Why does this store only have 13 reviews!!!?!?!?! THIS STORE in particular has HELPED me sooooo much ! I am getting married in a Month and I have had a hard time finding a right shade in foundation for several weeks. I dont live close to one of these 100% pure stores so I have to order online. Thankfully the 100% customer Care team advised me to contact one of these stores for a virtual appt! Rosevilles 100% store was soooooo kind and patient with me ! I had such a positive experience! They were so kind and sent me samples for free to try on so I can find my perfect shade. I can cry! I am so thankful. Another store in California told me they couldnt do that because they were out of sample packets....THIS STORE WENT UP AND BEYOND in helping me for my big day and even sent me a cute little card! I could cry! So sweet! I feel so loved and valued haha does that sounds funny? Anyway, highly recommend this lovely store, Melissa in particular and their manager!

I love all of their products. Ive been using them for years now, every since I decided to use toxic free shin care products when I became pregnant with my first child. Theyre products have amazing efficacy and I never worry about long term negative effects on my body or on the environment.

Amazing customer service. I love all of the employees that work at 100% Pure (I’ve been to every store in The Bay Area). They are always nice and willing to help. Today, Marcia and Kelly were working and they helped me look for all of the products I wanted, gave me advice on what shade to choose (as the 2nd skin concealers are now numbers), and helped me applied some products. They were well versed with 100% pure products and believed in it. I never feel rushed or embarrassed at this store and I especially never feel like they are pushing products at me. I spent a good hour and a half in this store testing products and left with what I intentionally came in for plus something extra. Thanks for mastering the fine line between letting me browse and helping me.Managers, don’t let good people like Marcia and Kelly leave. They deserve a raise and recognition.

I only get products from this place. I have very sensitive skin and react to many ingredients . I cannot use any other shampoo. The staff are helpful and friendly and even though its a small store its accessible and has a very light and open feel. Today I purchased a lip stick and shampoo but Ive purchased many products from them. Every one has been great though my favorite is the seaweed face wash/mask .

This was my first visit to the Roseville store. I was greeted with friendly & welcoming customer service. I have been using 100% Pure cosmetics for 8 years and mainly order online. It was wonderful to try make up on and discover new products. The girl who was helping me was honest if a color worked for me or not. I appreciate honesty over a sales person trying to convince you buy a product. It was not a pushy sales experience. They genuinely were helping find the right colors/ products.The make up and skincare is ingredients you can pronounce and know what you are putting on your skin. Made from fruit with vitamins and anti aging antioxidants.Plus if you save your empty make up/product containers you can recycle them at the store. Bring 10 empty bottles, etc and they give you a free gift. Not only are you caring for your skin but also giving some care to the planet! Highly recommend all skin care and make up.Thank you to the 2 ladies working yesterday. I hope your boss reads this review! You both did great. I am store owner myself and my standards for customer service is very high!

WOW! Amazing customer service from the manager. You could see how passionate she was about the products and how genuine she was. She didnt try to upsell me anything or sell me something that didnt work for my skin. The best customer service I have received from a beauty store before, and not to mention how amazing the products are! I will deffintley be back in the store to re purchase more products. 100% recommend coming in and talking with her and trying the products. Because of that I found what products worked better for me skin. So happy I stopped in today! I wish I got the Managers name, she was amazing! big ups to her :)

Love this place and love the staff! I definitely will come back if Im in the area! The products are amazing and helped heal my dry skin that was chronically flakey. Their makeup is also tons of fun!

My wife came in to try some product. She was assisted Tasha. Tasha was very attentive and knowledable. As the GM of a business it is refreshing to enter a store and get outstanding customer service! The products look great and a reasonably priced given what they actually are! Thank Tasha, we will be back soon!
