Best haircut of my life! She understood what I wanted and took the time to really make sure my hair would look how I wanted it to when I left. Previous haircuts just cut my hair off, leaving it short and flat. She cut my hair with skill and knowledge so that days later I am still amazed at the volume and curl she was able to coax out of my wavy hair. Amazing and worth the price without a doubt. Im so happy! Before and after photos but it honestly looks even better now without styling!

I just don’t recommend Colleen. Rude when she knew I didn’t want a color treatment just a haircut.I can not believe how unprofessional she conducted herself specially in a place like this with supposedly good service.I had a great experience with Arlene sadly she is moving. The lady at the front was nice but nothing she could do due to they gave me the wrong appointment with the WRONG stylist.

I wanted to love this place but I feel like they should really warn you when they are going to put you with someone who is brand new. I have shoulder length hair and went in for partial lowlights (which was only 7 foils) and a trim of the dead stuff. This process took over 3 hours!! That’s longer than it has taken me to do ALL OVER color or full foils. Also sadly my side swept bangs were cut wayyyy too short. I want to go back and give someone else a try but now I’m scared and may just go elsewhere.

Krissy was my stylist and I couldnt be happier with my hair. Professional, clean & a great personality!! Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this salon & Krissy to anyone in need of a new stylist.

I usually love all Aveda salon and their quality of haircuts. Unfortunately I could have gone to great clips for 25 bucks and received the same level of quality. I came in for a simple haircut with some key things that I wanted.1.all one length2. Long enough to braid my hair to my shoulder.None of that happened. To add, one side is noticeably longer than the other.Not sure if the stylist was uncomfortable with thick curly hair or maybe didnt take me seriously as a client. Whichever. Definitely not happy. And staying away from this salon.

The stylists at Willo really love what they do and it really shows in the quality of the work they do their. Thank you all so much for making my moms Christmas present (which was a bob haircut) really sparks. I know she loved it, the last time she attempted to get a bob she went home in tears and I felt heartbroken for her. This was definitely not that kind of experience. Yall Rock!

Ti is the BEST! She was great at matching my naturally strawberry blonde hair, and is very careful with preventing breakage. I have long, fragile hair, so this was very important to me. Ti came highly recommended to me for color matching, and I was not disappointed. Ive been going to her for about a year now. She is super accommodating and very skilled in all areas of hair.

Went there for the 1st time. My beautician was Bailey. She was so sweet, knowledgeable & did a beautiful job on my hair. The color, highlights & style is awesome. Give this place a try & you will leave looking outstanding.

I have known my stylist, Kim, for 8 years and she always does an excellent job! Having just had my third kiddo 2 months ago, I was ready for a dramatic change and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I went from waist length hair to a chin length bob and its stunning! From the scalp and shoulder massage prior to shampooing my hair to the final result, it was pure magic. I walked out not only feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, but I now feel so confident with my new look! I highly recommend Kim!

I had the worse experience at this salon. Krissy who did my color, cut, and blow dry did a very poor job. My color came out way too dark even though she said it would be lighter than my ends. That did not happen, it is all around darker. The cut was suppose to be long layers, that was screwed up. She tried to improve the cut when I mentioned I could hardly see any layering. The blow dry was terrible and she left the stain from coloring all around my forehead, something that should be taught in beauty school. I talked to a manager about how unhappy I was and all she could offer is to come in to have my hair shampooed. I will never go back to this salon and I would suggest if you are looking for a salon and you are new to the area, avoid this salon.

Kristen D does an amazing job! She is friendly and makes her clients feel valued. She gives helpful advice and makes sure her clients understand everything before making any big color or cut changes. She is professional and personable. She does quality work and I always walk away happy after any service I had her do on my hair. If something isn’t perfect she takes the time to give the client what they needed.

I have been going to Willo Aveda at The Fountains of Roseville for approximately 7 years. I have had the great pleasure of building a friendship with my hair stylist, Kristen. She is not only a tremendously talented stylist, colorist and hair guru....she is also an absolute gem. From the very beginning, she starts each appointment with a consultation, carefully picking your brain to get a good grasp of what look you’re going for. She is attentive and really wants her clients to leave feeling beautiful, comfortable and confident! I like to change my style, cut and color often....she is always up for whatever challenges I bring! She stands behind her work, if you’re not happy...she’s not happy! I am really blessed to have Kristen. The salon is great too. Really nice atmosphere.....all of the stylists and receptionists are very sweet and accommodating. You can’t go wrong. ❤️

I have been with Ti for several years now and appreciate her professionalism and perfectionism!! She also is the nicest person you’ll ever meet! Bailey is wonderful. I recently moved to Roseville and was hesitant about finding a new hair stylist. I was introduced to Bailey from a family member. I loved her warm energy and decided to schedule an appointment. I’ve had three appointments with her and every time she listens to my needs and conquers them every time. I just love her. The salon is beautiful and has a very peaceful vibe. I highly recommend Bailey.

I love Willo! Kristen is the best, extremely talented and super friendly. The cut is always great and color and highlights have never disappointed. She listens to what you want and does her magic. I trust her with my hair and that is the best feeling and worth a million. The other staff are very friendly, greet you right away and ask if you would like something to drink. They will work around your schedule for next appointment and are very accommodating. I have never had a bad experience with anyone here and have been going for a while now. I would recommend!

Seth is AMAZING!!!!! I was lucky enough to be scheduled with him to correct several mistakes that another stylist created. He fixed my color and cut to perfection. I am so happy to have found him and will ONLY see him in the future.

My first appointment with Seth and he was wonderful. My hair is so damaged from previous treatments he talked me out of doing what I came in for, did an easier color treatment and we have a plan to get it health again. I also love the cut. I couldnt be happier and completely trust his opinion and work.

I had the worst experience in this place last october. I was not enough feeling good to share my comments at that time. I went there just to get my roots done but we ended up having some color corrections. ( thats what that hair stylist recommended to get a better result) but unfortunately, he did a terrible job on highlighting and I left the salon with lost of color variations on my hair. And I paid $315 for the hair I hated. I visited the salon after that and he tried to fix it with a brassy hair color which I did not want it. The day after I stopped by the salon to speak with their manager and they told me that they can fix it. They did set up an another appointment w/someone else who has more experience. And I made a HUGE mistake to believe her, trust her and to let her to touch my hair! She made a TERRIBLE highlights and not even cared. Those people in that salon not have that REAL experience as they describe themselves. They are the worst stylists that I met in my entire life. Right know I am still trying to get my hair healty again! I lost half of my hair because of that. They were still telling me that they can fix it with some extra foils!!!Really!!!! I DO NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Please be careful.

Had an appointment, but had to wait 20 minutes. The guy at the counter barely looked at me; I felt he could not be bothered. My appointment was for wash, trim and styling. She didnt use anything to prevent fly away hair, and then the curls in my long hair did not hold for long (too big of a curling iron, perhaps), even though I naturally have some pretty good body in my hair. Oh, and the trim took all of five minutes. After a wash and condition this morning, I can now see Ive had better trims at Super Cuts.

Marissa is a fantastic hairdresser! She is gentle, knowledgeable and willing to help you take risks with your style. Her scalp and hand massages are an extra bonus and really transforms a basic hair appointment into a spa experience.

It was an amazing overall experience. From scheduling my appointment with great customer service to the consultation to the hand massage and all the haircare advice. My cut, color and style by Ti was exceptional. I highly recommended this salon.

I love this this place! Wonderful location too. Everyone is really friendly and they always offer me coffee or their special tea blend that is healthy and refreshing. I have been going here for years now and seeing several different girls to get my hair highlighted and cut, They have all been great. Recently I started seeing a wonderful hair stylist named Cristi. She knows exactly what look I’m going for when I explain and it feels so good at the end of my visit to be absolutely thrilled with the results! Cristi is fast and professional and gives me advice on what she thinks would benefit my hair. She gives a great scalp massage when washing my hair and a hand massage while the products are working their magic. She’s super nice, relaxed and conversational but also does make you feel like you need to chat if you just want to relax and enjoy the experience. She’s also giving me a great advice on other beauty technicians so I feel confident I’m getting professional experience care.

James was awesome!! Funny, talented and great attention to detail. I have short hair and he trimmed it in a manner that gives me styling options. I will be back no doubt!

At Willow, they are always courteous and work at scheduling / rescheduling me as my calendar shifts. The pricing is fair and the salon is well kept. I had Rachel as my stylist, and I could not be more pleased with the results I got. She gave exactly what I wanted, she went through all the steps with me before I got my haircut. I recently moved up to this area and needed a hairdresser in the worst way and I was pleasantly surprised with his service, talent and personal touch. It’s so hard to find a good hairdresser when you move. Pleased to say that I will continue using James for as long as I live here. I couldn’t be happier!

I arrived at 9:50 for a 10am appointment. My stylist was not in the building when I left at 10:07. I was told maybe she was caught in traffic. I somehow arrived to my appointment 10 minutes in advance with no traffic delays. Now I get a text message saying there’s a $20 cancellation policy. I didn’t cancel. Your stylist wasn’t at work on time!!

I made this appointment pleasantly surprised that this place was open on Sundays. My appointment was changed due to an employee illness. I appreciate this employee calling in sick rather than expose me and inevitably my family to a virus. I was rescheduled with Jazmine and I had a fantastic experience. She took great care of me and I love my new hairstyle. I’ve gotten many compliments today and I feel great! I will be coming back.

Made an appointment for my mom a week and a half in advance for her to get her hair dyed blonde and a root treatment. Instantly upon arrival, Seth told me he would not have enough time to finish...what a joke. He didnt even start anything, what was the point of even making an appointment in the first place?!?!?!? Was told great things of this establishment, sadly they did not deliver. Be weary as a new customer is all I have to say.

Ti is AMAZING! I always get compliments on my hair both color and cut even 12 weeks after my appointment. She is so professional and highly skilled. I’ll never have another stylist. I love the Aveda products and the salon is staffed by very nice professional people.

I will only get my hair cut and colored at Willo Aveda. Rachel, Jennifer, and Erik have all worked with my difficult thick, long, and curly hair, and they have all been great. I have gone to every Sacramento area location, but Roseville is my favorite.The only thing I would add is electric vehicle charging stations outside, perfect for the two hour duration.

I had my first haircut with Janet a few years ago and have been going to Aveda ever since. Janet knows exactly how to cut my hair and since its curly, I have had quite a few terrible haircuts in the past because it was cut too short or not layered properly. I would definitely recommend Janet. I know I will only get my haircuts from her.

My hairstylist insulted me within five minutes of me sitting in the chair. She then spent the whole time talking to everyone around me and never to me. When I needed my stylist’s expert advice she was annoyed and just wanted me to make a decision. She never got to cutting my hair. I hated my whole experience here and honestly I do not know if I will be back. This is such a disappointment because the last time I came to this salon I had such an amazing time. I felt pampered and left glowing. If I ever go back I will refuse to see this same hairstyle again.
