I had a great experience. I have a 1966 mustang convertible that needed an engine tune up and cleaning. Chris and Tevie did a great job working on the car and it looks fantastic. Runs the best it has in years. While there I did a few extra things to the car to make it look great inside and out. Customer service was great. If you have an old car that needs some TLC bring it to these guys.

I am in Boston and they are in Georgia. It meant I had to buy the car site unseen and that concerned me. They reassured me. Talked to me through all the details. I spoke to the mechanic several times. They told me how great this car was but also about the problems I might have with it. I felt they were straightforward and gave me the information I needed to make the proper decision. When the car arrived it was exactly as they described. I was delighted! Tom bought it, and it arrived with a beautiful engine and body (as described). When an unforeseen issue came up with the transmission Fraser Dante sent Tom some cash for the repairs. This has been my first purchase of a classic car, as a classic car and I live about 7 miles from Fraser Dante. After driving past them for 10 years, I decided that I wanted to buy some memories, so I stopped in and purchased a 1965 Mustang. They modified the car so that I could drive it by moving the seat back 3 inches and installing a smaller steering wheel, these cars must have shrunk, and fixed some things before delivering the car. The entire staff treated me like family during the purchase process and after.What I really appreciate is that, unlike any other dealer car repair, I can go into the shop and talk to Chris, the shop manager when my car is in there or any time I have a question. I used to work at a gas station on these cars while in high school, so know something about them. There is a difference in the problems these cars have now as to in the 60’s. The difference is that now parts are made in China. There are a lot of parts available for these cars, and a lot of them are junk. Fraser Dante has the experience to know which parts to buy and a skillful staff to properly diagnose the problem and install the parts correctly.I am sure that to the best of their ability, Fraser Dante would not let a car go out with a problem, be it a consignment or dealer owned vehicle. Although, these cars are 50 + years old and have generally not been driven much, so it would be normal that problems would often occur. Being local, I was encouraged to drive my car for a few weeks and bring it back for adjustments or repairs.After I had my car for about 3 weeks, the starter would not work. I had it towed to them and they took care of it and several other issues I found with the car over night. Their service was quick, cheerful and I got to hang out in the garage and look under my car on the rack.After driving the car for a few weeks, I went over the write up for this car that Fraser Dante had on their web site. Probably before I bought the car would have been better, but it was almost an impulse buy. It was very complete and represented the condition and story of the car accurately.I am definitely going to have my car serviced here. If I want to buy another classic or sell mine, Fraser Dante will be my first choice.

I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a vehicle from Fraser Dante last year. The advertisement on this car looked like it was the finest Mustang on earth. The ad stated new 5 spd tranny. I ran the serial number with Tremec and it is a 1984 Capri tranny, with no spare parts available. The cowl was completely rotted out, the floor patched with various materials and with lots of Bondo. The panel below the rear window had a dozen holes semi welded, and the lower doors were rotted and covered with Bondo. I hired Auto Appraisal and Automobile Classics Appraisal Services out of Peachtree Georgia to view the car and advise me on its condition. I would also never hire them again, as despite being on the phone with them while they were assessing the car, none of these defects were disclosed to me. The frame had been cut, the tail light panel had slugs welded to the inside, and the firewall rotted out. The ad stated it was ready for Top Driven SAAC and tour usage. The car was unsafe and would not be allowed in any show let alone SAAC. I contacted Fraser Dante about my concerns and they did not respond. The ads are well written and will get your hopes up. DONT do it!

My wife and I recently purchased a beautiful 1955 Chevy Bel Air from Fraser Dante. My experience was one of the best vehicle purchases I have ever made. Replaced the engine and changed the transmission from 3 speed to 4 speed as well as cleaning and polishing the car up to look better then ever! My experience with FD is as a seller of my TR6. Tom and Tevie came and looked the car over, we agreed on a price - as I was headed out of town for a week, we agreed to consummate the deal about 9 day later. Beautiful classic cars, meticlously prepared, great customer service, knowledge, and reasonable prices.I started looking for a clean rust free Triumph TR6, about two months ago. Because I live in West Virginia, I had to rely on the internet, phone-calls, and visits to see a few cars in state. Mostly found cars with problems.Then I found the Frase Dante website, discovered that they had an inventory of TR6s in stock. I decided to make the trip to Atlanta, and I,m very happy to have made the trip.They had several TR6s lined up for my visit. The previous owner of one car stopped by, and talked to me about the history. They were ready to put cars up on a lift, so that I could examine the under-carriage with their full-time mechanic. I felt that the process was open and transparent.I was looking for a solid, rust free,car for recreational driving, not a show car, At first I was concerned that the preparation of their cars was show quality. In the end, a clean car is easier to inspect and I didnt feel the cost was inflated by their preparation.I did pick and purchase one of their TR6s, and they arranged delivery to West Virignia within a week. When the car arrived, I noticed a new, small, crack in the windshield. Aftr a brief series of messages, Trevie and Tom arranged for a new windshield to be delivered to my home very quickly. I had paid for the car, and they were not obliged to replace the windshield.Realy excellent and fair customer service.I was glad that I knew what I was looking for, and had a good idea of prices, before my visit. There was no hard sell, but the owner is enthusiastic and a talker.Summary: quality car inventory, outstanding preparation, and appropriate prices. I am very happy with my car and the experience at Frase Dante. My thanks to Trevie and Tom.

Tom and Tevie are knowledgable car people. They are honest and do their best to promote and sell their cars. However, Tom is not flexible to suggestions and is very set in his ways. (which are old ways of doing business) He attempted to sell my car for 5 months last year, without so much of an offer. I told him the price was too high and it took months for him to lower the asking. I wanted him to tell customers the car was on consignment which may have gotten some offers and he wouldnt do it.After bringing there car back home I used a broker who was more skilled in salesmanship and the car was sold in 90 days after being returned to me. From my experience would rate the people at Fraser Dante are very nice, honest and trying their best. However I would say they are outdated in doing business and totally stubborn to accept any change or advice. If your looking to give them your car to try to sell I would be sure to know how they are going to promote it and the pricing they are going to ask. My car was a VERY high priced Shelby and to not get one serious offer in 5 months. This shows they are doing something wrong when they cant generate one offer.

If I am ever in the market for an additional classic vehicle, there is no doubt that I will be visiting Tom and Tevie at Fraser Dante’s.

Following an extensive countrywide search for a very specific car, I bought a ‘65 Mustang Fastback as a surprise birthday gift for my wife. The purchase process was great, I flew down to Atlanta to view the car, and it was every bit as exceptional as described. There were a few mechanical aspects that I wanted them to attend to, and upon confirmation that the car was ready, I flew down to Atlanta again to inspect and drive the car before it was loaded for shipment to New York. The entire team, Tom, Tevie, Lisa and Chris were extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process. When the car was delivered in the enclosed truck to my home, it arrived in perfect condition, including a big white bow to add a bit of theatre to the birthday surprise- a thoughtful touch. Driving the car in New York revealed some issues with the Holley carburetor, and upon hearing this, Tom immediately sent a new Edelbrock replacement carb, which was easily swapped and the car now runs beautifully, drawing many admiring compliments. I paid a fair price for the car, it was in precisely the condition as described on the website, the buying process was both pleasant and confidence inspiring, while the customer service after the purchase has been very reassuring. Fraser Dante have been in business for many years and it’s easy to see why. I recommend them with confidence.

I recently purchased a 1976 Cadillac Eldorado from Tevie and Tom, and my experience could not have gone any better! This was my first foray into the world of classic cars, and Tevie was very patient and never tried to pressure me in any way. She let me go at my own pace, which I admit was a little slow. But both she and Tom were great to deal with, and the hidden gem in all this was Chris, who knows EVERYTHING about these cars and gave me so much info that Im confident I can handle any situation that might arise. I would confidently recommend Fraser Dante Classic Cars to anyone who asks.

Wasnt greeted at the door, no customers there. Disrespectful, was yelled at for coming in during business hours and not calling in advance to pick up car. Tom repeating himself about 15 times of why didnt we call ? He was very agitated for stopping him in the 16th Question Iterative loop and telling him to stop.How about hello my name is Mr. Fraser and your name is? Oh Nice To meet you. Im sorry you need to come back and maybe we need to work something out.. ( Example of how to talk to people when customer walks in )We drove since 6am (before it Opened and Would have had to call Friday 4 days prior.) Took off work and drove through rush hour traffic to an empty store :) . Only Said sorry 14 times out of 15 before had to interject about being Disrespectful.Why do you do repeat yourself if already given the answer? WHY ARE U YELLING !! Reply: IM NOT YELLING !!! Ultimately the rude and disrespectful Nature of Mr. Tom did not carry over to the Staff who were the nicest people on earth. I want to buy them all lunch. Maybe Send over chik fil lay gift cards. ( So 2 stars instead of 1 )...Still no apologies from Mr. Fraser Dante for screaming at 2 war veterans picking up my grandfathers 68 gt500 KR after his wifes death.

Im not going to go into detail but I have to say, what they tell you about the cars they are selling and the car you get are not the same. BUYER BEWARE!!!For a small example see photo my car was sold as having a brand new water pump. Here is a photo of what Fraser Dante calls “brand new” You be the judge.
