to get it resolved, but Marcus went out of his way to assist. Couldnt have asked for a better employee. No hard sells or suggested upgrades, just very professional. Thanks again Marcus!!!

Had some phone trouble and there was one guy in the store; Marcus. He turned out to be not only the nicest cellular provider employee weve ever seen but a really nice and genuine person as well. This location is very lucky to have him there. If youre ever in Royal Oak and need something for your cell phone go to the 4th & Main Verizon store and ask for Marcus; If he cant square you away noone can.

At the time I arrived there was only I person working, Joseph B.Apparently a second sales person goes not come on until after 12:00 (or 1:00?).There were three potential customers aheadof me. He acknowledged my presence, andtold me he would be with me in a few minutes.He was very fast, thorough, and polite witheach client. He answered each persons questions, presented options, and quickly took care of each of us. He is smart, knowledgeable, and efficient.How different from the experiences I have had at Verizon stores (as opposed to independent, authorized Verizon dealers). The company owned /operated stores are not open to service clients. I came in to your store today to add a person to my account and purchase a new device. I was dreading the experience. Usually it takes hours and hours, with me having to repeat everything a million times. I was pleasantly surprised when Moe, the representative who worked with me, made the process as painless and easy as could be, even when the application he was using to assist me crashed in the middle of porting my phone number over. Moe and his team really impressed me in how effectively they work, both together and alone. I would recommend anyone who needs to transfer a phone number to go to these guys.

The guys running this store are awesome. So nice and very helpful. They didnt pressure any sales when I asked for the minimum. They looked for all the available discounts. And the store is way less hectic than a corporate Verizon store. I would definitely come back to this location.

I was not to prepared to pay a $3.00 fee to pay my bill because of cash....the store is very clean, customer service was good..
If I have to give the person behind the counter my personal account PIN so they can access my account there is something wrong. Your PIN is jut that, yours. Thats why on the phone to Verizon they will not ask for it and cannot provide it for you. Maybe if this place had a keypad you typed it in yourself that would be more appropriate. I have no more to comment on regarding this place beyond that because I left and went to another store.

Worst experience ever!!! Sold me and my husband a 50$ screen protector with a lifetime warranty. We were told we just had to come back into the store and they would handle replacing it there for free. When I went to have it replaced I was informed they changed the policy, I requested a refund but they refused. I asked 3 times for the general manager Bo to call me to handle this, she never called me. I had to go into the store to have an associate get her on the phone. She was no help at all and the worst example of taking care of the customer, only worried about her bottom line. So now I not only payed 50$ X 2, I now have to send back the old screen cover and pay shipping and handling every time I need to replace it. Not what they promised and they dont care cause they go their money!
Mac and Rahim were so amazing! They BOTH showed their true talents while putting on my screen protector :) I would highly recommend going to this store instead of the Woodward location. Way to go guys!

If you want to be scammed and swindled out of money, then Verizon is your place. Candace handled ONE of my transactions and ended up charging me $175, which she didnt inform me about because she was unaware that the charge was going to occur. When I went back in to the store to dispute the charge and run around in circles about how they were going to take care of it, Candace agreed to take care of the charge for me. Months later and several excuses, I am still not reimbursed the money owed to me. She has paid half so far and since that transaction has been ignoring my messages. Apparently she moved to the Clarkston location, so I would avoid using Candace at all costs!

Dont ever go to this Indirect Retail Z Wireless Store. First the Store Manager screwed up the order, I paid for the iPhone 6 PLUS but when the wrong phone arrived they tried to force the wrong phone on me (even though I had already paid for the better phone), then the Store Manager repeated LIED to me and jerked me around for two weeks, and finally when I had enough they screwed up the cancellation. They failed at every step along the way. I had to walk into the store 6 times and still the matter was not resolved and I had to call Verizon tech support directly to solve my issue. I was without a phone for 2 weeks because of this (from 11/20 to 12/4). More importantly I wasted my precious time. Next time I pre-order directly from Apple. I wouldnt one penny in this store ever again and the Store Manager should be fired.

GREAT EXPERIENCE-- I recently went in to have my phone upgraded. I am new to the area so it was my first time at this location. Rahim was extremely helpful and professional. He got my phone ordered and kept me up to date on its arrival status which saved me from playing any guessing games. He was in the store by himself and was swamped with customers but still gave everyone the personal attention they needed. When my phone arrived, I went in with an old iPhone that hadnt been updated in years. I knew the transfer of all my information to the new phone would be tricky but both Rahim and Mac paid special attention to making sure that everything I needed got transferred to my new phone. They even stayed more than 30 minutes after the store was closed to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. I will be bringing in the rest of my family to upgrade their phones here thanks to Rahim and Mac! Its always great to be treated like a valued customer and they really did a great job. I recommend this location to everyone!

MOE was a terrible sales person, I wanted to know more information about the promotion and he wasnt able to provide me with ANY solid information. Lets also not forget that he was talking to his colleagues all the way through the time that I was asking him questions. So rude. Terrible service. Had to go to a different store to actually have someone explain stuff to me.
Did not get the promotions promised when signing up for the plan. Also Costco has amazing phone accessories at a fraction of the price.
Crooks, will tell you something can be returned then refuse they ever said that when you try. Doesnt matter if you speak with Verizon, they technically arent accountable to them at all. Handled my case by shouting over me while on the phone with the store manager. Gross.
This is the WORST Verizon retailer you could go to. They talked me into getting the free tablet and said it would only be $10 more a month on my bill. Turns out that the plan I was on wasnt eligible for the free tablet, so they changed my plan, which I didnt want to happen, and now I am paying an extra $40 a month. I called the store and spoke with the supervisor who brushed me off onto one of his salesmen. They didnt do anything for me even though they screwed everything on my bill up. They did not take responsibility for their mess up. I called corporate and since its not an authorized Verizon dealer, corporate couldnt do anything for me. They lady I spoke to at corporate even called the store for me to ask them to take responsibility and fix my bill. Again, they didnt. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They are an UNAUTHORIZED dealer. I am now stuck with a piece of crap tablet that I am paying $40 extra a month for. The people at this store should be ashamed of themselves. They dont care about the customer, they only care about the commission.
They helped me set up my new phone no new sim needed. The store before these guys said we can sell you an activated sim for 89$ thats really it.
