I’ve been going here for over 3 years to have my car serviced because customer service and quality of work is always consistent. I work with the same service advisor every time, Shane. He is always on top of it and very friendly. I could easily go to the Nissan closer to my home but I drive about 30 minutes out because this dealership is just so much better compared to the Elk Grove and Folsom location.
I took my fabulous Rogue into dealer for a normal oil change and service. The employees were friendly, kind and went out of their way to give me the info I needed. Future is a great place to buy your next Nissan.

Friendly atmosphere. I had to stay inside with my two year old hyperactive daughter while the work was being done which was an ordeal in itself. Employees inside made us feel welcome, they offered refreshments from the coffee station, and assisted in putting a childrens television show on for my daughter. We will most definitely be back again in the future.

My service advisor (Shane) was very courteous and friendly. When I drove into the service lane, he came out right away and I didn’t have to wait. He was knowledgeable with my issue, and I was taken cared of very quickly. Also, he was happy to setup a shuttle to Lyft me home and bring me back the next day when my service was completed.
Dont go there.... very rude and unprofessional sales people. A bunch of young punks. Went to buy new truck and the sales guy said apparently we have never bought a new vehicle before because we asked to have breathing room to look. Ending up leaving as they continued to watch us go to Ford. They all stood on the hill waiving like we were a joke. Jokes on u. A more respectable dealer earned our business today.

We went to look at a new commuter truck and the sales guys were so rude and unprofessional. They treated us like we were trash. We definitely will not do business with Future Nissan ever again and suggest any other sales group.
This morning they did my recall repair quicker than expected and sent me off with a clean car to boot! Also the service professional told me about another issue that can be fixed under warranty so that was good to know and I scheduled that work as well. The system they use for updating you in real time where you can click on a link to a text they send you doesn’t really work well or is not updated often enough. I went up to ask about why after an hour my status still showed they had not started the work but actually the work was done. Not a big deal.
Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. Love knowing my car is in such good hands!
They didn’t let me know brakes were needed immediately, but read it in paperwork after I got it back home. It is hard to get my car in with 2 working parents and I use a car for my job. Had to take elsewhere later in the week. I called the service adviser and he said he texted the information but I didn’t get one. I got all the other texts about the service that day, so it is unlikely it was sent. We are on a service plan until July. I will be taking it elsewhere after that ends.
Staff here are very welcoming and helpful...took my car in for a factory recall service and specifically Curtis Wilde made my first time experience a smooth and really helpful one. Very grateful. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and great customer service. In addition to my oil change, there was a rattling noice coming from dashboard. I requested to have it checked and they took care of it right away instead of asking me to make a future appointment for that specific issue. This is what I love!
Curtis was very nice. I wished you had a shuttle to take me home so I didnt have to spend 9 hours at your dealership. Other than that service was great.
I found my experience dealing with both Shane, and the Service General Manager Glen Weller, to be pleasant and timely. They took care of me, called when they said they would, took care of a rental car for me and did a major job with my transmission replacement in under a week. It was actually quite enjoyable. The sales personnel (Trent and Ed) were awesome as was the finance person (Johnny). I never felt pressured and was very happy with the end result of my purchase. I had spoke to Ed on the phone many times prior to actually meeting him in person and his phone manner was above reproach...excellent job in making me feel welcome.
I had a good experience here. The staff was friendly . I really appreciated that a Lyft Ride Service was provided for me while I waited for my car repair so I could be taken home for a bit. The only thing is the front lobby is very oddly laid out and the desks are almost against the front entrance. Customers walk in and have nowhere really to stand and are crowded around. I am not sure if the layout was changed to better fit COVID regulations or something but it is a bit odd. Other than that, I had a great experience and would go back again happily if needed

I was given an appointment the next day. Greeted right away when I drove up and felt taken care of. Noel was the service advisor. They were kind and took me in even though I was 10 minutes late for my appointment. I had an oil change and a recall item to be looked at. I had a nice seating area to do work on my computer as it was right after lunchtime. I appreciated the printout of all the items that were checked as I’m going on a trip soon. I was also reminded of the 70,000 mile checkup coming up. Great experience. Thank you!
This dealer has a very fast service, so much so that they forget what service they were going to do and they give it to you without doing anything. what a terrible joke never never buy a portfolio, also recommends you do a service that is not necessary... I know we can all make mistakes. I am very patient, but they always do incomplete service. lousy company team.

Every employee I spoke with were polite, helpful and accommodating. This location offered Lyft from and back to get my car. The location I normally deal with leaves us stranded or finding our own ride. I may drive the extra 40 minutes just to receive their superior service. Thank you for making my day easier.
That was the only and first experience with Nissan service Dept. Hopefully my last, unless covered by warranty. The bumper is in good shape it just popped out some on drivers side. At least could had done something to just fix the bumper to stay in place. There are no dents in bumper, it looks good except area where not connected on driver side. Have told my work colleges how disappointed I was with the service.
We have been return service customers for over 4 years at Future Nissan at Roseville. Our primary advisor is Shane Carver who has always been friendly, supportive, and professional in our car’s needs. We have a 2011 Nissan Quest. Recently, our car’s alternator died and was towed to the service center. Shane took care of getting our car evaluated and serviced. It took a day, but we did not have to worry. Shane communicated with us effectively. We are always appreciative of the full customer service. We highly recommend Future Nissan service center.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS! I have attempted to be patient with Future Nissans service department despite them now taking my car in several times, for weeks at a time…WITH NO FIX!! The service adviser let my car sit for a week before notifying me that he’d been calling the WRONG warranty company, even though the same adviser just processed my warranty in the end of March 2021! Finally after ZERO communication, multiple texts saying it’d be done, only to fail getting it done as said…I picked up the car to have the same issue!! OBVIOUSLY nobody test drove it….invoice stated it had been washed too, LIE!! Speak to the manager and agree to bring it back, did a test drive with shop foreman…he hears the sound. They keep my car 4 more days to tell me they couldn’t get the car to make the sound after driving it for 3 days…nobody drove it!! Within the first few stops at stop lights, it was making the sound and OBVIOUS! The service advisor (Shane) would make promise after promise only to break them and act like it was no big deal wasting my time. What a CROCK!! This place has no clue what they are doing! In March I also had to take it on for a second time because they didn’t ensure their work was successful…the manager did make it up by providing a free rental so I decided to avoid a review altogether. However, they charged the warranty company several thousands of dollars. Now this is a trend! My car still not fixed!! When I went to pick it up today Shane said he’d have it ready to go, I get there and it wasn’t. He hadn’t done ANY of the paperwork and said he was being “COURTEOUS” by asking if I wanted the paperwork? I’ve never left a dealership where they don’t make you sign for the keys back and give you the paperwork AUTOMATICALLY!!! FISHY!!

I had been waiting for the New Pathfinders release and when I received the call that there was one on the lot, I knew I needed to go. From start to finish my experience was great. My family has been buying cars from Future Nissan for many years so it didn’t come as a surprise but every person I encountered were both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Knowing I was being taken care of every step of the way and feeling confident I was getting a great car at a great price is why I will never go anywhere else when looking for a car.

I was kept informed the whole time and offered a rental while my car was in the shop. They also offered to pick me up when my car was ready. If I could leave a zero star rating I would. This dealership sells you a car and then you are SOL if problems arise. Customer service is horrible and they do not get back to you with serious inquiries about your vehicle. Purchased a vehicle from them end of 2019, aToyota Tundra, and they assured me all of the aftermarket parts that came on the vehicle would be under warranty and it’s even still currently under manufacture warranty. So far they have not taken care of any of the problems. The finance team even tried to fool me into purchasing a service contract even though the truck still had Toyota care and oil changes were free through the Toyota care including tire rotation and multi point inspections.So far the alignment constantly goes out and I’ve had to get three alignments and during that time and they wore out the tires rapidly. It was found that the wheel studs are even too short for the wheels that came on the truck presenting an obvious safety issue. The alarm constantly goes off at the same hour of the day everyday. This dealership does not back their word. They constantly try to pass the buck off onto Toyota and of course Toyota will not back it because they did not sell me the vehicle. This dealership is shady.

Jeff got me in quick for my security system installation and an oil change.The final bill was $10 more than it should have been so before Jeff gave me the bill, he acknowledged that and went and got it fixed. I took my care my Nissan Altima in to have service address a mechanical issue with the transmission. I was extremely impressed with the customer service I recieved. They were able to take my car in immediately and had a very quick turn around time to get my car back. I will be returning to them in the future! I would highly recommend them!
