Bad customer service becuz my gf left her car over night with what was wrong and what was needed and they over looked the note she left and just checked the oil which was not the problem. She drove from Sugar Hill to drop it off over night and picked it up the next day having the same issue. Thanks alot for not doing your job which was to do a smoke test so that she can see where her leaks where on the car!

Garry Hale, the service advisor has been phenomenal. He continues to provide excellent customer service. He is honest! He will be candid with you and tell you need to have the work done now or he will tell you that you can wait until the next time your car needs to be serviced. From the AAA towing to their service center to the check in, diagnostics and repair, things went smoothly and with good customer service. This is impressive because its unfortunately a rarity in the metro Atlanta area. So Im appreciative of the efficient, friendly and honest assistance as well as the knowledge and professionalism displayed by all.

Excellent service and experiences, every time. The only car service center I trust. Gary is great assisting me with last minute calls for repairs and/or scheduled maintenance. Car repairs and service typically are dreaded yet, I trust their expertise and feel valued as a customer and person. This is not your typical car care experience. Also, equally important to me clean facility, waiting room and clean restrooms.

AAA Mansell is my go-to for any auto repair or maintenance. Ive brought in my vehicle for a range of issues. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and honest. They perform all service with efficiency and integrity; Jim was especially pleasant to work with at this location. I will return time and time again for the exceptional customer service!

First the bad - they told me my service (oil/filter change and tire rotation) would take about 45 mins. When I arrived, that was changed to about an hour and in total, they had my car about 1 hr. 50 mins. Very frustrating. Also, the service advisor guy hardly spoke to me. When I picked the car up, he did not tell me how much the service was, and he did not confirm the service they did. I had to look at the receipt to make sure they did what I had asked them to do. Also, I didnt realize that they were recommending an air filter until later when I reviewed the emailed summary.Having said all of that, I was happy with the service and the price. I just wish theyd shoot straight with me about the time and actually TELL ME what theyre recommending before I drive away.

I tried to bust there to apply an international license. According to their website and google business hour information, they open until 6pm, but the department for the international driver’s license&insurance was closed on 5pm. So I came back next day. I hope their website should be updated.Also, i realized one thing during applying the license. The representative do not know how to talk to a customer with “Please &Thank you”.Thanks;)

Had a great visit at this location. I have used AAA before and always been pleased. This time spoke with George and he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. My car was finished a few minutes before they had said it would be. They took the precautions of disinfecting the drivers interior area before handing the keys back to me. Price well within range if any establishment I’ve used before. I will use them again. I typically call ahead, always seems to work better for me.

We came to AAA Car Care in Roswell when we first moved into temporary quarters in 2013. Since then weve moved to Woodstock. Its not convenient, but their honesty and service, above and beyond our expectations, keep us coming back. They are simply the best mechanics, with incredible knowledge of all things in the automotive world. Their recommendations for auto services they dont do, like body work, have been excellent as well. I would, and do, drive many miles to have them service my car.

Did what was necessary quickly

Ive been taking my two cars here for about 5 years, and Ive never had a bad experience with this place. Guys will do everything they can to work with you and take care of you. Theyre good at letting me know if I have a major repair coming up, so I can budget accordingly. More importantly, they dont push unnecessary repairs just to do them.And beyond all this, they do great work. Ive never had to take a vehicle back because a repair wasnt done properly or because I still heard something that I wasnt supposed to. Cant recommend this place and the guys who work there enough.

I had done some dorm shopping for this upcoming school year, when I experienced car trouble. I eventually was able to get my car in, and took most of my belongings with me with my ride that picked me up. Unfortunately, I had to leave a couple things behind.They found nothing wrong with the car even though very blatant and obvious issues were occurring, and the items in my trunk were gone. While on the phone trying to figure out what happened with my items, after being passed around through several lines encountered a man who was accusatory, and unprofessional. I hung up out of frustration, because this is not the only time I have received poor service, and encountered situations where their services were utterly useless.Only reason I’m giving two stars and not one star is because AAA’a roadside assistance is second to none.

It was ok. Nothing fancy but very clean. My entire time there was about an hr and 15 minutes. The main head person that assisted me was very.... brusque (is that the word?), no morning pleasantries or smiles barely looked at me but I understand I was at the mechanics not the spa. Oh, except when he asked me to do this survey🤔. I got in and got out. I went because the battery I bought from AAA 2 yrs ago died and it was under warranty so I got a new 1. Not sure I trust this 1 but what choice do I have? I can say that the gentleman that installed my new battery and did the oil change that I desperately needed, was polite and very mannerly.********UPDATE********** Its now a few hours since I left AAA and my lights dont work?!!! I went home after getting my battery and oil changed so I didnt know that my lights werent working. I ran back up there and the same grumpy guy that was working earlier was still there. I tell him what happened and he said theres nothing I can do about that, were closed. Decide for yourselves if you want to give this place your business. I just hope I dont die driving to work in the morning, my shift starts at 4:30 a.m!

I have been driving by numerous auto care places, over the past 3 years, to go to AAA on Mansell, in Alpharetta, Georgia- because of their EXCELLENT SERVICE, Professionalism, Integrity and Honesty. We live in Marietta, and it is quite a drive, but So Worth It! Mr. Bretti and the entire staff there has serviced both of our cars and we could Not be happier! Would Highly recommend them!

Its no fun to have car troubles. It is fun to find a team of people who love cars, love customers and love what they do. The shop floor is so clean you could think about eating off of it, even though you probably wont. :) Seriously, this is a great place to get your cars ills healed.

AAA car care sent me a coupon for a free oil change. I took the car in this am to get the oil changed. First thing they tell me is I am supposed to have an appointment. But as the first appointment is after the middle of December they will do the job now since nobody is in line in front of me. Weird but ... OK.Half way through, I look into the service bay and my car is up on the rack. Oh $#!^, I did not remind them to turn off the air ride suspension. Go back to the service desk and ask if they turned it off. No they did not. Rather than offer to inspect the system to see what damage they caused, the SENIOR service advisor blames me for not telling them. Even the guys at the tire store knew to turn off the suspension before they hoisted this car.Now, I get to take the car to a competent shop, have it inspected and look forward to a long fight with AAA for repairs. So much for AAA car care free coupons saving any time or money.Wont be using AAA car care again.

Very helpful and honest

A very clean establishment with friendly staff. The waiting area has a small play area for kids. There is a nice table with power plugs so adults can easily work. There is even a set of phone charging cables available.

-First one in on Saturday morning. Took approximately three hours for oil change, tire re-balancing, and alignment. Not a huge deal. Bill breakdown for oil change didnt match the coupon sent to me by AAA. Final price for oil change matched, so it didnt really matter.-However, my car has pulled to the left since the alignment was done. Cap on my windshield wiper fluid is also completely broken off. My wife took car back in and they told her shed have to wait at least 2 hours. Stated that those she spoke to at counter werent easy to deal with-You get one-star for customer service, especially those in shop that interface with customer. I can give the benefit of doubt to you that you had a bad day dealing with me, but not with my wife as well. Youre not doing me a favor.-Actionable feedback: If I ask about anything being done on my car or on the bill presented to me, you should never be too busy to respectfully respond to me. Manage and communicate with the guys on the shop floor however you want. Treat customers with utmost respect and genuine concern. Get some soft skills guys; its not rocket science.

Every time my 2000 Toyota needs service I take it to AAA Car Care. I am thoroughly pleased with the service. The service agents are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My car always seems to run better after they service it. They have a courtesy car if you need a ride to and from. In addition, AAA has a great reputation for travel and insurance information and there are agents present to help you anytime.

Very helpful! My car was towed to them and they quickly diagnosed what was wrong with it and helped me get back out on the road.

The associates at AAA Mansell Road are very professional from the front office to the technicians. I bring our family cars (3) to them all the time for small & big repairs. Two Nissans and a VW. They are as adept to knowing the intimacies of these vehicles as is the original dealership. George is especially helpful as well is the rest of the front office team. They are great to deal with and are the most customer friendly group of associates especially in a car repair facility where the feeling is at times, they try to rip you off. I made an appointment to have my oil changed. They were on time, personable, and fairly priced.

They said that they would arrive 2 hours from when they were called. Then a couple of hours (about 3.5) later, they cancelled the original appointment for no apparent reason and said they’d take another 2 hours to arrive. All that was needed was to start-up a car engine, and they were very inefficient and time consuming. Very disappointing.

I took my truck there cause I was having problems with my ignition and they said it was the stater and charge me $500.00. Got home the same day and I was still having the same issues come to fine out that it wasnt the starter it was only a $25.00 chip key.

Excellent service. The staff is top notch. The facility is new. I was so impressed. They treated me and my car with respect. The entire experience was great. I needed to go home and the car wasnt seen yet, so they sent me over to the Member counter and was able to get me in a rental from Hertz. It was so smooth when the Hertz employee came and picked me up to go rent the car. Excellent. It was like they already knew everything I would need that day. My car was out of gas, thats what caused the break-down. Seems as though criminals are know stealing gas from our cars while we sleep. Everyone should have a AAA membership!!! Ive never regret signing up in 2003.

These folks are true blue honest mechanics. They helped me fight for a warranty on work screwed up by a prior mechanic, and when there was a parts failure on the work they fixed, they didnt try to argue with me about their warranty and got me in quickly for repairs. I highly recommend these folks!

Just one guy here that spoils it for the rest . overall techs are good with theyre attention to detail..the place is clean and convenient but theres just one guy there who is a condescending And chauvinistic. I dislike trying to explain any issue I have to him considering hes not objective in hearing it. Cant recall his name but im certain if youre a female hell give his two cents on intake and make himself known.

Great place to get almost any car service work done. (Warranty repair/service work still has to be done at the dealer that provided the warranty to get it free. But routine service (oil changes, etc.) while your car is under warranty can be done by AAA without endangering your warranty.) These people are very straight forward and honest. They dont try to sell you things you dont need. Ive been using them since they opened a few years ago and, to date, havent had a single problem. Prices are reasonable, too.

Go to place for service James and his staff provide excellent service don’t try to sell you something you don’t need like the other repair shops like Mr. Tire, Mavis and Firestone. Additionally they don’t take on an additional shop supply fee like the others which is pure profit for the stores.

This is a review of the travel side only, not the car care.First I called and left a voicemail with questions about getting an International Drivers Permit—never heard back.So I decide to just go in. I start asking some basic questions about the IDP since reliable info is hard to find online, and the lady jumps all over me like I should know all about it. She cut me off and kept saying “it’s up to you” and for one of my questions she didn’t even answer me because “that’s just common sense”. Sorry for not being a travel wizard!When I eventually got her to listen she didn’t even know the info that a travel agency should know! If this is the only place to get an IDP, you should know everything there is to know about them.Also, they are ripping you off by changing $20 for a 5 minute service (plus $12 for photos of you don’t have them). But it’s the only place you can get an IDP so they get away with charging whatever they want. $32 isn’t a lot, but it literally costs them nothing.But if you do need and IDP, go to another AAA branch if you can. At least maybe they will be nice to you.

Not very pleased with how George treated us. We had run flat tires that they refused to repair. Thats okay, its just how he treated us about them denying the service. Went to Discount Tire, and they took good care of us. Turns out Discount Tire happens to be one of the few tire service companies authorized to fix run-flat tires. AAA, Im unimpressed with your level of service within the service department.

Honest experts, not trying to upsell anything

So had a flat tire when I was visiting Georgia for work. Pulled into aaa to get it repaired at 5:15pm after I getting out of my technical training class. Was told they couldnt patch it due to the humidity and the glue not drying in time. Should of argued with them being that I worked in a tire shop for 9 years in Florida with plenty of humidity and patched tires with no issues. Obviously working in the automotive industry I guess when the shop closed in 45 minutes all you want to do is go home. But come on. Flat repair will only take you 15 minutes. But hey thats fine. Went to tires plus instead and was defiantly satisfied when the tire was repaired no with no excuses and in a timely manner even though they closed an hour after I got there.

Always honest and helpful. Always do a great job with their customers best interests in mind.

They were able to get my A/C recharged and back in working order, but there was a bit of a wait as there is only 1 guy in the place who does this sort of work.PS I replaced every o-ring in the system along with the condenser coil (had a hole in it) before I took it in to get evacuated.Good work and even got a 10% discount on labor (or was it materials) with my AAA membership. My defroster should work much better this winter now.Thanks AAA on Mansell

NO RIP OFF Ive been here several times and watched the Manager come to the waiting area to talk to customers. To my surprise, numerous times, I watched him (them) tell customers they DID NOT need various services they thought they needed. These folks could have easily been victims of the usual rip-offs that occur at these places. I travel 20 miles to go here.

My 2000 ChryslerT&C is still running well thanks to AAA Mansell Car Service. Ive considered selling it, burning it, or just giving it away. BUT as a result of the quality car care Ive received from the guys at AAA Mansell Car Care, my Van just keeps on running and running almost like new! Service was friendly, cost effective and considering I dropped in without an appointment, they were efficient as well.The waiting room is very small and on that particular day, it was crowded, made the wait feel worse than it actually was. A better waiting area would be my only concern if I was there for something that took a couple of hours.

My experiences at this shop are always positive. I have used them for many purposes including per-purchase examination of a car for purchase. They saved me $2,000 pointing out areas of concern. When the official documents were taken back to dealer repairs were made at no expense to me.

I always take my car here to get the oil changed. They have also fixed other major issues with my vehicles including A/C replacement, Brakes Replacement, and Manifold Replacement. All for a fraction of the price of what the dealer was going to charge me. They Use OEM parts directly from the dealership and the mechanics are very experienced and knowledgeable.About a year after I had my breaks replaced by them, my breaks started to give a slight wobble I brought it in to have them check it out, they replaced all my breaks again at no charge, no questions asked!! These guys are great, wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

I had a stranded electrical wire (located in trunk) for one of my rear lights get cut in half. The Dodge dealership wanted to charge a $140 Diagnostic Fee, JUST TO LOOK AT THE CAR THEY SOLD ME. I didn’t know if this AAA service center could aid in electrical/wiring work, but turns out they do everything except for bodywork! James and his techs were awesome! They immediately walked out to the car with me, took a look at the cut wire, and pulled the tools to fix it with straight out of their pockets and fixed my lights in less than 7 minutes. Sure, my issue was very minor in nature, but they treated it with urgency and care, and didn’t charge a penny to “diagnose” the issue. 5/5 for the Techs: great communication (phone & in person), professional and friendly, and seemed like they know their stuff. The Front Receptionist, however, couldn’t be bothered - he cut me off mid-sentence and told me to just go talk with the people at the repair counter. Although that was exactly what I needed, his attitude could have been better, as detailed in other reviews here.
