FCI is a top notch company. Emelia returned my phone calls right away, and showed up on time for all appointments. Her selections were plentiful and affordable. She offered a world of expertise, honesty, and professionalism. It was truly a refreshing experience working with her.Our floor took 3 days to install. Big job. The crew showed up on time on all 3 days. Not only were they phenomenal at laying floors, they were also personable, professional, respectful, and polite. Unbelievable! It felt like friends and family were installing my floors. It was such a great experience and my floors are beautiful. Emilia showed up every day to work with her crew, answer any questions we had for her, and to keep us updated on the daily processes. I would recommend Emilia to anyone. She and her crew are the greatest!!!

We had floors replaced in our Master Suite (bedroom, bathroom, closet), Dining room, and 2 bedrooms. Most was carpet, but also had vinyl floors in the master bath. All were replaced with Laminate flooring. Floor Coverings International Roseville made the whole process a fantastic experience.Emilia was very knowledgeable and helpful, coming out multiple times with samples to help us decide on flooring before we committed to the job. She had fantastic recommendations and gave suggestions to help guide us to the right choice for our house. In addition, she also included new 4 baseboards which not only eliminated the need for repainting walls, but also added an extra high end look to our rooms.Despite the amount of work, installation only took one day. The install team did a fantastic job with the installation. The crew was professional and respectful and their work was top notch.I highly recommend Emilia and her team for your flooring needs!

We recently had our kitchen, laundryroom, half bath and upstairs guest bathroom flooring installed. We are very pleased with the floors look and quality. We will definitely be purchasing future flooring.Our only issue is that when the installers were cutting the flooring on the side of our driveway, they left the shavings and excess chips and did not clean up very well.Other than that we are totally satisfied with our new flooring.

I recently had Floor Coverings International replace a bathroom floor in my home. Although it was a small job, Emilia was very professional in giving me an estimate and following up on the install date and then stopped by during the installation. The quality of workmanship and the price was fantastic. I will have Emilia back for my next flooring project!

We loved the process from beginning to end. We were given up front estimates (no car salesman negotiating) which we had experience from three other estimates. Emilia kept us updated on our carpet installation date and on how the day-of process would work which we appreciated since this was our first home project. Marco was very professional, friendly and boy can he hussle. All on his own, going up and down the stairs with carpet bundles and being able to install an entire floor including stairs in two days! Emilia was there both days throughout the day as well. And the end result turned out great! We are so happy with the quality of our carpet. Overall, very lovely people and so glad we could support a local woman owned company! Hats off to FCI :)

This is the second time I have used Floor Coverings Intl. Emilia continues to exceed all of my expectations. To compare their prices, I had another (well advertised) company come out to provide a quote to put in our same laminate hardwood into our master bedroom. After the shock of the quote I called out Emilia again. She destroyed the competitions quote. The product was ordered and Emilia kept me up to date on the delivery and install. Today her team came and installed the flooring and completed the work in 3 hours and it looks fantastic! I will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend this company!

We recently had the outdoor carpet replaced on our deck. Emilia was most helpful in tracking down the material we wanted, and kept us informed of its status on a regular basis. Spent several weeks getting quotes and contacting floor installers before finding Floor Coverings International Roseville. I was so disappointed in other companies, either do to lack of response, or product choices. I admit Im pretty picky and have high expectations for customer service as I worked for over 20 years in retail. Emilia was quick to respond, patient with my requests and questions, and went out of her way to ensure I would be happy with my new floor. Which I LOVE. I was so impressed with the respect she showed me and her installation crew. Not only do I absolutely love my floor, it was a great overall experience. When renovations can lend to stress, she made sure there was none of that! I cant recommend this company and Emilia enough!

We recently ripped out our carpet and extended our hardwood floors into the LR, DR and Master BR. Emilia had to search far and wide to find our flooring as it had been discontinued. Then when it came to the actual installers Marc was fantastic we never experienced any disappointment the entire job from the sales and picking out the carpet to installation was a perfect experience.
