Friendly service but lied about repair status. Dropped off a laptop for a battery replacement on a Wednesday, was told it should be delivered to our business the following Monday, which did not happen. Zero status reports provided - nothing had been updated in their system. So I then tried to get an update via telephone Tuesday morning, the day after it was expected to deliver, and was on hold for 25 minutes before I finally got a human. The call center rep could not provide any information to me and said shed have to call the store because they have the ability to see more information re the repair. Next thing I know, the call is disconnected. So I went back to the store Tuesday afternoon and was told by the floor rep that he could tell the laptop was still at the repair facility and just waiting to ship out to us. He also said the repair facility was responsible for providing status updates. Its now Thursday morning, and I finally receive an email from Apple re status, telling me the repair facility just received the laptop this morning at 7:13 and they are working on the repair. The floor rep straight out lied and I believe the store did not ship the laptop to the repair facility until I walked in the store Tuesday afternoon. Suffice it to say, I will no longer go to this Apple Store for our business needs.
I called asking about how I return a mac mini. The first person I talked to said they dont accept returns. I told her I talked to the apple online. Then she said within 14 days. Then she said I might have to weight a long time. I asked how long. She would not say. Finally I got her to say 15-60 minutes and then she hung up on me. She sounded like a sterotypical snotty cheerleader. I called back. The second person I talked to was fine. I dont like talking to rude snotty cheerleaders. Now that said I returned everything today. The store was packed from a new watch release. They were surprisingly organized. The return went seamlessly and quick. 2 star has been changed to a 5 star. I quickly interacted with 5 people. They had 2 different lines outside of the store and several people talking to people and people inside the store would bring them in. It was quite amazing.
We went to seaquest and had a wonderful time with our granddaughter. She fed iguanas, a tortoise, fish and a bunny. We went into a bird sanctuary full of parakeets. She loved this. There was an octopus and there were stingrays, eels, jellyfish and other fish. There were wallabies, pigs and Bengal cats. We will definitely be back.
I needed to spend just under 3 hours today to FIND OUT WHEN I COULD have a macbookpro looked at for screen replacement. When you call the store number youre auto-forwarded to phone support. Apple apparently does 0 standard manners / customer support training of the people they hire to represent Apple to customers / potential customers. Two of them disconnected me. One saying they have a policy against racial slurs, after Id mentioned i was trying to reach the store though had apparently been transferred to a phone support person in Timbuktu somewhere. The next time I called the woman started talking over me before Id finished my question. As I asked her to allow me to finish my question, she continued speaking over me saying I was not listening to what she was saying. I asked her if shed been trained to listen to customers questions before she tries to answer them. Im not going to answer that. If I worked for Apple, Id be embarrassed at this point.Well, they used to be okay. No longer, in my book. :(Ill update or leave another review of my actual time at the store.
I had a wonderful experience with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff,y exchange didn’t take long at all! Well done team!
Want to know what poor customer service is? Setting up a system where customers cannot walk into the store and purchase what they want. I was told I would have to wait three hours for a specialist to be available (when I didn’t need a specialist because I knew what I wanted) and was then told that the fastest way to get the product would be to order it online, wait an hour, then a store employee would walk out my purchase to me. No employee would do so while I stood there and told them in-person what I wanted to purchase, though. The employee I spoke to was very kind but unable to do anything helpful. I left to purchase the product elsewhere.
Clay was very helpful. He didn’t go too fast or too slow, just explained at the right speed.
Not crowded and many GoodStores.
Nice shopping area for you and me.
Ordered online for pick up but never received the confirmation email as promised. Tried to call before I drove out and was hung up on by the automated receiver. Just showed up at my time slot and they were still able to look up and complete my order without the email. Steve was very helpful with any questions I had about the device!
We called ahead to see if we needed an appointment to buy a new laptop and were told we didn’t need an appointment. We are 60+ and had questions. When we arrived at the Rosedale store we were told if didn’t have an appointment they wouldn’t be able to help us. We had driven 2 hours one way and made the trip only to buy the computer. We talked to the manager and were told he couldn’t do anything to help us. Guess we will look into a different operating system.
A very friendly and knowledgeable staff, an immaculately clean store as well. The security staff is also very cognizant of general Apple related issues and helps customers when possible!!
I have visited apple Rosedale center because I have a little problems with my trade in old device and the store manager was excellent helpful very nice helping to find out the problem so everything was fix good done with the problem. I have be there for so many times I don’t have any of those problems this is the first time hopefully not going to happen again I like apple Rosedale center employee they’re good it’s perfect location to looking for a new phone thanks a lot bossFor you helping me very very helpful place .Thanks you.
I have been to a good amount of Apple stores worldwide, and this one is definitely the worst in all aspects. Went in for service since my phone is dead just one day after replacing the battery, and the employee kicked me out saying it’s not their responsibility although I repaired my phone at another certified Apple service provider. Honestly this made me feel much better about my experience at DMV, since workers there do not scold you at the very least.
This store is very bad store! They are dishonest and waste your time. The woman manger is very bad. She doesn’t qualify the work. Sh never care about the customer! They said Seth and asked wait for 1 and half hour and then come after say different thing. Very disappointed
The Rosedale mall has got all you could need in one convenient spot!
I have been here plenty and still enjoy coming
Awful place. Went to MOA. What I wanted was out of stock. Drove to Roseville as they did have 16” i7 in stock. Told rep in store that I wanted to buy it. Said no, that I needed an appointment. Next appointment available was tomorrow afternoon. About five customers and at least a dozen employees in the store. I hate this company.
I have been looking to buy an Apple Watch and have been to the store twice and have not been able to buy a watch. The first time, I did not have an appointment. I then made an appointment and picked the option for watch for the next day. I showed up and was informed that there was no one that could sell a watch in the store. They knew what my appointment was for, why would you let me drive all the way out there knowing you could not sell me a watch? I called Apple later asking if they could waive the same day shipping charge due to the horrible experience and they could not. Horrible store that does not care about customers. If you actually want to buy an Apple product, go to Best Buy or maybe online because the Apple store apparently does not sell their own products.
Tong was so helpful!! Thank you for your excellent service. :)
Went in to shop for a new device and for services. The sales person over there are extremely unprofessional, they did not know their Apple products. They were not able to answer my questions regarding their new product, they didn’t even know where to look up information. The service department is also very bad, they did not want to help you with your problem but to charge you as much as they could in their estimate for your repair. During COVID-19 time, they did not allow customers to browse their products in the store, and you will typically see more employees than customers. Apple is so different now, I used to love it.
Probably the worst experience Ive recieved from Apple. I drive to the store per the call center at Apple stating that they take walk ins. When i arrive the greeter asks if I made an appointment, which I didnt. I stated that I just spoke with their call center and they claimed I could walk in. The real issue was that I already knew exactly what I wanted from all the research Id completed. They turned me away because they didnt have someone to ring me up at the register. Apple losing a hefty sale.....
Nice and cozy mall with just about everything.
Went to buy a $1000 iphone which they wouldnt sell because I didnt have an appointment.Went to Best Buy and bought a Samsung Galaxy.
I went in to buy a laptop. Had the specs and knew exactly what I wanted. They said I needed an appt to even get in the store even if I knew exactly what I wanted. There was hardly anyone else there, so it wasnt a problem of social distancing.
Don’t go unless you have an appt or your picking up an order. Otherwise your SOL if you don’t have an appointment. I just went to checkout the new MacBook M1. The staff was friendly and nice about turning me away.
Very well organized for Covid. Appointments required, but still making space for walk-ins. Distanced and temperature checked. Great experience.
Staff is not helpful. Interested in selling apple hardware only.
Frustrating experience. It took the team almost an hour to redeem a simple gift card for AirPods. Avoid this store and buy your stuff online!!
Walking by but they do have nice things
I went in ready to buy and was told that no one could help us for another 3 hours. I think you can do better than this Apple.
My daughters phone started glitching and stopped working completely at no fault of her own, just completely out of the blue her very EXPENSIVE iPhone which she takes very well care of, less than 2 years old STOPS working!! So after trying to fix the problem herself and going into Best Buy for help, which they tried to fix the problem with no success she is told to go into the Apple store..It appears to be an issue that is APPLES fault something to do with a new update?! They basically tell my daughter there is nothing they can do and the sales person starts showing her new phones to purchase, NO REMORSE..NO DISCOUNTS of any sort..NOTHING!! My daughter is in tears crying!!...Why does my daughter have to pay another $950 on a new phone when its Apples fault! They treated my daughter horribly!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!
Even though my issue was not solved in that moment due to the fact that I was unable to stay in the phone, customer service was very pleasant and helpful
Frustrating waste of time. They kept messing up my appointment times requiring me to make 3 cross town trips over the course of about a week. When I finally received help I learned that the repair would require an expensive replacement. Fixing it myself with a refurbished part will cost a third as much or less.
You cant just walk in to buy a laptop, had to make appointment for next day. Went to Costco and purchased computer there
Steven at this location is absolutely wonderful. Hes incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. I stopped in today to purchase a macbook, and he could not have made my experience any better. The Rosedale Apple store is farther away from my house than others, but I will come back to this location just to get his opinion and suggestions. Thanks Steven!!
Came in with my iPhone that didnt connect to cellular network and was helped by Dan and Tong. They were both very respectful, very thorough, and definitely knew the ins-and-outs of the job. I had previously contacted my cellular provider and an online Apple tech and had no luck with my busted phone but after a scheduled visit here I ended up leaving feeling satisfied with a now working phone.
Taylor and Hillary are awesome! What a great team. I had a very unique situation that the store’s payment system wasn’t set up to handle, and the two of them patiently typed in serial numbers more than a dozen times and kept trying new avenues until they found a way to make it work. Hillary found a way to make it work when I was convinced it wouldn’t, and she made sure to clearly explain everything to me as it was happening and once we finished. When Hillary went and worked with a manager to get the adjustments necessary to make her solution work, Taylor kept finding new topics of conversation to keep me entertained and make me feel like I wasn’t making their lives more difficult (even though I totally was). 6/5 stars.
My boyfriend and I went into the store the other day to pick up two phones that we had ordered online. I was able to get my order right away, but unfortunately my boyfriend was having trouble because his service was through sprint, and the order was under his moms name, who happens to live out of state. We had to call apple care to have them give additional order information so we could get our order that day. We spoke to a guy named Brett in person who got on the phone with our applecare agent luca. Both were extremely professional, super helpful, and we were able to take the phone home along with the rest our order that day! I cant say enough great things about Brett and Luca, they are great examples of customer service and really made our day!
Went in to warranty a iPhone 12 MagSafe case that is peeling. The manager dismissed me without even looking at the case or talking to me personally. He told the employee to deny it based on wear and tear. I have had an iPhone since the 3gs and have never worn out a case.
Poor service employees wasn’t helpful at all. He said he’s one of the head but he couldn’t help at all.
My wife and I were here at 12:45 pm today, and we were asked to make an appointment for shopping at 3:45 pm. When we arrived at 3:30 pm, we were told that they cant let us in before its time. When we finally arrived at 3:45 the store lady behaved extremely rudely with us. She didnt help us with our iphone shopping at all, thrusting us with a single answer of I dont know to almost every question we asked. We felt belittled and badly insulted before we left that store without buying any iphone or any apple product.
Steven helped us with purchasing a new phone and iPad for my friend who is disabled. He was amazing and thorough. He made sure to include my friend in all of the decision making. And when we had trouble with old passwords he was able to work with us to get everything set up and when he hit a problem he brought his manager in to help solve it quickly. The manager was also very patient and helpful for us. This new technology will allow my friend to have so much greater access. Thank you!
Clean and great enviroment.
Terrible service. No one knows what they do.
Normally you can’t return Apple products after 14 days, but I had just purchased a brand new iPhone 11 and it had only been a month so I called the store to see if I could return it. Over the phone I got an employee who answered all of my questions and was quick to explain how I could return it through the mail. I decided after the phone call that I would rather return it in person, so I drove to the store and once I got there everything went swimmingly. I got screened by a thermometer on my way in, talked to a different employee who simply asked for my email a few times, and then I got a full refund on my iPhone.
Outstanding service and customer support. Sometime during the lockdown I lost the ability to connect to the internet without WiFi. I worked with my cellular carrier but they finally said the problem wasn’t their network. I was referred to Apple support. The issue quickly escalated to senior tech level and then engineers. Nothing helped. I was advised to go to the nearest official Apple store. I walked in without appointment & was seen by Mike within 30 minutes. He diagnosed a software problem and fixed it. No money changed hands then or now. 😊
Insanely busy always, no walk ins
Very careful about social distancing, and very quick online order pickup if you can snag a timeslot. Ive used this Apple store for a few years and always been happy with them. Thank you!
Scam of a company. Said I needed an appointment which is fine, but when you go online they don’t even have time slots open and you can’t even call anyone for help, so what are we supposed to do? Security guards are rude as well. A buffoon must’ve created this setup. Stop charging thousands for your devices if you can’t even provide the help, using the pandemic as an excuse.
I have never had to work so hard to give people money.
Not too busy at all.
The store lead was a terrible example of what an Apple employee should stand for. Made my appointment to get a replacement device in store, drove 2 hours to get there. Just for them to argue with me that there was nothing they could do when support told me to just go in. So I left and got sent my replacement over the phone with a great employee on their over the phone support team. This store is a joke, don’t waste your time with such terrible people.
Well was at the mall to possibly buy a 1500 dollar laptop directly from the source but of course the security guard making $10 bucks an hour with an attitude gave me a bad feeling about even going to another Apple store again. Ok whatever no big deal. Maybe they should pay those guys a bit more then the Apple sales would gain bit more in return. Other that running off people with money 💰.
Want to buy a refurbished apple mac desk top. went to store in rosedale but could not make an appointment there-had to do it on-line.called apple support and was on hold 48 minutes. went on line for help had to have a serial number before i could continue but i have not bought product yet. just needed a few questions asked. whole experience frustrating!
Far more interested in selling a phone than helping us. Service was terrible. No help settings g it up. She just wanted us out of there so she sell more retail. I am sitting here tonight still unable to activate my new phone.
The employees are so helpful, they take the time to show you and help for the cheapest way to fix the problem, thank you Apple for such wonderful helpful employees
I had a very good experience at the Rosedale Center Apple Store yesterday. We were helped in a timely fashion, even though the store was very busy. I received excellent customer service from a young man named Thomas who was super patient and so knowledgeable. He carefully walked me through my options for a new iPad. Made great suggestions to help me stay in my budget. Even gave me a quick demo on Procreate. It was my first trip to an Apple store and Thomas made it a great experience. I’m looking forward to going back.
Very helpful and informative
I was here to replace my boyfriends phone that was under warranty. We travelled two hours to do so, just to be refused service after making an appointment a week before hand and being guaranteed over the phone we would be able to follow through with a iPhone replacement. Honestly, the worst part is the store lead was making remarks towards my boyfriend for asking questions and being confused/frustrated at the fact we were being refused all services. All in all it wasted our time and we still have a defective phone to deal with due to their very poor service.
I thought I would have to drive to the store which is over 40miles for me. I have 4 devices and my personal and professional accounts and contacts were all mixed up due to my own incompetence and multiple attempts to keep them separate. I decided to try a scheduled phone call before I have to drive there and it worked great for me. Chuck called exactly at the scheduled time and he was very patient and professional after multiple attempts he got me right where I wanted to be. He was worried about my personal information security more then I was and he took the time to answer all of my questions and address all issues. I don’t even know if I said “Thank you” I was so excited that it all got resolved so painless and quick. Thank you Chuck I hope you are appreciated by your bosses because you do a great job.So for these people that don’t like the wait time in the store, please set an appointment at your convenience at you will get the one on one attention. It was a great experience for me .Now I know why Apple is Apple and I don’t regret all of my Apple devices. Thanks again
Thank you to JohnDanial very helpful and understanding! The best to help out customers!
Big Sur has completely slowed my new mac down. Used to turn on in 30 seconds or less, now takes 5 minutes for my icons to load.
Horrible customer service! Poor management. I would not recommend wasting your time going to this store.
Didnt get to go in, needed appointment had software issue. Had to go home and wait for phone support.
Friendly quick service
Nice shopping spot. You can get just about anything there. A little high end though. Personally, I think they are trying too hard to appeal to the upper middle class of Roseville. The renovations have been real nice though. Food court is over priced. It failed once, itll probably fail again. Macys is always a mess and if you like Apple (not a fan) its always busy so good luck with quick service. Mall has chronic case of shoplifters. Dont be surprised if you see it happen and nothing is done about it. The restaurant scene is solid. Decent options but Bug Bowl and Green Mill are really the only bang for your buck spots. Everything else is pretty average or overpriced. Green Mills wings are amazing. So is their pizza. Pretty much all of their food. I digress. So, if you need that daily dose of over priced consumerism or want a bite to eat, this is the spot for you.
Apple employees are rude at this location! I had an appointment for 2:30pm for my Mac book. I had to wait 30 min for a tech when there was 15 Apple employees standing around doing nothing. Once I was let in the Apple store, I waited for a tech. After I handed the Tech my Mac book. I was headed out the door when I stopped to look at the watch bands and a Apple employee told me I had to leave. I can purchase what I want online.
They’re great until you have your purchase. Then they don’t want to help you and start getting rude and short. Was going to switch my company over to Apple but I don’t see the point if I’m not going to get polite help.
Extremely disappointed went to have battery replaced. Gave phone to check in to employee and asked them to verify that my phone had been backed up properly thru I cloud. He stated your all good. Had my me sign data loss agreement. Came back to pick up phone they ended wrecking my original phone and gave me a replacement. At this point I was dealing with another employee. Once phone was turned on I asked her to do the I cloud back up. She promptly stated phone was not backed up.I explained I had phone checked prior to be sure. She simply stated you signed the data loss agreement. Lost tons of information that I relied on saving. Worst experience I’ve ever had. They simple don’t care to be bothered by a customer asking them for help!
Went here yesterday to buy replacement for a cord I had misplaced, to connect my MacBook to Ethernet. But when I walked in, I was overwhelmed by the crowding and noise, which I probably should have expected on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. I was thinking I would not be able to find the proper cord in that environment and I probably should come back on a weekday. But then I was approached by an employee named Abdul who offered to help. He led me to the right part of the store for such cords, determined the one I needed was not on display, and messaged someone to bring it out from the inventory not displayed. He rang it up for me, stepped away momentarily to get the paper receipt I requested, and immediately returned to hand it to me and wish me well as I went on my way. He was knowledgeable, respectful of this senior citizen, and most kind. He also seemed to be well supported by other personnel in the store. I would definitely buy from the Rosedale Apple Store again because of the efficient and pleasant interaction I had with Abdul.
Typical apple store. Crazy busy with a long wait. Best to pre book an appointment. Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to get help with any and all apple products or just to waste some time. Would 10/10 recommend if your looking for an apple store.
My reason for driving away from the store and trading in my iphone for an android.I needed an airpods charging case. Nothing more than to buy an accessory. I drive all the way to the store just to be told I need to make an appointment and the soonest would be 4 days. Very disappointing.
Just recently I had a very enjoyable experience on both 2/11 and 2/13. Everyone I talked to or helped me with my iPhone issues was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. Whoever does the hiring has hired people with great people skills who took the time to make you feel comfortable during you visit. I read some of the negative reviews and I think these are people no one could please. I feel very fortunate to have a great apple store in this area. Thank you!!
The thing I love about Apple is that the Ecosystem is easy for a younger and older audience to adapt to compared to Windows and Android. But that Easy to Use nature is kind of a Double Edge Sword. I hate waiting forever to get any kind of service at the Apple Store. You would think they would have figured out that by splitting the customers into Buying and Service wait lines their sales would increase because I ended up walking out and instead picked a Galaxy S10 instead of iPhone XS because Tmobile employees were willing and ready to take my money.
Quite. Nice. Relaxing.
My iPhone 6 has had a broken screen 3 times, dropped in the shallows of a river and only got the home button wet. I replaced the button and it worked great. Then my battery this year decided the poop out on me. I went to this Apple store and the employee was like a lot has happened to this phone hasn’t it? And I told him the above, and they still replaced the battery for the $50 price! Very impressed, and the service was great! Note: I did make an appointment.
Get people out of the walkway
Genius Bar here was very helpful. When my carrier had made an error on their part, Quan from the genius bar was in our corner and helped us get the proper iPhone support.
I had an above-average experience after visiting this store today. I walked into the store with the latest iPhone to return because I had gotten it somewhere else faster. As soon as I walked in a gentlemen approached me, asked what he could help me with, and walked me to where I needed to be. What’s interesting is they don’t have a ‘Customer Service’ counter or desk, so we ended up finding a little open counter space by like some apple watches where I could set my box down. The woman greeted me with a smile and pulled an iPhone out of her pocket to start the return process - cool! She didn’t need an ID or card, I think because the box was sealed? She scanned the serial number, tapped a few things, and within a minute I got an email saying the refund was going back to my original card. While she was tapping away I told her this was my first experience at an Apple store. She offered to give me the rundown. The front is where they keep the ‘latest and greatest’, the middle section is their free trainings, and at the very back is the Genius Bar. One thing I noted was how it wasn’t ‘pods’ like you would expect, but rather, a few long tables with groups of people. Not sure if I like that or not. While the rep was talking she maintained contact and smiled although some of the phrases she used sounded a little scripted... I suppose that’s how they deliver consistent customer service, though. I don’t believe either of the reps that helped me had a name tag on, maybe they had badges? Either way, both associates did an awesome job and might’ve actually convinced me to start shopping in stores again rather than online.
First time here and will be my last!!!!! If I can give a 0 star I would! Me and little family went inside the Apple store to get a new iPhone, waited 10 plus minutes for someone to come greet us or for us to get help. There was 3 workers walking around touching their tablets, all 3 saw us looking at them, as I think they were busy so I didn’t wave at them. There was 2 person that came into the store after us and was waiting as well, the workers got done helping others than walk towards us, I wave at him and I know he saw me but instead he went to help the lady that came after us! There was a worker guy that was just standing there in the middle eyeing us and touching his tablet. As I can see we were the only asain in the store at the time, are they being racist? Of course we walk out after we got ignored a few times! This is very disappointing and I am beyond mad! We will never return to this store ever again!!!
We took an older laptop to the genius bar for a software upgrade and they ended up inadvertently wiping the machine clean. The tech did not tell us to do a back up before they did the work so we lost a bunch of data.
Very impressed by the quality of service. Staff replaced a smart keyboard for me for free under their warranty program. Very smooth appointment and couldnt be happier.
Make an appointment ahead of time. I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount if time. Unfortunately, we could save my iPod (it was run over) but I got a new one and left happy!
Waited two hours only to be told to wait two more. Absolutely no ability to be flexible with drop in appointments. Had to leave without service and be at home with young kids and no access to a phone for emergencies for a few days as a result. Yeah I suppose I should be able to plan ahead but sometimes life gets in the way. This place is going to soon make us a Droid family.
Ok
Always crowded with a wait for the Genius Bar. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.I took my daughter’s Beats earphones in for warranty repair. I waited about an hour for a walk-in appointment. The earphones were sent in for repair. I received the them back about 10 days later with a note saying the serial number on the work order did not match the serial number on earphones. Sure enough a typo. Honest mistake. Went back a second time. Waited about fifteen minutes for a walk-in appointment because it was a second trip for the same issue. I got an apology for the inconvenience and the earphones were sent for repair again. About 10 days later, the earphones were returned again with the same message. This time, however, the serial number on the work order and earphones matched. Went to the store a third time, waited only a few minutes before getting help. And, I got another apology. Instead of sending the earphones in they replaced them at the store. Thank you, Apple, for doing the right thing.
My 80-year-old father purchased a new iPhone 6Plus from this store, he loved the larger screen and how snappy the apps were. Unfortunately we didnt test the phone before we left the store and there was a problem with the cellular components causing the speaker to cut out during phone calls. The next day we returned to the store, the support staff was wonderful helping us find the receipt, get the phone exchanged and fully tested. it does take a bit to get a phone setup, restored from backup, etc. but they were very nice and patient during the transaction. Ill definitely go there again!
I highly recommend this Apple store, I had an issue with my iPhone 8 and Will was quick to help fix the issue. He was friendly, and very helpful! He made the whole situation seem less stressful.
My go-to Apple store. Technically uptown is slightly closer. But no fighting for parking at Rosedale. Friendly staff has always treated me well. Willing to listen and seem to understand. Appointments can be tough sometimes. But Im sure thats true at all of them.
Amazing service for the apple products. Every time when I use the Genius Bar; I am so impressed about the solutions of each problem. They know what are they doing. I really recommend this place and use the Genius Bar at your convenience.
Do not go here my face mask was not good enough for them made me put a different one on They should’ve let me know from the beginning that I could’ve just mailed it in and never went into the store
