Horrible experience, lies since we arrived, beginning with prices $3,000 over, plus saying around 1% apr (at the end 4%), plus “extras” and a mistake in the final price of over 1k, that i catch on time, bad thing i really needed the car and there is no inventory… i could continue!Wrapping up: If u can’t wait for a car, at least avoid this store for your own good

High, high,high pressure sales techniques. Jumped on us as soon as we got there. Neither of the cars we wanted to see were in the showroom. They are in the process of building a new facility so it may give them more room for display models. We did finally get to see the cars we wanted but we were ready to get out of there.

I bought my wife a 20 Toyota Camry and it was such a easy process.

HORRIBLE ... they didnt have my appointment, finally found it, receptionist rude, manager rude ... then manager lies 3 or 4 times and cancels my appointment I only pressed 1 star because I had to in order to post ... I would have preferred 0 or minus!

Requested an engine repair before we even purchased the certified used CR-V. We were told there was nothing wrong and they all did that but..... they fixed it.We’ve had the vehicle 3 months and we brought it back today for the fourth time!!We were just informed about a defect in that model year and the repair will be nearly $700.Went to the dealership yesterday and the finance manager, who was quite rude, summarily dismissed us from his office. I’ll quote: ‘I’m done with you people’.Customer service???We will not be returning customers nor will we recommend Honda Carland.

Oscar Johnson is very friendly and he got me out as fast as possible but explained everything up front. He got me out a little earlier than he said.

Despite anything they have really good mechanic I was very surprised a lot of dealerships really dont have great detail oriented mechanics but they really did a good job with my car
