Seriously Rude when I stopped in and asked why my service was not working. Just paid the bill a week ago, and was told its NOT HIS PROBLEM HE IS JUST A STORE. I understand, but the reason I also stopped in was to Upgrade to a more expensive Phone. I will go All the way to The East Side before ever dealing with THIS store ever again. This WAS My Home Store..Not anymore!!

Theyre always knowledgeable and courteous to my employees and kids when they have questions, pay their bill and/or have phones activated.

My daughter wanted the lilac IPhone for Christmas and instead of telling me they only had black. Sean said no problem. Ran out and picked it up for her and we had it in less than an hour. 10 years Ive been going here and still the best service.

Sean is my Metro PCS guy. He always gives me great deals and he is super nice to me and my kids when we come in. He always remembers me and asks how my family is. Mario is a newer guy in the store and he is awesome too.

They have always been informative about the phones, accessories, and data plans. Plus they are very professional and they also provide you for free nice accessories depending on what type of phone you purchase.Yesterday I went in to purchase a new phone 📱and they realized that our plan which has unlimited data and tethering @ 8Gbs per phone was the older plan which was $110.00 per month. Now its down to $85 with the same exact unlimited data with never any slow downs and our tethering. We could have received another phone for free, but the dork doesnt want a newer upgraded phone. They are simply the best of the Independent Metro pcs dealers in the South Oakland County area. Royal Oak to be exact.
