We had our three little kids with us and they went above and beyond for them too. Never felt like they were in the way, which as a parent takes away a ton of anxiety. Sold me a car that had a messed up transmission. Check engine light came on the NEXT day. Turns out there was a huge recall on the transmission and they reset the battery so the check engine light was off when I checked it out. Friendly. But snakes. Beware.

My wife and I drove from Reno to look at a 2012 Ford Escape at CapCiti. The car was exactly as described in the ad. Both the sales rep and the owner treated us us with respect and were extremely helpful. There was one issue with the car (an engine light on), so the owner took immediately to a local mechanic and had it fixed for us on the spot. If you are looking for a good used car and an honest and customer-oriented owner, CapCiti in Roseville, CA is the place to go first.

I bought my vehicle here in March.The customer service is very friendly. Akram and Ricky are very nice. I am a senior woman and l trusted them.After many emails and phone calls l traveled 5 hours to purchase a 2003 Honda CRV I paid cash, the full asking price.$5700. Way WAY too much for a vehicle with 198000 miles on it. They would not budge on the asking price. I should have walked away.One of the tires was mismatched, had to get 5 tires $800. l had to replace the pitted windshield $240, the gas cap $65 and today the fan clutch $238. $1343.00 to date.To say that l feel totally taken advantage of is an understatement.Akram told me he could get me a good deal on a windshield- if l lived closer... The windshield and tires are safety issues. Even though l like the car l am extremely dissatisfied and would never purchase a vehicle at Capciti again and would not recommend it to my family or friends.

Akram was amazing! He went above and beyond for us. He stayed after business hours to let us test drive a vehicle that we had seen earlier in the day but were unsure of. We had called him 20 minutes after closing and he not only agreed to meet us for a test drive but negotiated a price we were happy with. Its been a few months now and I feel very happy with the purchase I made. Buying a used car can be overwhelming and kind of scary, but Capciti Auto were the most honest and trustworthy in the area. Trust me, my boyfriend and I walked the whole stretch of car dealers in the area and ended up returning to Capciti after 8 hours of walking and test driving! Flew into LAX in Jan 2019 and drove a rental to Capciti Auto and bought a BMW (manual transmission). Great experience!!! It had been a few years since I drove a manual and they took the time to give me a refresher. They even took me to the nearest airport to turn in my rental so i could drive the car home. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely buy from them again. I’d also like to note that I drove the car from California to Pennsylvania with no issues. Even got caught in a snow storm in Missouri and the car was a trooper...I love this car!!!!

CapCiti Auto has extremely high standards for the vehicles they sell. My 2003 Durango has extremely low miles, interior looks brand new and the engine has been extremly well maintnanced. Ive had my truck for 3 months and have traveled all over California. It has been so nice to not worry about my vehicle breakibg down or needing anything fixed.
