I purchased a car from Chase Auto last week in Roswell. I test drove it, checked it out, and talked to the guy who owns the place about the car. I found no issues and he claimed the car was in mint condition. The minute I got on the highway to go home I got a check engine light and some other lights came up on the dash. I called the owner and told him it had issues the second the lights came up. He told me to let him know what was wrong after I went to an auto shop and got it scanned. This was on Saturday. Since then, I have called him multiple times throughout the week. He has not answered my calls, he has not answered my texts, and he has not called me back. As a college student who used their savings account to purchase an economical car, I would highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs. The dealer sold me a junk car disguised as a nice, used car. Save yourself the trouble!

Had such a great experience with Matt at Chase Automotive on Mansell Circle. Was looking for a car for my daughter, and Matt was helpful, he was fair in his price and felt like we got a great deal and he was easy to work with without feeling pressured into buying something we didnt want. He disclosed everything he needed to about the car, and we would definitely buy another vehicle for him in the future! Its hard to find honest and good auto sales, and this one is worth checking out. I felt like he had a great selection and could also keep us informed on certain cars we may be looking for.

I bought a car from this place in Roswell. The car was good coming home but the next day the check engine light came on. I had to pay $400 to get it fixed. I paid for the car cash money on February 5, 2021. I have yet to receive my title. I had to keep calling for almost a month to get my tag and he told me his third party company submitted the paperwork for my title. I have called him several times a week in the last 2 months asking for my title, after speaking with Atlanta DMV 3 weeks ago and they said the paperwork has never been submitted for the title. He keeps telling me he’s taking care of it and says he will call me back after reaching out to the people he claims does the title work. For the last week and a half, he has not answered my calls or called me back. I spoke to the DMV again today and they said the paperwork still has not been submitted. I tried calling him 5 times afterwards and he has not answered, or sent my call to a voicemail that’s says it’s full. I am now getting the authorities involved and I spoke to the GA Secretary of State. I paid this man $8200 in cash and I want my title.

Repossessed auto after only being one month late. Then would not reinstate. Demanded payoff. Had to re-finance. And they were so completely unhelpful. Customer service - Absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with.

I told dealer I would buy the car then another customer pulled up and he said he had to let them test drive it even though I already committed to buy car. Long story short he sold my car. Even though he agreed to sell it to me over the phone the previous week.

Matt is not your typical used car salesman. He is a man of integrity, and he goes over and beyond in making sure that you dont feel pressured during the purchase process. We had exceptionally great experience dealing with Matt during our vehicle purchase. Also, the after-sale care was very customer-focused. Matt is a nice guy. But he deals in volume and he doesnt spend too much time with every car he sells. So one shouldnt expect the same level of cars as you would see at a franchised dealer. He is an honest and trustworthy person though and I will likely eventually buy a car from him. I almost bought a car from him in 2017 and once again in 2019, but changed my mind in last minute. He reacted appropriately though and hopefully there wont be any hard feelings.

DO NOT BUY a car from this guy. He lied to my face on multiple issues, and told me the Ford Escape I bought from him had no issues at all. After I drove it a couple hours home, I started noticing issues that are going to cost me a lot to fix. If hes willing to lie to my face, theres no telling what else is wrong with this vehicle.

Cockroaches all over the Mirage I was about to test drive, dude was pretty unprofessional also. The mirage also smelled like straight vape juice.

He is a very honest dealer, I referred him to others too, very good service and price, when I wanted to buy a car I checked many dealerships but all his prices are lower than others, you can get the new car with good price. also all his dealership fees are lower than others so I suggest him to anyone who wants to buy car.

Everything that glitters aint gold including Matt.I got a 2009 Maxima from him.I was so happy until abt a week later i found out that the engine was gonna blow any day.Thankfully I was able to trade it for a 2014 Maxima.Thank God!

BUYER BEWARE !! OF this dealership i drove 35 miles one way to see a acura car that should be thrown in the trash !! i talked to Matt the salesperson and i asked for the CARFAX to be pulled up never was. That car was dented up / dinged up/ wrecked/ diirty/ and ripped seats UNVELIEVEABLE A WASTE OF TIME AND GAS!!

The owner does not have the cars tested to ensure they are ready to sell. He buys cars from auctions and resells them, thats it. Before purchasing a car from this lot, take the car specifically to the dealership of the make and model for a diagnostic. If I did so Im sure I wouldnt be out of $5000 right now. DO NOT BUY without doing your research and having things checked out by trust worthy mechanic. The car began to break down days after buying it. I poured over $1000 into fixing it, only to be told by the Kia dealership I had been sold a car with a failing engine. Im a single mom with 2 kids and it took a lot for me to save for this car. Now Im back to square one.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I flew from Nebraska to Georgia to buy the 2012 VW CC. The dealer Matt was nice and picked me up from the airport. Before coming the dealer agreed to do an oil change per my request because i will drive for hours. An oil change MOBILE sticker was at the window stating oil change was done ( It was a lie /scam). I dont know why they did that but AGAIN OIL CHANGE wasnt done. I drove the car back home and engine light started flashing and I took it to the mechanic and there were no oil in the engine and the remain oil drip was dark/black and the mechanic made that clear to me that oil change wasnt done. Plus the dealer gave me a key which was not programmed and told me that VW dealership will do it for $30 ( This wasnt discussed before purchase). No floor mats in the car and the passenger tail light was damaged. I requested $50 for that and he was ok. I went to the dealership and the key was reprogrammed for $150 plus tax and I have to deal with the damaged part in the engine. I sent the dealer the phone number of the VW dealership and the picture of the remaining dark oil. He never replied back to me. I wont suggest this dealership to no one. This is not acceptable. THIS SEEMS FOR ME AS A SCAM. STAY AWAY.
