Dont go to ABC warehouse!!!!Stick with RAC. Its the same leasing program, only with better prices and exceptional customer service.Leasing furniture may be a last or only resort for some, but they definitely help you through it.P.s. I love this location solely due to the employees and the wonderful customer service 100% of the time.

Liked the idea of their store and a friendly sales staff helped me with prices and offers- even got a free mouse pad.

I have not one, but 4 items from here. I pay a decent amount of money, every week, with no late payments and no miscommunication. I had an incident where my roommate had locked our dog in my room, and the bed frame I am buying was chewed. The repair man was great at first, until I get a nasty voicemail left on my phone for not being home at my appointment when I was standing at the door with no one in sight. Now, I call and mention I dont even think its repairable. The guy shows zero remorse, and does nothing to try to help. Dorian was the best member here, and now with him leaving, I have half a mind to return all items and get them from Aarons. Maybe theyll be a little easier with the customer service.

Never been to Rent-A-Center dont know why Google said I was why Ranch something when you can own it

I rented a fireplace and And TV last year. 2 weeks ago, I paid it off ( so I thought) in full. This was before the 6 months same as cash was expired. I noticed that the store manager was not too happy when I did this, but I didnt think anything of it. Renta Center makes money from delinquent/late payments. Also, they make the big money if you are not able to pay off your items in 6 months. I was given a certificate for my TV but not the fireplace. Again...I didnt think it was a big issue because I had receipt that I paid off both items. I received a knock on my door just now from some scrubby looking driver stating that my account was past due and I owed.....15.00 dollars and some change and that I had 2 days until my 6 month same as cash expired....So....here is the gist of it. When paying off your account, make sure that you receive a certificate for each item in your possesion. These guys are crooked! If there is an emergency and there is no other way around it...use them. But I would not recommend that you purchase from them for items that can wait. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Stay away from Renta Center, especially the one in Roseville Michigan.

Has the worst staff ever one of the men there told me if I wasnt on welfare and got a job I wouldnt need them mind you I dont get welfare I have a job.. He also said my kind mess it up the good people..

The guys that work here are patient and very professional. Answered all of my millions of questions about the different sets of furniture in the store.

This location is a JOKE! Last year I rented a tablet that I returned 3 weeks after renting and they spent 2 months calling accusing us of missing the payments. Each phone call required the same explanation, why is the staff not communicating or putting the info in the system? I rented a set of bunkbeds a couple months ago and have since discovered that the lack of communication wasnt situational with the tablet, the problem is that those people simply do not know how to do their jobs. Upon renting the beds we elected for no insurance. Every single time we have called to make our payment since getting the beds they have tried to charge us 40 some odd dollars for a set of beds that came with a $19.99 payment. Every single call they have to be reminded to remove the insurance from my account and yet the following week its the same crap. Several people warned me not to deal with this location because of similar issues and I chose to try it due to the fact that its literally at the end of my street. Im extremely irritated with this place and Im looking into switching locations.
