The problem with the lift was supposedly fixed and first time I used it, it failed to work. I wish I did not live 150 miles away to bring it back.

We bought a Braun conversion van.. This van is way better than we ever thought we could afford. No buyers regret . This price and fit was right for me .

They do great work. And make it stress free. You do need to call in and check on progress if it’s a repair that takes time, as they aren’t the best a communication as to what’s going on, but overall we trust them so its not that big of a deal. We will stick with them as we have not had good luck with other companies in the past. They are reliable, honest and do great work.

Got my new hand controls put on here. I had to go back and have them adjusted and they were very accommodating!

These guys rock! Very professional, excellent craftsmanship. They go the full distance to make their work fit the vehicle as if it had come that way from the factory.Had hand controls installed here and they fit like the vehicle came with them stock from Ford. Very happy with their honesty and hard work to meet a tight deadline I had.

Paid good money for a van that the doors dont work . Ramp works when it wants too. I hope nothing happens to any family members that uses the back doors . I hope that my husband doesnt get hurt when the ramp decided to go in when he is on it. Will never trust IMed

Ive been going to IMED for decades to purchase & then service my adapted vehicle. Karen, Jeff, Ron & the entire service staff to are very friendly & quite knowlwdgable.Besides the great service they also have a very nice waiting area.
