Met a nice old man named Luis he helped find epic cars.

To say I’m unsatisfied is an understatement. When purchasing from the lot I was welcomed by friendly employees and was ensured through the buying process that the company prides themselves on taking care of their customers. I bought the truck, and a month and a week later the truck was no longer running. I had to have someone come look at the truck.. replace the starter, replace the transmission filters and fluids, had the truck towed to a shop, had to have a new transmission put it in the truck, while in the mean time had to rent a uhaul truck for over $500 a weekend for over a month.. over all I spent over $6,000. I was in touch with the employee I bought the truck from since the beginning of the issues. I was strung along as if they were going to help until it was determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. Then I was told they would not help. I then reached out to the owner Mike Plasser to rectify the situation. Mr. Plasser asked how I felt he could help, and I let him know that I felt that at the very least they should pay for half of the cost of the transmission replacement, which was a little under $2,000. He then decided to counter offer me $500(only if it made me satisfied), which I told him honestly felt like a slap in the face. He then told me that if they backed all of the vehicles they sold for 5,000 miles that they would be out of business… 👀🤔 chose a lot that ACTUALLY cares about their customers/reputation and has quality vehicles!

Sold me a Jeep with a dropped valve seat. Motor blew within a month from rod knock/valve lash. Never even made its first oil change, blew up within 3K miles of purchase. They wouldnt even waive last payment as a goodwill to help with new motor swap. It took over 3 months to get my title once paid off. I just renewed my registration and my paperwork arrived with their name as the lease holder still. I traded in my other Jeep that was only a year older, with a flawless body/chasis with upgrades plus cash. New Jeep has been nothing but money pit since purchase. Eric and Greg came off as very unprofessional and shady when I let them know what had happened, clearly showing their guilt in knowing the motor was bad when they sold it to me. Ive worked in Service Departments within several Dealerships and have good reason to believe they knew of the issue prior to selling the vehicle. If Im able to prove the motor had internal damage prior to sale, I will be reporting their facility to the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) to open a case against them to file a lawsuit to be reimbursed for all my grievances. Terrible experience overall, poor customer service and lack of integrity/transparency.

Showed up to test drive a vehicle that wasnt quite ready. They let me check out some other vehicles on the lot. There was a bunch of good quality vehicles! I didnt end up buying what I test drove, but they didnt try to pressure me at all. It just wasnt what I was looking for. Super low pressure and nice people!

Havent even made it out. Ive been calling and texting about a truck I want and they will sometimes text me back or not. Ive emailed them. No response except an automatic email reply. 4 days after what seems like pulling teeth, I call and they act like Im annoying. They dont even recall me. So they take my name and number down and say theyll call me back and slam the phone down. Dont even say bye. So unprofessional. They must not need my business or much of anyone elses since they dont mind losing customers.

Id like to also mention Greg and Deb who also have been helpful as well in the past.I have bought multiple cars from them as of late as my children are growing up and needing a car. Eric was super nice, but not upfront. The vehicle I purchased had major issues which cost me an addition $2,000. After driving it for only two months, the subframe collapsed while my son was driving. I only thank God he was not on the freeway.

Went here to inquire about a car, put the application in and was told it may take a bit to hear back from the banks so I went to grab lunch, I waited over 2 hours. Finally called the dealer and sounded like he wasnt even gonna call me back because they wouldnt work with my credit so when they say they work with all kinds of credit dont believe it, youre better off going to an actual dealer ship and driving away with a vehicle. I had worse credit then I do now and still got a new car from hyundai, why I went here I have no clue but never again.

Very nice. No high pressure tactics. I went multiple days & drove multiple vehicles. Straight forward pricing that was below Kelly blue book on each vehicle I drove. I am very pleased with my choice and this dealer.Update: I had the check engine light come on just days after buying it. I contacted the dealer, went to their mechanic, he discovered a loose wire. Fixed it at no charge. That is great customer service! I bought an as is vehicle & they took care of an issue when they were under no obligation to do so.

I called earlier in the day and talked to a very nice young man about a Mercedes ML350 that I was interested in and asked about the car and if they would be open later in the afternoon. We got to the sales lot and took the car out for a test drive. We got back and told them we wanted the car. They were very helpful in all aspects of the purchase process. We got the car I wanted and I was very impressed by the friendly people and the ease of all the paperwork process. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience!

I have driven 120 miles from Reno to check out a car for my father in law and the experience did not disappoint. They have my trust.First, I called in to see if they still had the car. I was expecting to leave a message, they answered the phone and confirmed immediately that they still had the car on the lot. Some car dealers usually does this trick of keeping a car online to draw in potential interested parties and pull a bait-and-switch scheme, not the case with these guys.Once we arrived, the experience was excellent all the way. They were attentive and helpful, but not intrusive. When we asked for some space, they were happy to provide that. Nobody tried to attempt any sales pressure BS. I was out the door with the car in less than 2 hours.I highly recommend.

Greg and the Automotion team were awesome. I had submitted a credit app on Sunday and Monday morning I received a call from Automotion and they got to work on getting me approved. They called me back the same day and told me that I was approved for what I needed and was super thrilled! I wanted a very specific car and the only place I could find one with low miles and a clean title was here. I live in Fresno so the drive was about 3 hours for me, but it was definitely worth it! I love the car I got and the whole process took about an hour. These guys are great and I would definitely recommend buying a car from them!

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I checked out a used car here, and was somewhat concerned with the miles (100k) for the price. I was assured their mechanic went through the car and everything checked out great. I purchased the car, and less than a week later a light comes on, and has to go to a mechanic. Mechanic finds several issues, mostly minor, but almost all are preexisting but the codes were cleared recently. I guess you can see how old codes are? I called them to get the summary back from their mechanic checking it out and they never did produce it. They did offer to buy it back at a discount after I get everything fixed. Haha! There are many great and honest dealerships in the area, best to avoid this one and at least save yourself some headaches.

I went by there today to look at a specific vehicle. The guy in the office couldnt be bothered to show me the car so he simply gave me the keys. When the car looked like it came from a junk yard and needed a lot of work I decided this was definitely not the car for me. After walking back into the office to return the keys the guy simply said Ill take those and he went back behind the desk. Junk cars and terrible service!

Okay, used cars are a tricky business for both the buyer and the seller. Automotion, Dave and Mike, are straightforward and low-pressure. They will tell you what they will do; what they cant do, and everything about the cars they have. They are busy, really busy. While I was there buying my car, they were selling four other vehicles. Customers return to them again and again for cars. Good prices, financing for all (my credit was truly awful), insurance on the spot. I got not just a good car, but a great car priced $1000 less than other cars I found with higher miles. Even though it was a busy day, I got out of there in about two hours. Highly Recommend!

I feel very bambuseled by this company. Not only was I not given any explanation to what my loan terms were but i was lied to when they told me dmv fees were included in the price. I bought $13500 car and they ended up charging me 17,500 for it. I paid $1000 down and i do not see where it is on my loan details neither does the bank. when i called to find out what was going on after receiving my first statement, the lady was very rude with me and told me to read my contract. I asked for a manager and she was very rude and said he would call me back. I never received a call so I called again and again all they would say to me is read your contract. I admit I am a first time buyer and did not know much about the purchase but I was handled with no respect or dignity from this company because they failed to explain ANYTHING to me. all they kept saying is this is your monthly payment and if we add the warranty it only adds a little to your monthly payment. Well come to find out it was a $2500 warranty. My interest rate was 11.99% they did not bother to tell me that because when I applied online it say 3.99% and when I got a call saying I was approved they did not say at what rate so i figured I got what I applied for. I asked to speak to the owner and they said they are hardly around but would contact me when they could, well its been 3 days nothing yet!!!!! I will never recommend this company to ANYONE, and if you do go there make sure you know all the ins and outs because they will not treat you like a human being and tell you anything you need to know.

Decent Management although once vehicle left lot, tons of problems arose with the car. Horrible communication skills with staff here and turns out they arent even licensed to take back vehicles for repair. Would never recommend this place, definitely get your own tech to check the car before buying it. Theres a reason why the staff doesnt bother to go on the test drive.

I bought a 2004 hyundai sonata here a few days ago and within 24 hours of having the vehicle my mechanic brought to my attention that the car was in need of a $500 repair. I called the salesman that sold me the car and explained the situation. He told me his hands were tied and there was nothing he could do but hed call the owner and get back to me (which he never did). The guys here claim they do a full inspection before putting the cars on the lot but the issue found with my vehicle could be spotted by a mechanic a mile away (CVT boot tear). I wish these guys would do the right thing but theyve already stopped getting back to me after they said they would so Im sure theyre no longer interested in me since theyve gotten what they wanted. I wouldnt reccomend anyone go here

I had a great experience with the brothers. They didnt get too salesy, they took time to let me shop and helped steer me in the direction of what I was looking for. I ended up buying something half the price of what I expected to buy and intended on buying and they did not mind. They answered my questions as best they could and make the buying process smooth. As to the quality of the vehicle. Well only time will tell, but I expect it will turn out okay. I strongly suggest shopping here.***Update***As it turns out, Eric as nice as he was lied about a few things regarding the engine. The chirp turns out to be a failing belt tensioner, the catalytic converter is on its way out and its burning oil like mad. I bought this car from the dealership because it had a majority good reviews. At this point I am working with one of the owners to see about the issues, however he is being tough about it and Im not sure if hes going to do the right thing. Ill post after I meet with his mechanic today. If resolved well this review will go up. If not it will go down and Ill need to take this to court. Im hoping for the former over the latter.Warning! Look at the blue book for trumped up figures. They said it had wide tires and was in better shape. I missed this when I purchased my vehicle. If there is any sound that is not right. Dont trust that the mechanic guaranteed it was safe to drive. Also these reviews are requested in exchange for a gas card. (Im not sure when they send it)

Do not ever buy any car for this place bunch of faulty info I bought a piece of junk 2010 car got problem from first day they told we.will fix the problem they and mechanic keep lying to us for four months need 6000 thousand repair on the car taking them to court please think twice before buying. .

I purchased a used vehicle here just recently and so far so good still running perfect. They were very helpful and let there cars test drive no question ask. I dont like pushy salesman and they were not like that. Good part is purchase was flawless and fast didnt take me whole day.I only give 4 stars though is just because the purchased vehicle is not perfect, there still minor things to be done like wheel balancing antenna missing only one copy of the sentry key was provided, but was aware of it. Over all still good experience.

So I bought a jeep, 2015 like A month ago The transmission, went out I bought warranty, on it it didn’t cover the front Wheel bearing when out now I’m f whit 600 dollars So if you going to buy a car with this people check it real good because that’s what happens.

This was my first time buying a used car from a Dealership. So I was worried about the stories I have heard of sales people being too aggressive and pushy. That worry went away after meeting thethe Sales Agents at Automotions. They were concerned about my needs and was very knowledgeable about the cars they were selling. Automotion has an excellent selection of quality cars. I did a google search for used cars under $10,000 and they popped up amongst some other car dealers in Roseville. I stopped by not knowing what type of car I wanted. They showed me a great selection of domestic, japanese and european cars. I test drove several and they were very lax about this and just let me drive 4 different cars. They helped me get a good interest rate and financing as well. I wont buy a car here again. They had the only civic hybrid I could find in the area. I viewed the Carfax, and expressed my concern about the hybrid battery having never been replaced. I was told they did a test on the battery and it tested good. Well lo and behold, an hour after I bought the car, the check engine and IMA light came on. It was the hybrid battery. They told me to bring the car into their mechanic and he would take care of it. They paid for a new (used) hybrid battery and the labor to install. My car was at their mechanic for over a week before I got it back. Ive had the car back not even 2 weeks and the check engine light is back. Their mechanic always makes me wait 2-3 business days to bring it in, since I am not the one paying for the work. I have to wait until next week for their mechanic to look at it again. What am I supposed to do til then? I commute every day for work. What an inconvenience. I learned my lesson with this dealership and will never go back.Update 09/24/2018Ive already had the hybrid battery replaced TWICE and the check engine IMA light is back on. Im going to have to spend $1800 to have a hybrid specialist install a refurbished battery warrantied for 36 months. Absolutely ridiculous that ive had the car less than a year and need a third hybrid battery. Definitely learned my lesson. I will steer everyone I know clear of Automotion.

Dealership recommended by my bank. Purchased car, took it to mechanic. Keys didnt work properly, windows stopped working within 2 weeks, exhaust pipe attached with bailing wire, vehicle not properly serviced -dirty fluids just topped off (including transmission fluid), didnt disclose the vehicle had been vandalized, collected fees for DMV at time of purchase but took a month to process with DMV and I was pulled over because of it. Dealership non-responsive. All in all a horrible experience, a ghetto dealership with sub-par ethics and a Pandoras box of of vehicles. Bank notified so that this dealership is removed from their preferred list of dealers. My advice, run.
