Roswell Auto Tech replaced the mechanical fuel pump on my 1965 Shelby Cobra replica. They did an excellent job, were careful to take care of the bodywork, paint and carpets and got the job done while I waited. Great folks, great service! Id noticed that there are always cool cars in their forecourt in for repair - now I know why!

Took my 2010 F-150 to them and Lee (the manager) immediately started diagnosing the truck and it unfortunately was determined I needed a new engine. I was of course skeptical at first and even got 3 other opinions, alas, they had the same diagnosis. Lee was respectful and understood my concern. On top of that he provided the best price by far, walked me through the engine replacement and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Truck works like brand new and he even detailed it so it looks like it just came off the lot brand new. Couldn’t be happier

I used these guys for the first time recently. Everybody was friendly. I got my truck back quickly. The handwritten receipt was about impossible to read. I like to keep a log of work that has been done on my vehicles, but I do not know what all to log.

My mother in law brings all her vehicles to this place. They are constantly having issues with every vehicle this place has touched, as well as the issues that they were paid to fix. They just got a brand new set of tires earlier today, they were told $89 a piece, then see that they were charged $1000, and one tire was flat shortly after getting the vehicle back home.

I will literally recommend every single person in need of mechanic work to Roswell Auto Tech, they have been working on my vehicles and my familys vehicles since I was a boy. They have been doing 31 years of excellent service and I have never had a single problem with them.

My mother went in for a simple oil change and left with and oil leak. They said that they were going to start from the top to fix the problem. They charged her almost 1000 bucks and the problem persisted. She took it back and they found the issue. If they fix the oil leak for free I will change this review!

Great service! Called in the morning got a quote based on my analysis and it turned out to be the fuel pump. Same day fix and I was home on time for supper. I dont even live in that area, but I might drive back for the fair price and excellent service.

Never took my car here, but when I called 5 minutes before they closed, Lee was very helpful and nice even though he had customers in front of him. He took his time and was very very pleasant. Not typical in this line of work especially at closing time.

UNBELIEVABLE! My car went in for a simple problem. Not only was I overcharged but the aftermarket part that was put in my car caused my cars ECM(computer) to short out and needs a new one. Never again.

These guys are great to work with...needed to repair a side mirror and they ordered the part, put it on and had me back in business very quickly. Got an oil change there, then later noticed smoke coming from under the hood. I pop the hood and this is what I see. They forgot to put the oil cap back on and now oil is everywhere. Not sure why this place has such good reviews. You can get a less expensive oil change many other places.

The new door was the wrong color. The door trim was wrong. When I asked him to make it right, he asked for more money. Do not waste your time or money! Con artist!

Horrible experience! Roswell auto tech was recommended to us to have our classic truck repaired. What a waste of $500, time and gas! We ended up having to go to another auto shop and spend an additional $1000 to fix what this place did not. We left with an oil leak, back firing, shakiness the list goes on....and this was after taking it back for them to fix it again. The mechanics did not even know things that I, someone who knows nothing about engines, do. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

These guys are fast. Period. They will point out your serious problems and try to help you anyway they can. The owner is fair with his service and pricing.

Very displeased and unimpressed with this staff after being referred to them. Doesnt get stuff done on time, constantly making excuses and actually had the owner call and tell us to pay ahead of time so his staff would be able to receive money on their checks. The next morning, I receive a call saying that my car is yet again being delayed for the second day in a row after paying the day before. If you dont want to deal with BS then go somewhere else. This is absolutely pathetic.
