He was very thorough on giving us the facts on what to expect and on how the project would go. The crew of Alfonso, Arturo and everyone else did a fantastic job. I had an appointment for Sunday at 10:30. I called 5 times and texted twice. He finally answered the phone and told me no one was coming by 12. Unless I wanted to wait an additional hour for his worker to get out of church and start to head over to my moms house. He was rude and didnt care he wasted my time. He was already paid for the job in advance. Dont do business with Tony from Carpet One in Roseville! Because as he told me several times HE DOESNT CARE!.
