Just purchased a 2010 A4 from them. To start, Sam and Elijah have been extremely friendly and helpful. However not even 30 miles after driving off the lot the check engine light came on for the turbo wastegate / underboost. It’s about a $3000 fix from the dealership and not much cheaper at other shops. I called and let them know about the issue and i am waiting to hear back from them to see what they will do. I will update my review as soon as i hear back from them. I hope they are willing to fix the issue as driving normally for less than 2 days after owning the car this should not happen.UPDATE: The owner ended up having the car fixed by a local shop and covered all the expenses. The way they had handled the issue was very professional and they were very kind. It makes me feel comfortable enough to buy another car from them!

We travelled 2.5 hours to check out a specific car. We were taken care of as soon as we walked through the door even though we were a little early for our appointment, the car was all ready for us to test drive, and we were treated kindly and fairly. We loved the car we came for and during the buying/ financing process Sam worked really hard to get us the best deal, and to get us out the door as quickly as possible since we had our 1 year old with us. Great experience, I didnt have to feel them out to see if they were trying to pull a fast one or not like usual dealers. I showed up 10mins before closing because Im far and my work hours just didnt allow me to have an earlier visit and they stayed late for me to view. I liked the car, I signed some paperwork, and was out in two days (only cause banks were closed when I showed up late). The Finance Manager didnt let the banks go until he got the best rate he could get us, really caring about the customer. Id recommend this place. They also offer warranties and insurance on their vehicles. Their lot has very nice cars, no beaters, and theyre all well priced in comparison to other average rates. I searched for 5 weeks to find the best deal on the best mileage, and they had the winner.

Salesman was being too passive aggressive and sarcastic. Felt like I was being judged as soon as I walked in, was serious about a purchase up until they treated me differently than the other customers there. Salesman kept leaving to help other customers while we were in the middle of a discussion. Wasted hours of my life. Nice vehicles but do NOT recommend if you’re looking for good customer service. Also inside of building is disgusting there are spider webs and dead bugs all over the windows looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months you would think a company would like to keep their office clean for their customers but to each their own.

Let me just say this.... I have been looking for a commuter car and have contacted a few local dealers. Armani Motors contacted me right away and were very professional and kind. At no point did I feel pressure. I showed to view my car and he had it gassed up and pulled up waiting for me. Now I get it, used car salesmen, but he was very straight forward and all the cars were clean... what really impressed me was how clean the dealership was. Armani motors lives up to every negative stereotype of a used car dealership, full of scumbag salesman that will hustle you and sell you a lemon. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.Edit: I went and protested in front of their business and I had multiple people come by and tell me they got burned by these guys too.

BUYER BEWARE :I bought a Subaru sti off these guys like 2/3 weeks ago not even 1 day goes by where I find 3 problems, the cat was bad, it is mis firing, it needed a tune, and to top it off it had an exhust leak, they told me it it was in tip top shape and one there best cars on the lot (they lied) and the grand Total for the fix was 3k but they only offered to give me 400 dollars which they didn’t even send (they finally sent it after weeks of me waiting) and now they ignore my calls, so if you plan on buying a car here, don’t. I wish someone would’ve told me that these guys are just nice to sell you a car they don’t do a inspection on, even though they have a inspection form. I hope i save some people from wasting their money here

Don’t buy a car from here. I bought a car for almost 7k and the problems with it where insane and how they don’t take care of these cars. First of, both front tires where over 15 years old, no brakes pads at all, Stage 3 oil leak in the gasket valve which soaked into and onto EVERYTHING. Had to replace the sparks plugs cause as you guess it. SOAKED IN OIL. Not to mention the starter was going out. Rust in the coolant tank, engine, etc. No transmission at all. Still finding more problems one after another. They definitely over price there cars that are worth scrap metal.

Unfortunately, you can’t select zero stars. One star is way too generous for this outfit.A friend of mine from Germany with limited command of the English decided she needed a vehicle. These “men” charged her a $1,000.00 “loan origination fee” in order to arrange financing for her. After she signed the papers, they walked away, never thanked her for letting them fleece her, said good-bye or anything. Just ignored her.She started having issues with the vehicle almost immediately. After having it towed multiple times and about $4,000.00 later she just about has a vehicle she can count on not being killed in. She stills needs to shell out another $500-700 to have the seal on the moonroof replaced due to massive leakage. Oh, did I forget to mention that driving it through a car wash or when it’s raining requires swim-fins and a snorkel.In short, her experience epitomised the stereotype of the “used car salesman”.If you’re thinking of buying a vehicle there, consider going to Pick-n-Pull, instead. The vehicles are more reliable.

My husband and I went to test drive a 2013 Jaguar XJ with ~60k miles on Saturday 9/5/20. Per the salesman it was in good condition and despite me telling him the “battery low” signal came on before starting the car, he said it was fine, it just hadn’t been driven in a while. (But they told us earlier they just got the car... I’m wondering if they ever drove it at all or if they had it sitting there longer than what they said). Anyways, long story short... 10 mins into our test drive while we were on the freeway, the car started to OVERHEAT, battery signal came on AGAIN, A/C went OUT (it was like 97 degrees out as well), and the power steering started getting TIGHT! I got off on the next exit, pulling the steering wheel with all of my might! We got off on Douglas and was able to pull into the Denny’s parking lot (barely, due to the steering being so hard to turn). There was TONS of smoke coming from the engine. I was so terrified! We called Armani Motors and they apologized and said they would bring someone to get us. It took them 20 mins to get there (when we were only 6 mins away from the shop) and when they came, there was no apologies or anything! It was like normal business! He took a container of WATER out the car and I’m assuming he put it in the Jaguar... I’m writing this review because it’s Thursday 9/10/20 (not even a week later) and I saw it on their website so I called to see if they still were still trying to sale it... I called and low and behold! The sale is pending!! There’s no way they got that fixed it 3 days (as Monday was a holiday)... I wish I could’ve written this review earlier so no one bought that lemon... shady dealership, never going there again

Bought a Porsche Cayenne and it initially had a squeal noise from the blower motor. They said purchase the warranty and it will cover it. Typical sales person lies. It was not covered. beware of this place,won’t be buying a car from them again.

People are nice but theyre your typical used car salemen meaning the niceness goes as far as signing on the dotted line and then youre not their problem anymore. MORE IMPORTANTLY Do not I repeat DO NOT hand them a dollar of your money until you take the car you want to purchase to your own mechanic and have it inspected. These people DO NOT do any kind of vehicle inspection before slapping the for sale sign on it . They will not stand behind the vehicles they sell with any kind of honor or integrity. This is the kind of used car dealership your mother always warned you about. If I could do it all over again this would be the last place I would purchase a car from!!! Dont make the same mistake I did.

Bought a car from them last week paid in full barley made it from Roseville to Modesto and transmission went in to fault mode very disappointed car had no oil in it do they even check these things partially my fault should have paid the $150 to return this thing on a tow truck. Almost might have had better luck buying from a private seller but figured a dealership would have been better now Im stuck with it to bad there isnt a no star rating.

Do NOT NOT NOT buy from them. Check engine light came on 3 days later. Dealer found all sorts of problems including leaks as well as cotton balls dimming the CEL and other dash lights.

I purchased a car here that 2 months later required $7,000 in repairs due to two faulty parts. My ASE Certified mechanic advised me that these issues were certainly present at time of purchase. I tried to reach Armani Motors nearly 30 times to discuss and I never got past their automated recording to speak with a real person. I also tried electronically to reach them and all requested went unanswered.

The salesmen at Armani Motors were very nice and easy to work with. When i took my test drive, the man gave me tips as it was my first time buying a car as a teenager. I would recommend this dealer to anyone as they were not pressuring me into a situation that was not comfortable with.

BUYER BEWARE..I purchased a vehicle from this place and within a month started having problems, like the engine light went off and an issue with the seat belt then oil light came on and it need oil after every 100 miles. Three months now and car has a blowen engine. Called Armani Motors told them asked if they can do anything but he told its not his problem once I drive it off the lot its my problem. So I now have car Im paying on but cant drive and the work on the vehicle cost more then what I had paid for it. DONT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE YOU ARE JUST THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY.

I purchased my vehicle in July and thoroughly enjoyed my buying experience. The entire staff, including Pedy, Kevin and Alex, were friendly and efficient. I did a lot of research and found out their prices were spot on and they have great selection. I have never purchased from an independent dealership but I must admit Armani Motors is definitely the right place to buy a used car from. I also purchased the warranty package recommended by Pedy and Im very happy with that. When I brought my car in for a minor problem last month, it was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. Bad costumer service they dont do great deal rip off

Bought my 12 BMW x5 from their location on Fullerton ave (Sac I think?) about a month ago and the process couldnt have gone any smoother! We worked directly with Sam. He was so patient with me as I got lost during our test drive. I missed 3 exits and he thought we were kidnapping him for a vacation Haha. He was a great sport about it. We talked numbers before we sat down and got down to brass tax. He sat us down in his office while he went to battle for the numbers I wanted and he sure DELIVERED on the first try, like wow! He wasnt joking when he said that he didnt believe in the back and forth game. He really just wants to find people their dream car and feel GOOD about what they leave with. Hes amazing and I definitely recommend working with his. Hes a genuine person and many salesmen should take notes from him :) now on to the fun part Haha. So I had a trade in (mind you, I am new to the trade in process) well, I thought I didnt have to make a payment since they would be paying off my car. I ended up getting a call a couple weeks later from my previous lender about my payment. I freaked out and called Sam right away. He reassured me that the check had gone out for the pay out so I thanked him and that was that. A few days later my previous lender called again and I thought okay something has to be wrong so I called Sam again. This time he spoke to the manager and they reached out to the lender. Long story short, the manager, Payam, ended up canceling the original check and sent another but sent this one OVERNIGHT with tracking. The lender notified me that it had been paid off. These two gentlemen went above and beyond for me (and I live out of state). Words cant describe how grateful I am for the both of them. They are truly amazing to work with through this process so please find them! So they can find your dream and make it reality ;)

Friendly sales, good service to close the deal

I got to admit that this review is way past due. I purchased my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from this dealership about 3 month ago and my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning Sal answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He got me approved at a lower rate than my credit union and was super professional. There was no pressure unlike your typical car dealership and that was very important to me. I called them 3 weeks after my purchase regarding an issue that came up on the vehicle and Sal went above and beyond his way to get things right for me. They really take care of their customers even after the sale which is rare among used car dealers. I couldnt expect any better. I would recommend Armani Motors to all my family and friends and will definitely be back again.

We bought a GL450 from them and within few months the transmission went bad and had to pay thousands of $$$ to fix it. We called them and they said it’s none of their business. Do not buy a car from them until you take a mechanic to inspect it and do all diagnostics. They are scams. Will never recommend no one to them.

Reasonable prices but they promised us the brakes were brand new on the car only to find out that the front brake rotors were warped on the car that I purchased. Not very trustworthy.

Offered good prices, but increased the price by $4k with just a warranty which they kept saying was included however this wasnt even in the asking price, it was added on. They refused to let me buy the car without it, adding a significant amount to the asking price of the car. Waste of time. This also resulted in them making me finance more than I wanted to just so they could squeeze more interest out of the car. They even declined when I offered to pay asking price, cash up front. Very dissappinted! I bought a car here 7 days ago. Today the car overheated. I did buy a warranty but I am questioning that they ever inspected the vehicle. The brake rotors are warped as well. None of these problems manifested until a few days later after I drove it 50 or so miles. I know used cars are a roll of the dice but I took the word of the owner that they are very picky and thourough when buying cars. My other grievance is partially my fault. I should have sought out my own finance. I qualified for much better terms than I received.

Do NOT buy from them we bought a jeep from them almost a month ago & a day later we saw it had no ac coolant in the resivor. We live almost 2 hours away imagine how that wouldve turned out to be then we also noticed that the car started leaking oil we called them and Sal said multiple times it wasnt their problem once we drive it off the lot that he doesnt know how we couldve been driving the vehicle hahaha like really did you see us burning tire as we left your lot? Well we got it fixed and yet again is leaking oil & heats up to 226 & while were driving it itll turn off out of no where which is scary & to top it off the car smelt horrible almost like feet. Poor customer service even when appointment set up prior for test drive, the car was blocked in by most of the lot. When finally approached by salesman and asked how are we going to test drive and the first thing he asked how much down instead of answering question. Money hungry...

I just want to say that the experience I and my family had with Armani Motors was such a great one that from the second we had called them on the phone Pedy, the Sales Manager, was so helpful, answered all our questions and he got us financed before we even went into their store. He even got us better rate than our credit union has given us. When we got there we were treated very professionally unlike most other independent car dealerships and it didnt take all day to take care of buying a car. Pedy explained everything before we started to sign the paperwork. I would suggest everyone to give Armani Motors a try before they finalize their decision in buying a car. They have great selection of quality used cars at very reasonable prices. I will definitely purchase from them again in future.

Buyers beware they are a scam do not sign cancellation policy .they sold me a 2011 BMW on 03/02/20 the check engine light came on 2 hrs later I had to return it the same day they cursed me out and told me leave after I asked for my refund he tried to keep the 500$ for cancellation fee I didnt get to drive the car longer than 2hrs so rude and disrespectful dont get scammed like I did ..
