The place is always clean, well laid out and displayed, plus everyone is always so helpful. Sossie is who took care of me from day one and I have not stopped shopping there, for three years now. Sossie therefore gets extra brownie points from me. Always eager to help and never misses a smile or enthusiasm, when helping you find the right products for your daily/nightly skin needs. I stopped by to see what kind of gift boxes were available and was offered a complimentary facial with some new(er) products. This place by far has the best customer service Ive ever experienced in long time. The staff were very attentive to special concerns and helpful in recommendations for my teenage son and daughter who both have been experiencing skin issues. Origins has become a household name in our family because of the through and genuine care weve received from Lisa Schwartz. I now recommend this product to all my friends and family. The new product Lisa had me start has significantly shown improvements with my skin. Love love love this place.

I took my wife in there for a free facial and I was very pleased. My wife wasnt sure she even wanted to go but after we got there the place was immaculate and there were 2 women working, both very polite, friendly and professional. One of them sat my wife down and began asking her questions to help figure out what kind of peel to use and the other asked us if we would like some water to drink. I was a little surprised at that and gladly excepted. Long story short they were so awesome there that my wife was happy and during the time of the facial, which was only 20 or 30 minutes, they seemed to be best friends for a long time, in the way they talked to each other. Great customer service! Really nice shop, really nice people. 5 stars isnt enough. Thank you origins.
