These guys were extremely helpful. One employee in particular, seemed like a manager was able to work around a computer error that was showing up for a warranty. The first employee I dealt with was unaware on the process and was going to have me pay full price. Glad the manager employee knew to do whatever he did. Very pleased in the end results.

Sean was the representative that greeted me!!! I explained to him that my phone was shut off after I placed in my purse while coming into my home so that it would not pocket dial or anything!!! While still talking in the phone I attempted to turn the screen back on. The phone back light wouldnt come back on??? So I put the other on the charger and continually attempted to turn the phone on!!!! I called Sprint T mobile technical support I was online with them over an hour!!! Then they called Samsung Support Care!!! They both had me hold the power button and the down volume button simultaneously for about 10 second count. The phone vibrated but the screen would not come back on??? I received incoming calls and I could answer my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra from my Plantronics Bluetooth Bluetooth. Sean asked me if I told him my phone was still under Samsung warranty if I had planned to pay for my phone today... I explained to him that I spoke with Ryan and he said he would look at my phone and create my ticket when I got there. Sean was arrogant and obnoxious he continually made snide remarks about that it was no way Assurion could have trouble shooted my phone at the T Mobile/ Sprint Corporate store in Roseville. He would not accept my phone until I had that ticket number that I insisted was in the system and he proclaimed my computer is running slow!!! After going to my career I went into the Chipotle restaurant to use the ladies from, very briefly. When I returned within 5 minutes her said he tech was able to get my phone screen on and nothing was arguing with my phone!!! I told him it took me roughly 41 minutes to drive there and I would like to have my phone trouble shooted because my phone screen had been off and would not come back on since around 6pm Friday evening October 15, 2021 until I made it to UBREAKIFIX Troy location around 1:30 pm!!! What makes matters worst I left my phone drove all the way back to downtown Detroit approximately 40 minutes. Then I called back to UBREAKIFIX and the same rep Ryan whom had been courteous from the first called of the morning 11:15am had been very helpful!! He answered the lines sand told him my phone was ready and they everything checked out and they my phone had been trouble shooted and her thought I took my phone with me!!! 🤔🤔🤔 Now you go figure what happen but its obviously to me that Sean was and very unprofessional and rude and deliberately have me a hard time and did not show professionalism or courteousness!!! So I drove approximately 2 hours back and forth in heavy traffic with construction on Chrysler freeway... llñlllllllllNot too mention my time and effort only to receive sub-par service from Sean at UBREAKIFIX ‼️☹️😕😟

I made a claim through my insurance for a screen replacement to be repaired at this store. I waited a few minutes while someone else in front of me was helped. The customer infront of me was giving the employee a very hard time about losing her documents if it wasnt the broken screen issue. I give the employee major props for holding his composure and politely explaining to the lady several times that she needs the screen in order to retrieve anything off the phone. Anyway....I dropped off my phone and was told it would be done in a hour and a half. I came back and it was just finished in time. I was in and out in minutes. I will be returning for future repairs (hopefully not needed).

Well once again they got me outta there in 1.5 hours. After a second time of breaking my phone, they took care of me and now Im able to post this review on it lol. Good place

Samsung S7 Edge screen repair was quick and easy! They are doing curbside pick up and drop off as well as inside, but the space was too small for me to feel comfortable during Covid.The online sign up was great, basically let me know that it was walk-in and I didnt need an appointment beforehand.They were kind and speedy and gave us as accurate time estimate. I dropped my phone up at the end of the day (6pm) and it was ready before noon the following day! I wasnt in a big hurry, but they do advertise same day service. .

Talked me out of spending too much on an old tablet. I appreciate that.

I bought a replacement screen for my iPhone. The store employee ensured me that the screen was of the same quality as an Apple screen, this is definitely NOT the case. The screen is backlit unevenly, doesn’t respond to touch the same and is generally low quality. When I called twice to ask for another screen they promised to follow up, but I never heard back. I would give 1 star, but I actually thought the initial customer service experience was decent, their product is just poor quality.

Got a quote last weekend thru Google quotes. Called on Tuesday to set up getting my note 10 repaired to make sure they would have all the parts available Saturday. I was told they had everything but the charging port and would order it and have it Wednesday. Ok so I go in Saturday prepared to get my phone fixed for $360 and was told the back had to be repaired as well.. No problem $420 almost cost of refurbished. Phone but Im here lets get it fixed. After being in there for 15 mins I get told they didnt have the speaker they were supposed to pull Tuesday they pulled the wrong one. So I wasted 30 mins drive and 15 mins in store to be told sorry we can order it and do it tomorrow. Not only an inconvenience and total waste of over an hour round trip and store time, but how do you pull the wrong part. You had the right screen right charging port but the wrong speaker. Incompetent.. wont receive my buiness again had higher hopes after reading reviews.

Wonderful place isn’t to expensive either if you need to replace your screen for your phone and wonderful that they give you an estimate time and it was done on a little before that time.

Great job fixing my Samsung screen. Very professional and quick. Took about 3 hours but it was better than having to send my phone in for an insurance claim. Love the way AT&T changed the conditions. You can file an insurance claim and send your phone to a local partner to be repaired. Quick and convenient.

The Royal Oak location is clean and comfortable. I was insanely impressed by the knowledge, kindness and customer service I received. I wrecked my screen and Avery took maybe 30 minutes to fix it, which was an added bonus. I hope to never have to come back for services, BUT, if I do have any other problems, I would not hesitate to come back here.

They provide excellent service and even follow up a couple days later to make sure everything is working okay on your phone repair. They really went out of their way to do everything possible to fix my phone during several visits, but it turned out to be a manufacturer defect and my phone had to be completely replaced under warranty. Definitely recommend them if you need your phone fixed. They know what theyre doing.

This place is great!! Came in for a new screen and battery and they were super affordable and fixed it in 2 hours! Had to come back today because the new battery wasn’t working great, they apologized and put another one in. Definitely recommend coming here, they aren’t trying to scam you like most places and have great prices! Only cost me $99, anywhere else it was going to be over $200.

They only needed about two hours were really friendly. Even knocked a little off a liquid screen since I was an insurance repair. They have social skills and no high pressure sales tactics!! I’ve been making my own repairs for a while but when it came to soldering a teeny tiny fan port onto the logic board I was out of my depth. When I took my phone in the Techs were able to check my concerns and verify which parts werent working and why. They didnt have the exact part needed in shop, but were able to get it and fix my phone within 24 hours of bringing it in. They didnt try to over sell me anything and in fact cleaned the gunkiness of my speakers for free. Took my phone to have the battery replaced only to receive it back with a massive scratch. Technician did a complete examination and conveniently it wasn’t in his notes. The lady then said she would replace it but they didn’t have one in stock (basically admitted it). What a coincidence. Be careful with these people and assure they note what is wrong AND what is just fine before you hand it over to their sloppy work

It cost 250 dollars, but it only took 2 hours and they had great service. They told me what case to get cause Ive been having some trouble with the edges on my note 8 and they explained why certain cases were more beneficial for my phone. 10/10 would go back again.
