Brought my phone into this store on Sunday, September 12, 2021. I have a green note 20 and my screen was replaced with a black note 20 screen. This makes my phone ugly as heck. Was not told that it was a black screen only that they could replace the screen. They also failed to put my stylus back into my phone. When I called them, I was told they didnt have my stylus. I drove 40 minutes out to the store and all of a sudden they found my stylus. When I called to discuss the screen, I was told a manager would call me back. That didnt happen. I called today and was told they could either order a new screen and replace it in a week or put my cracked screen back on. They didnt care that I have to drive 40 minutes for a third time for their mistakes.

Great service, good pricing. I had ordered online, had a 9 am reservation, came in early, and he happily replaced the battery at 8:15 AM, giving me enough time to make my doctors appointment.

Bought high end battery here that went bad and lost the charge. Brought the battery back for testing and potential replacement. Was told can not test it as it needs to be charged up overnight. Waited till next day when was told battery is bad but.. they do not have it in stock. They can have replacement in 4 days… but the store that has it is 20 minutes away…basically either I take the battery to the other store for replacement or have to wait 4 days. The fact I can not use my car they care less about. Some staff tried to help but a guy in there, maybe manager, cared less and really needs to improve his customer skills. One thing he accomplished is they lost a few customers.

We came to this store with a phone battery dilemma. The customer Service was excellent. The young lady went beyond to help us. She checked backroom, online stock and she called other location to talk to a technician. I liked that she gave us different options to choose from for our phone problem. We bought 2 new items seprate from our battery problem. Good to know a place where staff knows their business!!!!

0 stars if it was possible. My husband took my fully working Samsung S9+ in here for a screen fix yesterday and the cellular service on my phone has not worked since. They took apart my phone only and only then realized that they did not have the screen replacement in stock!!!! My husband brought the phone back on and it will not connect to the cellular network either at home, work, or anywhere I tried. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR CELL PHONE. Ineptitude rules here.

This is the best store. The staff is knowledgeable and so very kind and helpful. I wish we could still bring our old batteries to them. I still wouldnt think of going anywhere else. We bought a 6 volt dry cell battery in August 2020 after 4 months the battery lost its charge . They said it had a 2 year warranty. Well they charged it 2 weeks lost charge and they wouldnt give a new battery. I will never buy from this store again !

First of all the man offered her a 10 percent discount that she never received second of all the man forgot her case on her phone and insinuated that she had it and that he gave it to her. She looked through her purse and told the man that she didn’t receive it.So he looked in the back to go oh I found it. Not apologizing for the inconvenience he gave it back and said I can help who’s next. We left and will probably not go back.

I went to Batteries Plus in Roseville CA. The Max was great! They had just the battery I needed for my vehicle in an emergency and even though I showed up 20 minutes until closing, they still replaced my battery with so servicing fee. Thank you Max so very much!

It was likely the easiest transaction I have made since this entire COVID19 thing began. I think it was Brittney who helped. she answered the phone when I called. I was still on the freeway. I gave her my name and let her know I had an exchange. She explained the entire procedure to me in 10 seconds. Fast, efficient . I drove up to the store front, she immediately recognized my vehicle and came out with the order. Picked up my exchange from the back of my truck, went inside and a minute later came out with my receipt and refund slip. All told 2 minutes.

First of all it was easy from start to finish. I was able to order my battery for my Pilot online and pick up in the store. A discount was given for doing it that way. I received an e-mail when my battery was ready for me to pick up. Once I arrived at the store I was greeted quickly upon entering. The sales clerk answered all of my questions.

Needed two batteries for a power wheelchair the store I ordered from only had one in stock and said it would take a week at least to order one. Called Battery plus help line to see if they would ship one from one of their other stores .I was told I needed to contact the store where the order was placed. Evidently each store is separately owned. And the help person wasn’t willing to talk to the store. Called the store and explained the situation. They immediately said no, they do not coordinate with other stores. NOT HELPFUL 🦨🦨🦨

Store Manager Jeff Allen is an awesome guy with great attitude and energy. Extremely trustworthy. I brought my 2006 Mercedes R350 for a battery replacement, replacing is pretty complex unlike other cars as the battery is tucked under the front passenger seat.
