First time here and was greated with a friendly hello and smile by Brittany and Dominic. Really cool store with a great variety of inventory. Reasonable affordable prices, so will definitely be back 😊

During the height of the Pandemic, I believe the store was run by Law Enforcement and whoever they were seemed to do a very good job. Fair prices and respect for property. On the other hand later on I had a good chain that was overly tested to the point of damage. I also had a ring I asked the male clerk to examine visually and he took a big chunk of gold off it without asking to test it. I believe this is some unspoken “ritual” of pawnshops to “destroy people’s idols” but in reality it is damaging a person’s property and I am really disappointed property was damaged that way. I hope this trend stops as I am pretty sure I have witnessed it on TV also. Customers keep your eye on your property at any pawn shop. But still great price and convenient location.

I visited this shop today. The gentleman helping me asked what I was hoping to get for my jewelry. Upon hesitantly admitting to the employee that I have 0 experience with pawning, and didnt even know what to ask for, I was pleasantly surprised that I did not get taken advantage of. He explained everything, tested my items in front of me, answered all of my questions, and gave me top dollar.I highly recommend this business. They offer generous loans, lay away, and purchase options. You will not leave feeling like you got taken for a fool. No scamming. Honestly is rare these days, but I found it here!

Drove over an hour to buy a gaming system and while we were there we bought a control that didnt work. When I reach out to Dominic he gave me the run around and when I asked if they had any locations closer to me so I could return the control he stopped replying. So thanks for the broken control 👍

This is my favorite Loyalty Pawn Store. The area is great, the employees are friendly and always seem like they are having fun working. My other favorite spot is the El Camino Location.

Friendly staff, prices are fair, the best part is the layaway. Loyalty has the best layaway plan I have seen and used. If you want a good pawn shopping experience then i reccomend this place.

This is by far the best pawn shop Ive ever been to everybody is very friendly and they want to work with you. They treat you like a Person And give the best prices Ive seen. They all joke around and have a good time ask for Tony if you can hes great. Just a quick example I brought my pellet gun into a different pawn shop they tried to low ball me and said they would give me $20 loyalty gave me 60 . Its a little bit of a drive for me but I wont go anywhere else . Highly recommended
