I took months to find the perfect floors and probably went to every floor store in the Sacramento area. One day I was passing here and went in, the staff was friendly and not judgemental when I told them I have 4 large dogs and the floor is for them. They helped me pick a great floor and had it brought to the store, helped us load it and always stayed friendly even in the 112 heat that day. Id buy from here again but hopefully it wont be for years to come.

No one greeted me or offered to help even though three people were right there. Prices are much higher than Floor and Decor. I thought liquidators meant it would be cheaper than average but no. So I just left. No one said goodbye.

We had LVP, and carpet installed through flooring liquidators. Their pricing was the lowest (I checked 4 other local shops), and they offered a full service tear out, install, floor boards all in one quote.Their pricing was very competitive, communication was great. We had Geoffrey help us and he was always in communication and made sure we were 100% happy with our purchase. He made the process seamlessTheir installers are AMAZING!!!! They showed up, on time, did exactly what was ordered, a d cleaned up after themselves.I couldnt recommend flooring liquidators more. We have remodeled a few homes now and have used a few other local companies and there was always issues with the product, install, or customer service. First time ever we ordered, let them in and came back and it was exactly what was promised.Couldnt be happier!

I was very impressed with the professional and knowledgeable staff, David especially. He answered all our questions and even brought up things we didnt even know to ask. He took his time and showed us around and really helped us find what were looking for without trying to sell us to death like other stores do. Came in looking to see if there was any waterproof click together floating floor in a wood grain. Id seen some elsewhere and wanted to compare. WOW, tons to choose from, and all far superior. I chose one late Friday afternoon and had it early Monday. It installed great and looks fantastic. I will buy here again for my future projects.

We love this flooring store. But dont be fooled by the name, they do much more than flooring.We like all the people who work at this facility. They will be installing our new floors, Luxury Vinyl Planks and carpet.

Great place for flooring.

We came in to Flooring Liquidators this morning looking for some linoleum flooring for a specific photography project for my studio. Right as we entered, we were greeted by friendly cashier Bob who ended up showing us us around the store and explaining what different products they have. As this was our first time in this store, we felt very welcomed and taken care of, by having someone to answer any of our questions and making very helpful suggestions. After looking through different flooring products and discussing our possibilities, we settled on a linoleum remnant that was just the perfect shade for our project, as well as waterproof click-it laminate which happened to be in stock at our needed amount! We ended up with the perfect product for our project, at a super fast service speed thanks to very helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend Flooring Liquidators, you wont be disappointed!!! Oh, and in addition to lots of flooring choices, they also offer kitchen quarts countertop, tile, carpet, and much more!!

After looking at quite a few places we chose Flooring Liquidators for our new laminate flooring. Prices are good and the guys here are very helpful. We bought a small amount to do our master closet and make sure the laminate we picked was what we wanted for the rest of the house. Once we knew we liked it, we ordered the material for the rest of the whole house. Ive been in and out multiple times throughout the installation process, ordering and picking up extra material and items I forgot to get for the job. Brandon and Jeff are always super friendly and helpful and they seem like they genuinely care and want to make sure you are taken care of. I will definitely come back to these guys for my next flooring project.

Others experience may vary, however we have used flooring liquidators for all of our houses and their team has done a tremendous job every time. We continue to refer people to them. You have to be patient and order ahead, as they are not a retailer. Also save yourself future headache and order a bit extra in case you need to repair as getting the same floor again is not always possible. Will continue to use them as long as banks allow me to buy more houses!

Wasted my time to come to the store to find out that it’s by appointment only. Nowhere on their site or google does it say it’s by appointment only. Then they told us that it’s not their problem that it doesn’t say that it’s by appointment only. And they wouldn’t let us into the store when there was nobody at the store at that moment. Waste of time and horrible customer service.

Do Not Buy Flooring Here, Period.My experience with Flooring Liquidators has been awful. Pure disappointment and frustration.The past 4 weeks have been stressful and extremely inconvenient, all thanks to Flooring Liquidators of Roseville.I was told flooring would arrive in 3 weeks - when in fact it didnt arrive until a full 4 weeks.The sales rep and in-store sales associate would not return my text messages and when I would go into the store to check on my order they showed absolutely no respect and could care less about my situation, or the fact that I was misled and not kept up to speed on the delivery date.Do yourself a favor and buy flooring elsewhere.
