These guys are absolutely the best! I have a jeep wrangler that needed help because everything was stock. They were able to engineer a plan that took into account both my needs and the specific issues relating to the jeep (particularly short space for amps and a good spot for a sub). Then they did a tremendous job installing the high quality product set in a timely professional manner. The difference is incredibly mind blowing. It has completely exceeded my expectations and made me incredibly happy! Lastly - it seems like a good crew working a small business and it means a lot for me to support that type of hard work and commitment. Customer service was absolutely A+, Knowledge Base was A+, and Professionalism was A+. The only draw back I could identify is that I didnt have time to take advantage of their comprehensive walk through of the system because I needed to catch a flight. You can absolutely trust them with your baby.

Love this place. I added leather and heated seats to my SUV. The price was comparable to me doing it myself and the leather is better quality. There were a couple choices that had to be made as the installation proceeded and Kevin helped me along with the choices and lead me to what I am now loving. Solid communication and great customer service. I’m a fan and will return when my next aftermarket upgrade becomes a necessity.

I had a new Kenmore 10” radio, Phoenix gold speakers, and tailgate backup camera installed in my F150. Kevin and Will were very easy and nice to work with, and the team did a clean job — looks and sounds awesome! Highly recommend!

Kevin O was very helpful in information about the automatic car starters. And helping us decide on the one that suited us best for our 2016 Town & Country! Also had all my work on my stereo system done there for my SUV and they exceeded my expectations.

I asked Kevin to install a nice stereo in my 2013 BMW 335xi and man did he deliver! After researching BMW stereo upgrades I thought I would have to deal with stock upgrades like BAV sound which was really disappointing. Simply put BMW does not make it easy to modify the electrical system, but Kevin is a true wizard and made it work. He stopped at nothing less than perfection when installing the system and was very accommodating to my vision of the end product. Now I have a 4000 watt stereo with two 12 high excursion subwoofers and 12 independent speakers from Morel that sounds like butter no matter what I play on it. I cant say enough good things about the install and North Side Custom Sounds.

Fantastic Work!I needed a dual channel dash cam installed in my Golf GTI and was worried about doing the instillation myself because it requires interior dismantling, which I didnt want to mess with.No VW dealership would do a dashcam instillation, so I was stuck until someone recommended Northside Custom Sounds, and Im glad they did.NCS was easy to work with, and they did a phenomenal job at hiding any and all wires for the dashcam. It was done in a few hours and I was on my way.Would go back again for any service.

I cannot speak highly enough about the business/owner. I had a subwoofer/amplifier setup installed in my Audi, and not only did he demonstrate a VERY rare honesty characteristic, but it was one where I wouldve NEVER noticed had he never said anything. That in itself was enough to bring me back time and time again, not to mention his EPIC customer service abilities and professional/custom/creative ideas and workmanship! I was recommended to check this place out to get my backup camera fixed. I cant say enough about how great the service was. I had worked with Kevin to order and replace my backup camera. The work was done quickly, professionally, and at a great price. I had been quoted hundreds more at the dealership. Overall a great experience cant recommend this place enough!

A few years ago Kevin did a tweeter install and a Pioneer DEH80-PRS in the dash of my wife’s Toyota minivan. He also did considerable sound deadening in the fenders. His work was very good, but after purchasing a new German SUV with Bose I now fully understand how good Kevin’s work really is . The Bose setup makes sound. Kevin’s setup makes music!

Honestly, some of the nicest and most helpful people Ive ever met, period. They helped me set up and tune my subwoofer - I cant wait until I have some more projects for them to work on! :)

This is by far the best custom audio installation place around. Kevin and Abby are the nicest people Ive met. They are professional, honest. and kind. Kevin made and hid a beatiful custom amp box and installed some great speakers in my SUV. If Im going to spend money on audio equipment, Im always going to give them my business. Hes a true top level expert in car stereo. About a year and a half ago, I had him install a Pioneer system to replace the cheap system that came with my 2013 Subaru CrossTrek. Huge difference in my music experience! My Iphone and Ipod hooked up automatically via Bluetooth and all was well. Now comes the top level part of his skill. I got a new Iphone and it wouldnt hook up to Bluetooth. I read the manual and tried every submenu a bunch of times. The problem was that I had the max number of devices paired, and I had to delete one to add my new phone. The problem that I had was that the Bluetooth choice on the system menu was greyed out and didnt respond. I couldnt delete my old Iphone.I call to make an appointment, and he diagnosed and solved the problem instantly over the phone. My Pioneer system wouldnt activate the Bluetooth menu unless the emergency brake was on!!!! I never use the emergency brake. So I went out and turned on the engine in Park, pulled the emergency brake, and the Bluetooth menu lit up. I deleted the old phone, paired the new one, and now everything is perfect.

Great service and really reasonable prices. I definatly would reccomend them for anything that moves and needs music.
