I don’t like to leave bad reviews but if you experienced what I did, you would be mad too. I Came in because my screen popped out of my phone and my LCD was being affected because of it. Got it fixed, it was fixed in 20 minutes, but As soon as I left, I noticed my Face ID on my phone was not working anymore. I had to reset it and still wasn’t working. I came back and was told they couldn’t do anything for it because they didn’t know if my Face ID was working before I brought it in, which it was. I looked it up google and heard of many people getting their screen fixed and their Face ID doesn’t work afterwards because the person who is fixing the screen messed something up. So now I know it had something to do with the screen being repaired... 5 days pass, my screen keeps freezing when I try to tap on something, and on the 10th day after, WITHOUT dropping it, my whole screen goes white while I’m using it and then a whole bunch of green lines pop up so the LCD was still not fixed and that was what I originally “got fixed” in the first place. Brought it back and they said the warranty didn’t cover the LCD being broken but on the receipt it clearly sais that it warrants its original repair against defects... so again I paid for it to get fixed. Lady told me it was fine and fixed, the next day, my screen is glitching again !!! Horrible. I do believe this company broke my phone even more than it was and I will not be going back.

I asked for a phone case that they didn’t have in stock. As I walked away a gentlemen said they could mail it to me. It was my fault for believing they would actually follow thru. They took my 45 dollars and never sent me a case and claim they never agreed to such a thing. I got my 45 back but not from them.

Brought my fully functional phone in for a screen repair. I now have a beautiful new screen on a phone that no longer works thanks to the technician screwing up the phone and is now stating it isnt her fault and not doing anything to rectify the problem.

Been using this service for about 4 years now and I was a 5 star-happy customer for 3.5 of those years. Their clear coat screen protectors USED to be amazing, I still have some of these good quality protectors on my devices to this day. The could last longer then a year easily. Then like all good things, that came to an end.The problem is they switched their clear coat screen protectors. They used to be able to last a year or longer and the material was more rubbery an could take some wear and tear, NOW they are using the cheapest, crappiest, brittle clear coat material and its absolutely garbage. It litterly gets scratches in it, just wiping it down! It now breaks off in pieces, the one got on my Note 8 didnt even last 2 weeks so I went back she put another one on and charged me 5 dollars, an a small piece tore off the very first day!I complained enough times about this that I will not go back, I explained that whatever material they switched to is inferior an is not right! and she just rolled her eyes at me and explained the company switched but couldnt tell me when. She must not use these screen protectors or she would know.Im an IT professional so I deal with devices that need screen protectors every day, I purchased about 25-30 of these clear coat screen protectors in the last 3.5 years, but I will not go here anymore.I went back to using Invisible Shield which is using the higher quality rubber material that doesnt break off, this is what I was using prior.They are happy to have my business and they are not switching to cheaper material anytime soon. I recommend you do the same if you want a high quality screen protector that will last a year or longer.

I was in and out within 5 minutes! they were super sweet on the phone and when I walked up to the counter they just assumed it was me and I loved that. elmira and lili did a great job!

Got my iPhone 8 screen replaced for about $70 by Elmira in only 15-20 min. Elmira was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this kiosk to anyone looking for cheap reliable repairs. Will def be back again if needed in the future! Thanks Elmira!!

What type of company doesnt hold themselves accountable when they make a mistake? Oh year this one...So I went to Clear Coat Phone Repair to have my phone screen replaced on July 23. All went well the person working was nice and they got my screen replaced rather quickly though it cost a little over 70 dollars after tax. Come July 29 my phone screen popped out of the phone and crack due to an installation error. Disappointed but not worried due to the fact that Clear Coat claims to have a superior warranty of 3 months. I thought that I would just have to go down to the Clear Coat Kiosk and explain the situation, and they would replace the poorly installed screen. I mean what type of company would refuse to replace it due to an installation flaw. And this is where my question on business common sense is questioned. After explaining the situation, the person working at the kiosk looks up and explains to me how due to the crack on the phone screen (which was cause by the screen not being installed correctly and popping out of the phone itself). Completely baffled I respond that the only reason the phone screen is cracked is because of it not being installed correctly and cracking due to it breaking upon popping out of the screen. Then at this point the lady responded by explaining how the warranty that Clear Coat offers is only valid if the phone screen is defective or has some other hardware issue and that she could replace it for 70 dollars, to which I just left. So my advice to you is DO NOT go to Clear Coat phone repairs, yes they may install fast, but if they dont install the screen correctly and it breaks due to their inability to do their job correctly, well then you are just out of luck. So I would recommend that you dont even bother going to Clear Coat, my screen replacement that cost me 70 dollars didnt even last a week.

Service was awesome. The sales guy was in the middle of explain the process to me and in mid sentence turned around and talked to another customer for 5 minutes. Not worth the time so I walk away.

Very friendly polite and not pushy at all. I came in to get a screen fixed on one of my phones and i got 2 other goodies one of them being a phone case and when all said and done all that was cheaper and quicker then anywhere else i called for just the screen getting fixed. Will recommend everybody to them. Only down fall is its for I phone only.

Clear coat is awful quality, service is only good when you buy something not when you go to get it replaced. If youre going to offer a warranty make sure you keep peoples information in a system. Not worth the money, go elsewhere.

The workers are very nice, I got my iPhone 6 Plus fixed for a good price! The workers fixed my cracked screen in less than 15 minutes, very good quality. I recommend if you need any kind of repair to come here.

I am not a type of person to leave reviews, but the service i received was extremely professional i felt obligated to leave one to show my gratitude. Walked to apple store to repair my broken screen. It took them almost two hours to get mine started. Secondly, i was shocked with an estimate they offered to fix my phone which was totally out of my budget. I was very disappointed and frustrated and finally walked out without achieving anything and wasting 2 hours on top of that. Cut the story short, walked to clear coat in front of apple store. The employer was very nice and professional and greeted me immediately wish a smile. He fixed my phone in a timely manner which was less than 30 minutes and most importantly, with an unbeatable price. Im very happy with the service and strongly recommend them for any phone repair.

Do not get your phone fixed at this place!!!! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Me and my husband came in to replace a cracked screen on our fully functional phones and left with broken phones and a nice screen. We had the clear coats temper glass that makes certain parts of the touchscreen no longer work, phone started acting weird and so we had to remove the temper glass and his phone still wouldnt work on some parts of the touch screen. My phone would start scrolling by itself and the aux hole started making buzzing noises when i plugged in my earphones. They ruin phones and dont know what they are doing.

My replacement screen stopped working after a couple hours. Came back in to get this fixed, which is over an hour drive each way, and the guy said he had to order a new one. Never got ahold of me to tell me it was in. Of course when I went back to find out what was up, the guy was now working at a different mall and that I was out of luck. When talking to the woman there now, she admitted that I was right and they messed up, but I still couldnt get my money back. So in addition to this Ive reported them to the BBB and ripoff report. Funny how that lady who gave the five star review looks oddly similar to the lady working there now.

Most dishonest business Ive ever encountered.1. Sneaky and tries to upsell you, no price transparency2. Parts are knockoffs and not Apple authorized retail (poor resolution after 1 week)3. Quoted $180 and charged $2354. Dodges my calls each time I call for a refund. Literally can hear him in the background while Im on with his staff.

I went and got my battery and ear speaker replaced but when I got home I’m not able to get any sound when I take videos now but it worked before it was repaired check all your details with your phone before you leave this place

They dont deserve the 1 starI walked up today with my phone not booting up. The young lady working there said it would be 15$ to diagnose my problem.After trying to figure out what the problem was, she said maybe its my motherboard or something like that she did not know what was wrong with the phone.She said I still had to pay because she took the phone apart. When I tried to question her, she just said Im cheap and wasting her time. As I was walking away she said I am happy your phone is broken.This is the worst treatment I have gotten in any retail establishment. Please take your business else where.

I dont recommend buying a case here! Total run around and not worth the headache if you try to return or exchange!
