Bought a 2009 g8 gt from these guys I never gave them a problem or did anything fraud I wouldn’t buy a car from 2nd a had the car my oil pressure was running low I drove back up they said they fixed my car it’s has the same code before pretty sure it’s need a new motor I try to call and ask for my title so I can sell this car but they want get back to me if you can go somewhere please do I haven’t have my car for 30 days and it needs a motor I just want my title ‼️‼️‼️ Or I want my car fixed fixed this is ridiculous

I drove from South Carolina to make this purchase. Super nice guys, it was quick and easy. Maybe a little too easy though. I purchased my Toyota 4runner at the end of November, and for the 1st month I had it, it spent time at the mechanic shop. Within 20 miles to my brothers house check engine light came on. Then it wouldnt start. Had it towed to the mechanic shop to find out that it had a blown head gasket and more. So much work had to be done to get the truck running right. I contacted the Atlanta Motorsports, and even though they were nice about making sure the warranty helped cover the cost, I still had to pay a significant amount out of pocket. When asked if their mechanic did any work, all that was done, oil change. So they did not do a thorough inspection of the vehicle before selling. No one ever contacted me to find out how everything was going or try to fix their wrong. So I would suggest everyone make sure to drive said vehicle a far enough distance to see if anything is wrong, and drive to your mechanic shop to have it inspected yourself.

Austin was great to work with and I am not an easy customer by any means. He was honest, dependable, and responsive to all questions and requests. Austin was professional, helpful, and courteous throughout all of our decision changing. Definitely recommend dealing with Austin for anyone looking for a good vehicle buying experience.

Great experience trading in my old car for something better! Even when I noticed a few minor issues with my purchased car, the team here took care of them right away, even picked up and dropped off the car at my house. Will definitely recommend these guys!

On March 5th at approx 6pm I went in to purchase a BMW X6. I put down $7,000 cash which was half of the total value of the car. I drove off the lot and at 8:07pm I was taking a video of the car on the side of the road smoking. After assuring me that they would take care of it. They have had the car a few months now, and are telling me to get my down payment back from the finance company because i was denied financing. After talking to a few people who have dealt with them before, they have grown quite the reputation for selling bad cars, doing bad business and buying fake good reviews to boost the terrible reputation they have built their business on. We are now taking legal action.

They know what cheap solution to make a broken car last a day to a few weeks before it breaks down.I bought a car from them and 30 minutes on the way home, it started smoking. The dealership stated, it needs a new engine. It took Atlanta Motorsports 3 months to return the vehicle and it sat at the dealer for 2.5 months.This company will rip you off in a heartbeat to make a few dollars. They also charge me $930.00 to return the vehicle, which means I was that much less from completely repaying the loan back to buy another car.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET BURNED BY THEM.

Definitely not worth it to do business with these guys. Sounded nice on the phone. I was having a friend go check out the vehicle for me since I was out of town. Called them that morning, was told to fill out loan application, and I told them my friend would be on the way. One three hour drive later, my friend walks in and asks to see the 4Runner. Someone yells from the back “we sold that one earlier today.” No call to let us know. No apologies. When my friend asks why we didn’t get a call, the first words back were “it’s not our fault, you should’ve called.” Obviously you’re expected to call every 5 minutes on the way over to make sure they haven’t sold the vehicle out from under you. Don’t bother looking here.

Where do I start? I gave this dealership, Austin (sales agent) and Nick (site manager) and owners/investors an opportunity to correct this, that has yet to happen. Heres my experience - I purchased a car from out of state and after funds cleared, ATL Motorsports changed their responsible and customer first tune.- I was informed by Austin that we would split the transportation cost 50/50 (although I requested the dealer to pay 100%). Instead I had to solely pay the full transportation cost (+$800 more than my portion quoted)- I received my car 3 weeks post transaction due to a bogus transportation excuse when the transporter had no pause in business- Upon delivery, I noticed the car was undriveable with two tires cracked and badly damaged (see pics). There was also increased mileage and other dings/scratches that werent on original pictures (see pics)- I wasnt sent the 2nd key (my instinct is that it never existed) although I was informed the vehicle had one- I was told paperwork would accompany the car, it did not and I was accused of making up a false statement their title clerk gave to me. I did recently receive the title.Net - if you are an out of state purchaser, you will always have this risk of not getting what you purchased. This unfortunately, was my case and I am paying thousands to bring the car up to a safe and drivable condition.

Im very sad at what I bought. I bought a car that was not drivable. For 20,000.00. From lights not working to front end being shot. And no help from the dealer. Im an active duty soldier that got taken advantage of 100% less than 5 stars its been a disgrace

I wasn’t able to go up to their dealership due to work.. So I sent my wife up there and bought the car from there on Saturday morning. I was looking at it online for a few days and I talked to several of the associates and they were all very cordial and helpful and willing to do whatever I needed and then when my wife went up there they were very nice to her.. All in all, I was very pleased and would highly recommend them!

Called in regarding test driving a vehicle and they gave me my appointment time quickly and efficiently. I then showed up for my appointment and was barely greeted at the door, having to wave into an office to get the salesman’s attention. He did not introduce himself, but we told him which car we were there to look at and he took us outside to where the vehicle was, gave us the key to start it, and went back inside. The vehicle was dirty inside and out, including crumbs all over the back seats and gum on the passenger seat and in between the driver’s seat and console, had rust and chipped paint, and had clearly been sitting outside for a long time. It also did not start when we attempted to start it up. We went in to discuss this with the guy who had given us the key and he was on the phone, not even looking up when we came in and knocked on his wall. We left the key in the lobby and left. Would not recommend dealing with this dealership.In response to dealer: If by “limited interaction” you mean not speaking to the customer at all, then interesting sales tactic there. We were wearing masks as the sign said was required but your salesmen were not. Also, if the vehicle is in your inventory and you would like your inventory to look higher end, then maybe you should take care of all vehicles you possess. Having a car that is dirty and does not start does not look well for your entire inventory of vehicles.

Salesman Jonathan was horrible. Would never refer anyone to him. We spoke earlier this week about a vehicle I saw in inventory for about a month an was interested in it. We agreed to meet an explained that I have about an hour an ten min commute an that I have financing set up already. So after looking at the car an him wanting to go up on the price now I point out a few issues an ask can I test drive the car. He rudely say NO! Car is as is an this is not a pay here buy here. I said sir we spoke earlier today an I told you who I got my financing through so mentioning a buy here pay here are you trying to insult me? An why would I purchase a car if I can’t test drive it? Salesman then tells me car is not for sale. So I say well if the car is now not for sale you could of told me that when we spoke an you said it was available an I could of saved a 2 hours out my day driving here an back home. Dealer could of made a sale on that car or something else in inventory but instead lost out on a certified deal an getting this review

I just purchased a Ford F-350 from Atlanta Motorsports and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my lifetime. I have purchased a lot of cars and this was the most stress free and easy purchase I have ever made. There were two trucks that I was interested in, so I called up and made an appointment to see them with Austin Abry. When I arrived, Austin introduced himself and led me right to the two trucks I was interested in and told me to feel free to look at them. He just let me do my thing and ask my questions as I had them. He NEVER tried to sell me a truck. He NEVER put pressure or stress on me in any way shape or form. He just let me lead my own observation and inquiries. Once I decided on the truck I wanted I asked him if we could discuss numbers. It was such an easy discussion and there was none of the typical big dealership back and forth negotiation BS. He gave me more for my trade in that I was expecting and gave me an amazing price on the truck, which was far less than what other trucks that were not as nice were selling for on AutoTrader. They provide the great pricing they do because they do not have any overhead to pass on to their customers. No need for negotiation because it was a fantastic deal. He helped point me to the best financing option, which was also simple and quick, and made the whole transaction process a quick and efficient process. If that wasn’t enough, he surprised me one last time when I asked about the cost for a warranty and GAP insurance. He looked on line and quoted me a price that was much, much lower than I have ever paid for those items before. He uses third party companies for those services and just passes them on to the customer and does not add additional profit to them like the major dealerships do. I could not be happier with my experience, interaction and transaction. If you are in the market for a new car/truck, you should call Austin up and make an appointment to go and see him. If you dread going car shopping, you no longer have to let that stop you. This experience is the exact opposite of the big dealership BS that everyone hates. Waste of time driving from Alabama to come look at a jeep that supposedly was good and rust free. Got under the truck and there was rust that they tried to paint over. Would not budge on price and the salesman was very rude and snobby

This is a very SHADY dealership, I did some business with them over 6 months ago where I transported some vehicles for them. They have never paid for the transport and have blocked my number. I have tried to follow up with the buyer, the owner and multiple other employees of this dealership. I am either met with attitude and disrespect or am given the run around to call back later, in which no one answers my call. Ive tried to reach out via email and have still not received an answer. My last review got their attention and was asked to remove my comment and that they will show proof of payment. I held up my side of the deal and they have yet to hold up theirs. I wouldnt do business with a dealership like this and would highly recommend finding some where else to purchase a vehicle.First off its very true, second, you agreed to pay me for the service. If you paid the carrier thats fine, all we asked for was proof of payment which you guys will not provide which is SHADY!! Once again, all we need is proof of payment and thats it, it take 10 minutes and can resolve the issue. By you guys not providing this information, it shows that your either lying or lazy. Either way this is YOUR JOB to do, for a service I provided.

Nick and Austin are running a great dealership here. This is the place you go to if you need a Diesel Truck. Big guys like Nalley really lay into you with crazy fees, preferred lenders, and all sorts of gimmicks. I had my eye on an F250 and Nick made it happen quick. No BS. No pressure. Straight up and to the point. They also gave great advice on ownership and maintenance. They know their business. The truck I bough had an unknown issue pop up after driving a bit and they had their mechanic take care of it free of charge when they didnt have to. Ill be coming back when I need a new ride. Cant beat the experience or price.

Rude. Went in to ask about their inventory the young guy first office on left sat there as I asked questions with a snobby attitude. Before test driving the truck I asked if there’s anything I should know, he replies nope, all my trucks are nice. Over priced on every truck and if a truck wasn’t over priced then it was trash. They assumed I was there to finance, but I had cash to buy a truck. I’m sure this review will not matter to them bc they will sell the trucks and loose no sleep I’m sure. Word of advise, loose the egotistical attitude and treat ppl different. If I could give a negative star the I would.

Buying a car out of state was something I had never done and after this experience will not do again. Was buying a car for my soon to be 16 year old Son and At first everything went great. Talked to the sales rep and he promised I was getting a great car. Jeep was delivered and it looked like the pictures but had alot of issues. No spare tire (as advertised), front ball joints had to be replaced, light wiring problems, out of alignment and needed new shocks. What I thought was a good deal turned out to be a money pit. Then to top it off it took 2 months to get our paperwork just to get tags. Vehicle set for 2 weeks because temp tags had run out and after numerous calls and text we finally got it. My advice is to make sure you have a warranty and paperwork before you leave here with a vehicle. They finally got the paperwork I needed but out about $3000.00 to make this vehicle safe for a 16 year old kid.

Salesman was rude. Set appointment to view vehicle, salesman gave me key and did not provide any information on vehicle, nor follow me out to look at vehicle. Took a test drive by myself. When I returned, the only thing the salesman said was so you want to buy it? I tried to ask some followup questions and the salesman looked only at the tv in his office and gave one word answers. Cant understand how he thought hed get a sale.Response to dealer: Your response below clearly highlights your lack of customer service skills--- one should have to ask to get information on a vehicle?? Rather than try to improve the customers experience, you simply get defensive and say you didnt think you had to hold my hand. You did not know until I came into the office that I was looking to purchase the vehicle for my brother. Why would one have their relative fly out to GA in order to purchase a vehicle when the customer experience was very poor? Hopefully you can find someone to pay $27k for a vehicle without taking any effort to let the customer know about its features or history, sit in your office the entire time, or show any effort to provide a good customer experience.

I recently bought a 2010 Ford F-250 cabelas edición from this dealership and I immediately fell in love with it. They had an outstanding service. It was a new experience and they did their best to help me out with everything I needed. I really appreciated their patience and how understanding they are. I really recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking for some sick trucks, the have great deals!

WORST dealership I’ve ever gone to in my life. The most rudest man I’ve ever met. The dealership across the street is WAY better.It’s pretty sad how you don’t even remember us. That’s how quick we left because of how rude you were. Next time, try having better people skills. I’m not ashamed one bit. Have a nice day :)P.S. I needed a new work truck for my crew and supplies and spent days going from dealer to dealer and finally found these guys through a friend. My experience was good. Looked at the truck online, looked at it, drove it and bought it. Leather seats showed signs of wear and probably need to be replaced... but its used. Ill go back to these guys when we need another.

Absolutely terrible experience. I called to inquire about a car that they have on their lot and was greeted with a cold and unfriendly voice. I asked if the car was still available and when the lot would be closing as I had just got off of work.The reply answered neither of the two questions but instead skipped to asking about my trade in. I stated that I was just shopping around and wanted to come and look at the vehicle. Before I could finish, he said I do not want you to come in and waste my time, (my trade in is a 2016 mustang) I do not want your mustang because i dont do mustangs.I was shocked as I though this had to be a joke. I will never do, or recommend any one do business with this location. I cannot speak for other locations.This is the first time Ive ever felt it necessary to leave a review as I am not easily offended but this was something I did not take lightly.

If you are looking for good trucks at a great price then they are worth a look. They are non pushy and just lay out the facts without trying to up sale you.

I bought a truck here and I am totally satisfied with my experience. I live a couple of hours from the dealership and the service engine light came on before we got home. I was mortified. I let my mechanic check it out and called dealership with the price of the repairs. They totally got back with me and paid for the repair. So long story short, they totally stand behind their vehicles. That is so rare in this day and time. Lovin’ my truck.

Bought my 2014 BMW 535 Msport from AMS. I could not recommend them enough. I was purchasing out of state, which can always be nerve wracking. I looked for weeks for a truck and drove to several dealerships, and time after time I was disappointed. I found their truck online, called in and spoke with Austin. Great guy, answered all my questions and sent videos of the truck. I needed a diesel truck for my construction business. On October 13 /2018 I bought a vehicle from this dealership. They lied to me about the vehicle history. vehicle had a damage on Carfax but they told me the vehicle had no damage or accident. I paid cash for the vehicle I received my title after 90 days after my attorney contacted them . In state of Georgia the dealership Should send you the title in 30 days if they don’t send you the title it is misdemeanour. I hired Attorney to get my title. They put my phone on black list because I was calling them to get my title from them. I will never do business with them ever . I wrote this so you guys know how they treated me.

**Stay away from this dealership** This is the first online review Ive ever written. This is because anyone, for any reason, can write a review. Therefore, while Ive always looked at reviews, I have always been skeptical and have not taken them seriously. I assumed reviewers were either being paid to write a positive review or wrote a negative review because they were generally unhappy people. Well, I am neither.My experience with my purchase is as follows; I purchased a Ford F-250 King Ranch from these guys. My father-in-law, in Atlanta on business, test drove the vehicle. He advised me the front end steering was sloppy and the gas gauge was inoperable. I asked Atlanta Motorsports to fix the issue prior to purchase. They agreed to do just that, and was assured the issues would be fixed prior to purchase. After flying to Atlanta on business, I was intent on driving the truck home (4 hours away in SC). When I picked the vehicle up, the steering was sloppy, the gas gauge was not fixed, and all dash lights, and gauges went to zero while on driving home on highway 20, at night. The truck was not safe to drive, and made for a ridiculously unsafe ride home to SC. I paid 400.00 to have the truck looked at by a Ford Dealer in my hometown (not reimbursed by Atlanta Motorsports). They advised I do everything I can to return the truck. The truck needed over 5,000.00 in repairs to make the vehicle safe (quotes in hand), not including the truck bed rusted out, and would need replacement.Atlanta Motorsports agreed to take the truck back for the purchase price only if I purchased another truck from them, which I did (Im an idiot), and the new (used) truck I purchased was just as bad. But that is just the start. I drove 4 hours, on new years day, to meet Austin (owner) to return the old truck, and purchase the next truck. I worked this out with Austin days prior, and confirmed with him the day prior that I would meet him at noon. As planned I arrived at the dealership at noon. When I called him to let him know of my arrival I received this text:Austin: I wont be there until laterMe: When will you be here?Austin: Im not sure, Im in Athens for a weddingMe: I thought we were meeting at noon?Austin: My friends battery diedYou get the idea. Further, I offered to pick him up, pay for an uber, and called him multiple times. He never had the courage to pick up the phone, only responding with text and this went on until 9 PM. Finally, Nick (other owner) met me at the dealership.Then they were slow to pay off my loan for the first truck. 45 days after the closing they finally paid it off after numerous phone calls, sending the pay off checks to the wrong address, and various other excuses from the dealership. It took me asking if it would be necessary to get the police and attorney general involved to finally have the loan paid off which they finally did.I would steer clear of this group. The trucks I purchased were not safe owners were dishonest, wasted my time, disrespectful, did not follow through with their commitments, and sold me two trucks, that were not safe to drive.Feel free to reach out with any questions.Thanks.

Worst possible purchase ever i live out of state and this dealer burned me pretty bad....the vehicle was misrepresented. multiple safety issues that were not disclosed...buyer beware do not recommend i hope nobody ever has to go through what i have had to go through 3500 in repairs later it still isnt not fixed....they offered a big we cant help you ...lied lied lied ....dont be fooled -wade-
