Jon and his installers are the most rudest unprofessionals I have ever dealt with. They promised so much and never fell through. Were always late. Argued about everything we wanted. And did the most worst job I have ever seen. Even left without finishing the job (weve had to hire another company to finish). We had to supply the installers tools (which they tried to steal) drinks, our appliances for them to make lunch, we had to help take our carpet out (tho we paid them to), told us it was a liability to do the work that we paid for them to do, they laid floor on top of dust and said it wasnt there job to clean it up, we had to go to the hardwood store twice to buy them supplies, they broke items (outlets, baseboards, parts of our fireplace, hole in walls). The installers spend 10 hours of the 17 hours on the phone. Refused to wear mask even when I told them multiple times that I have health conditions. They sent me into tears on how rude they were. I can keep going but I think you have the hint that this was a horrible place to go and I hate my new floors!

This place is great. Not only is it easy to see their location right off of I80 - East, but they have plenty of onsite parking for their customers only.With a large selection of flooring products from laminate, to carpet, to tile its easy to see why people would choose Carpet One. When I walked in, I was greeted by Gina who was very kind and friendly. I explained what I was looking for and Gina showed me items that matched my desires without any pressure.Not only did Gina do a free in home estimate, she provided me with the highest quality customer service throughout the project. When I had a question, I called and she responded promptly. The whole process was much easier than I expected to be.I would highly recommend getting your flooring from Roseville Carpet One.

From start to finish, Kelly at Roseville Carpet One was great. His suggestions were excellent and we are very happy with the resulting brand new carpeted gift shop that is in our full service car wash and detail center. Kelly worked with us on timing so that our customers were not inconvenienced, the price was great, and the result makes the place look like new. We definitely recommend RCO Floor and Home.

Three years ago RCO installed all the hardwood, carpet and tile in my new home. the install was prices were great and install went smooth. Fast forward to September 2017 when my refrigerator decided to crack a internal ice maker line. The water stayed behind the frig and got to the edges of hardwood in two other rooms as it left the house over a two week period. Although some baseboards and sheet rock were ruined the floor stayed down with no damage. Thanks RCO for great hardwood and apparently really good glue.

Amazing service! Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. They made my experience more pleasant especially my sales guy, Dwight B. and the gentlemen who installed my floors, Kornel.I would recommend them to everyone! :)

AWFUL customer service! Had to come back to pick it up because our quote had sizing for the carpet to be cut and they were shocked that they even offered to cut it for us and werent prepared as the quote said it would be. Once I picked it up, they cut one of the pieces 1 foot too short and because we needed the carpet for a show, didnt have time to make them correct it. After that, the carpet broke our vacuum because it was shedding so bad (not due to it being cut as we didnt vacuum the edges), and when we called to confront them about the entire experience, they told us that happens sometimes. NEVER going back or referring anyone there.

I would not know as I did not enter &/or shop there!
