While being guided in for an oil change, I did not align my wheels quick enough for the workers liking and he began to cuss and get frustrated. My window was rolled down so I could hear exactly what was said and I pulled off to leave. Quit if you do not like your job. You are not forced to work there. It takes little to no effort to be kind.

So I stopped by on Friday, 1/29 for an oil change. I can sum up my visit in 2 words: Integrity, Service! The guys were over the top with their professionalism. Brian was exceptional. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with more info than I expected. He not only provided me with quotes for future work, but prioritized them as well. He was willing to work with me on pricing but providing an excellent discount on the work as well. I would recommend me these gentlemen to anyone looking for oil change. I went here because it was time for an oil change. I paid for full synthetic which is about $90.00 needless to say, I had a gasket problem about a month later (which is today) I noticed some oil leaking and it was a gasket (not on my motor) so they had to drain the oil to add the gasket, the oil is smut black as if it was never changed. I dont recommend this place. Maybe they are using recycled oil or something but the oil looks as if its been in my truck for years.

I went to get an oil change and transmission service. after I left I realized the transmission fluid was leaking from my car and I went back. Come to find out the mechanic didnt tighten the cap which made the fluid leak out. I was livid. my transmission could have gone due to their negligence. I would not recommend this place.

I needed an oil change and the techs there were very efficient and helpful. They did a general check of everything - the fluids, lights, blinkers, tire treads and pressure And checked for anything else that may be needed, but exerted No Pressure on me to buy More.I had a pleasant experience and the tech, Brian, that did the work was really nice and seemed knowledgeable, plus asked a mechanic to check things he did not know. I was very impressed by this, too.Being a woman, this was a very positive and quick service and very different from some experiences with car mechanics and shops in my past. It is nice to be treated so well. Also, the tech was wearing a face mask, which made me feel much better, as I have several health issues and was pensive about going for my oil change at all!I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family!

These guys are fantastic! One of the managers named Brian and a tech named David worked on my oil change and were very informative without being pushy about sales. Then the mechanic Chris looked at my brakes free of charge. Everyone wore masks and were careful to respect social distancing. This is the kind of place that you can feel comfortable going to and not worry about getting ripped off. Ill even recommend it to my elderly parents!

I want to commend this location and especially recognize Monty. I got an oil change on Saturday, 17 Oct 2020. I was in and out in no time at all. I got great service, no run around like I do every time at Jiffy Lube. Monty checked all of my lights, topped off my fluids, and cleaned my windows. I did not give them five stars because even though we go there often, we have never once been given the benefit of a discount for a service that I consider to be overpriced; not just by EOC but by everyone. It just seems like Express Oil Change rarely runs specials or provides online coupons. Maybe I am just looking in the wrong places?

Great experience! Pulled in, social distancing built into the business model, some wore masks, others didnt. Pulled in and out in maybe 15 mins. They have it down to a science! All lights checked, fluids looked at...yep very through! And they made me laugh, one guy said crank the car I heard can I get your card that was a good laugh...

I went here to get an oil change, and they performed that quickly and professionally. However I aslo told them to look at my rear tire brake pads because it sounded as if they were making a grinding noise. They said they looked brand new. This turned out to be a complete lie as two weeks later I broke down because my calipers were bad and had worn down the brake pads completely! Now I owe hundreds to repairs all because they gave me a false sense of security.DO NOT GO HERE except for a basic oil change.

Had a situation where we left with an oil Leak we did not have before we got serviced on our original visit. We returned a few days later and were helped by a young man named Cody Hasson. He checked the oil, went underneath. He returned with a small bolt and explained the leak was because it was stripped. He replaced the bolt free of charge, replaced our Synthetic Oil free of charge, and all of this in the span of 10 minutes! Not a service fee or anything. When I have an issue I will come here. The honesty, speed and quality of service. All of the technicians are friendly and polite. Hello,I wanted to thank Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers on Holcomb Bridge for providing fantastic service the other day when I received an oil change and purchased new tires for my car. Harley Jones not only sold me an affordable set of tires but he sat down with me and discussed different prices, very knowledgeable on what kind of tires would be best for my car. As a woman, this is very important to me especially when most places Ive gone to, I felt they were just trying to make a sale. Here at Express Oil Change, I didnt get that vibe at all. Harley actually cared about saving me money and providing information on what tires would last the longest. Jason and Rory were the nice guys who changed my oil. It was quick and painless, even a great affordable price. Jason and Rory even showed me the filters to make sure I understood the filters didnt need to be changed at that time. Again, as a woman this is extremely important. I definitely trust these guys to take care of my car properly without trying to make an extra buck. Just got back from getting an oil change and to have my tires checked (check air light came on). Cody got me right in. He was excellent!! Very pleasant and very professional. He gave me a price quote before he started and filled my tire for me. I got to stay in my car the whole time. He even showed me that there was oil in there when he was done. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this place.

This was my first visit here, and if first impressions are everything, these guys have it in the bag.I arrived for an Oil Change, and these people ended up finding a Coolant leak (At my request to look into it). They also discovered that my last Mechanic stripped my Oil Drain Plug, Which they replaced at no charge. they allowed me to stay in the garage with them while they worked, which really made me feel better about the work and the people. They showed me everything and pointed it all out, which no other mechanic I have been to has ever done before.These guys are Knowledgeable, Affordable, and FAST. But most of all, they are in it for the customers. They genuinely show concern and are willing to go out of their way to Educate the customer and make them feel good. I really enjoyed my experience here and will be coming back here for all my needs for my car. Plus they are less than 3 miles away from me. They were even nice enough to get me a Lyft home, since it would be an overnight fix.Express Oil Change is a fantastic place to get work on your car done, and most of all, the customer service goes above and beyond expectations. 5 Star service all the way.

This has been my go-to place for all my car maintenance needs since moving to Roswell in June of 2016. Ive had oil changes, brakes, tires, and other general maintenance done here over the past 2.5 years and highly recommend them to anyone. They treat you like family, take care of what you need and make necessary recommendations, but they dont employ high pressure tactics or try to scare you into getting work done thats not needed.The assistant manager Jason Ferguson has been there since I started using their services, and hes always taken great care of my cars and me. I worked with Trey and he was awesome! It was Tuesday (ladies day) and ladies get a discount on oil changes so I always make sure to come in then. I stayed in my car while the oil change was done and after a thorough check Trey suggested I get a tire rotation and a belt replaced. He wanted to show me the belt because there were a lot of cracks in it, but I couldn’t see it. So he took a picture of it on his phone so I could see the issue!! Always respectful and honest, I will continue to bring my car her for service!!
