Very professional. Answered my call and questions right away. It was an expensive repair but done well and quickly, and much cheaper than a new phone. $330 for a new S20+ glass front screen with digitizer and labor costs. I called Monday and he didnt have the part so he ordered it immediately. It arrived the next day (less than 24 hours) and he called to let me know the part was in and he was available to fix it. It took him less than an hour to do the work. My phone looks and works as good as new. I also had him install a tempered glass screen protector ($20). He installed it right in front of me and tested my phone to make sure all was good with all the repairs. Highly recommend.

I brought my Samsung s20 FE, which all of you Samsung users should know is a hard phone to find anything for from a screen protectors to spare parts. I called an hour or two before walking in, letting them know my situation and they said it would take about an hour and that they had the parts in stock. Already off to a good start I thought. So I brought my phone in, was told it was gonna be $180.00 plus tax. The technician whos name I didnt get, has certification on his wall right behind him along with mutilated screens from other repairs plastered to the walls to show off the work hes done. I was also offered to watch every step of the repair which I gladly took up. He carefully took every component out of the phone to get to the screen, told me he would give me a new frame for my phone since it was scuffed up from dropping it without a case, and when I asked if it would cost any extra I was told no it wouldnt. I watched him put every component back in the new frame, make sure they were secured and tightly connected to the board, tested the phone and even had me test it before he put it back together. It took only 40 minutes even though I was told it would take an hour, and my final price including tax for the screen and frame was $193.00. in the end, nothing is missing from my phone and Im using the phone he fixed to leave this review. I am highly satisfied with the service that was provided and give this place and the technician a 10/10 star rating. I will gladly recommend this place to anyone who needs a device repaired I will update this in the future if any problems occur.

Looked at my phone for free and then when I needed work, it was very reasonable and he did the work right there while I watched. Worth the 20 minute drive to use his service.

Salmaan is awesome. Ive taken multiple phones to him over the years and he always fixes them fast, correctly, and at half what Apple charges. Recently, Apple broke the home button cable when they opened my phone for a battery replacement. Because the screen wasnt their brand, they claimed they couldnt be responsible for the quality of 3rd party parts and offered to charge me $150 to fix it. Salmaan showed me where they tore the cable and replaced my screen at half the price. Dont go to Apple - come here!

THIS is an EXCELLENT Place to get your phone repaired!!! I had two distinct choices when I took the final left turn into the parking lot where Chic-Fil-A and Batteries Plus is located adjacent Custom Case Phone Repair. I had already done my research with Batteries Plus... I knew they could do it, and for how much. I was OK with their prices, although it seemed a little high. I took a quick glance behind me and decided to take the chance after a brief hesitation. I pushed on. I went further. I had seen this place many times, but never had the perfect opportunity to try it out. I was taking my Moms phone in for repair, and I wanted it to be perfect for her. Now.... drum roll... Well I am very glad I made the decision I did. I found a real GEM. Its a Not only is it a place to get a cracked screen fixed, (of which examples of such wreckage is displayed defiantly on all but one interior wall of the establishment - and that was impressive enough.) but... it turns out its a great place to pick up a few cases and a tempered glass screen protector.... all for very reasonable prices. It turns out It was less than what the other place quoted me for all the above. The service was very pleasant + fast. The gentleman was obviously a master of repair, and had it done in just about the exact time he quoted me - 10 minutes (or a little less actually). If you can do better than that I would like to know how??!! I know youll be impressed also! I was having my moms iPhone 6S Plus repaired. It was 100% quality. Fast. Inexpensive, and PRO. This place is a scam. My girlfriend brought her phone here to get fixed, the repair lasted five days and did the same thing, they would not refund her, and wanted to charge her again to fix it full price. When she had issues with this they handled it it very unproffetionally and would not let her speak to the owner of the buissness. Zero out of ten.

Shocked to see the positive reviews. Called ahead asked if I could come at 3, he said to come at 4. Showed up at 4 to sign on door saying at lunch. Saw someone pull up in a car and sit on their phone for 5 minutes while.Im stood in front of the door. I figured it wasnt the cell phone guy what kind of service is that. Turns out it was him. Then took my phone apart to fix screen and when I came back said sorry it doesnt work and neither does your old one. Then told me I didnt listen to him and he told me it could happen. All he said was it may not work, didnt tell me i would completely loose my phone which is what happened. He was rude, wasted my time, and ruined my phone. Be careful.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of work and material used. I barely had a screen put in and a few months later there was a line on the screen and the front and back screen are separating from the phone. Guy said its been longer than 1 month so I cant fix it. Excelent service. I took my hopless iphone 6 plus broken screen to this local repair shop it was so badly cracked that i thought it was more than a screen damage but it was just my screen. Jay dod such a fantastic job in repairing my phone that it looks even better than the original. Has Been 3 weeks now and i had have no problems at all.
