Be wary please especially if you are new to the states. I was going through the price of which you sold my wife a used 2018 Nissan versa. over 18 thousand dollars. A new one is cheaper than than that. Please dont take advantage of customers that are coming to the states from other countries that dont know about buying vehicles. I would like to get this resolved if possible.For others that have purchased from Roswell Honda please review your financing. It wouldnt hurt to get a lawyer.

As a first time buyer, I loved the customer service and the sales person that helped me was very helpful and informative. However, please dont be like me and sign whatever the finance personnel gives you. Look through it and ask questions! I ended up with $5,000 extra fees for service contracts and GAP insurance. All the services and warranties seemed great and I thought they were included within my vehicle purchase(theyre not), but if you have great auto insurance and other mechanics who would charge a good price for any mechanical services or tire changes, than DO NOT get GAP insurance or their service contracts! They all add up quickly! Thankfully, I was able to cancel my GAP insurance and contracts within the 60 days but seriously, be careful! READ and ask questions. Overall, loved the customer service and easy financing options but check all the costs because they do add up!

After my experience with the service department of this dealership, I will probably never get a Honda again. The customer service was horrible. There was a complete lack of communication, the staff took days to even figure out what was wrong with the vehicle, but not once keeping me in the loop. They were really complacent and you could tell that they had no care in the world towards their customers.

DON’T BUY A CAR HERE.If I could leave zero stars I would. The salesman Jason was great, he did all he could to help us get into a car. The problem I had was with the condition the vehicle was in, the time we had to spend at the dealership. We were originally given a certain price point, but the next day they changed it and had to resign all the papers which took another 3-4hours. Overall, we spent around 10+ hours at the dealership. We were informed that the car was dirty and that they would shampoo the carpet and the next day we were informed that they wouldn’t. So, the vehicle we received was not cleaned at all. The people in the shop did a terrible job of cleaning if they even did anything. The car was full of dog hair, dirt. It smelled like dog pee and cigarette smell.

Its an amazing dealership, with a ton of different vehicles to choose from. Ada and Quincy were awesome, super nice, respectful and willing to go above and beyond to help me! Ill definitely be going back to them when I get my new car!

We just went to get our oil changed and tires rotated, but they were super fast, really reasonably priced, and while we were in the waiting room with all our kids they offered us bottled water, and even have our kids some donuts they had leftover from a meeting. Well definitely go again next time our car needs anything because of their friendly and fast service.

Came from Albuquerque, did an extended test drive (had the vehicle most of the afternoon) and walked out that evening with a new Odyssey. Danny Murillo was my salesman; he answered every question I had and helped me pare down the cars that I was considering down to the car that I wanted and that fit my needs. Great experience overall, everybody there was pretty excellent. Danny worked with me and I left with the car that I loved at the price that I was asking for with a terrific interest rate and monthly payment (and I came away with some solid advice as far as financing and insurance go). Great, personal service. Would recommend to anybody considering a car.

Good people up front the service center is questionable I always get my work done there and when I first purchased my Chevy sonic I had practically brand new tires on my vehicle Ive gotten my car serviced there at least 3 times in a year period Ive only had the vehicle a year and just have never noticed that my tires had to have been swapped out its already almost time for new tires? I use the car for work and in town use only not once have I taken it outta town. Ive put on 6,000 miles since Ive had it and it just doesnt make since I doubt I could argue the fact since Ive never noticed till now. Please Pay attention to every detail before servicing your vehicle there be cautious check everything but then I could be wrong...

Went to check out a used car, salesperson came up to us immediately and showed is the vehicle we were interested in and was well informed about the vehicle. The good part is the salesperson although had suggestions on how to get the car financed, was not pressuring us into getting the vehicle. Refreshing!

This place was AMAZING!!!! We had to drive 2.5 hrs to get to Roswell and not even 30 minutes out, the car we were driving to trade in BROKE DOWN! We called to let them know we wouldnt be able to meet them, and Mr. Miranda was SO amazing! He had the car towed for us, and even offered to pick us up (my parents were there to get us but the fact that he offered was the greatest!) And to make a long story short, once we got there, Im pretty sure we gave the guys some headaches with everything we forgot we needed at home, but they were VERY patient with us, they helped us find a car with everything we wanted/needed that fit our budget, and they made sure we were happy with everything before we left. We will absolutely keep coming here for our cars, even with the distance, its definitely worth it!!!!!

I found a vehicle online in their used inventory, a near new low mileage truck, we agreed upon a price, they delivered the vehicle to me in AZ. The truck was as described, no surprises, Manuel sent me lots of pictures and was great to communicate with, the delivery guy was on time and very careful unloading. Over all a 5 star experience, if I am ever through Roswell Ill stop and say Hi. I was going to use my local Credit Union, they offered me a better rate so I used their financing. A week later, 500 miles and no surprises.

Was on a road trip recently, traveling to Albuquerque, NM and experienced some battery woes on our 2016 MDX Acura.We drove in to Roswell Honda and I was quickly greeted by one of the nicest service associates I have come across in a long while. This guy had me back in business in no time at all. In less than half an hour, he personally ran a diagnostic check on the battery, walked me over to their parts department and helped me grab what I needed. To top things off, he even installed the battery for me at no cost!After thanking this gentleman, I came to realize that I was actually dealing with the Service Manager, Chris Sweeney.
