It’s not often that you leave a mechanic feeling good about a repair. Was it worth it? Absolutely! Fred took care of my Vanden Plas like he would his own! We share the same model. I came by to check on my repair to find that Fred took a part out of his own car to test my car, instead of just throwing some expensive parts at it. Talk about going the extra mile! My kitty (Jaguar) is purring again, better than before. I love supporting small local businesses, especially when they treat you as well as they treated me!If you own a Jaguar or a Rover, you owe it to yourself to have Fred fix your investment! He just gets it! Thankful for awesome service and the trust I have to take care of my car. So rare these days.Job well done Sir!

This place is amazing. The staff is super friendly they treat you like family. I came in from out of town and just wanted to have my car checked after the long drive. They took me in with little wait and had my car checked out in not time. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great and friendly service especially if visiting from out of town and have a long drive home. You will definitely feel safe and comfortable taking that drive back.

It needed a replacement key fob, which I purchased at the LR dealer (but w/o having it programmed). Fred offered to meet me - on Saturday - at their shop to do the programming, for a fraction of the cost. Wonderful!
