Great service throughout the course of our lease. This was our second Subaru and we will probably only lease or purchase Subaru’s going forward. Really appreciate the high quality service and communication from the entire team but especially Roblyn who helped me with my lease return today. Best part of leasing a Subaru is the great value, I returned my lease early to receive a check because it was worth more than I owe. Can’t recommend enough. If you’re on the fence, just head over and see Roblyn she’ll take great care of you!

The service advisors here are super nice and helpful. They will go above and beyond to help you with the various recalls and other issues that show such has cvt transmission leak and sensor airbag replacement that wasnt yet on the recall list. Best service at a dealer ive been too. I no longer own a subaru but i will miss the serive experience the most. Bring your car here and they will take care of you!

Autonation Subaru in Roseville has consistently taken care of my vehicles needs. Ive had some regular services and one recall issue that even let me try out the new 2020 Outback. As a customer I feel taken care of. As the owner of a beautiful Subaru, I dont feel Ive been shorted on the quality of my vehicle, nor its features. Even more so, I feel like my standard transmission vehicle is perfect for my lifestyle.While Im here, let me tell you about how much I loved my time with the 2020 Outback, too. That vehicle has so many fantastic quality of life features, and its beautiful to boot. If I were after a larger family vehicle the 2020 Outback would be it. Its so much more spacious on the inside and its packed with tons of utility to boot.

After only a couple hours, Raj and the department had identified a minor issue and had it repaired and didn’t break the bank. He was honest and helpful and treated us right. I definitely recommend.

My service adviser (Donald) and the rest of the staff in Auto Nation Subaru Roseville had good courtesy and knowledge regarding my vehicle. They have done a thorough job in my car service and gave me there honest evaluation. I felt comfortable knowing that my vehicle was well taken care off by trust worthy people who have done all the important maintenance while avoiding any unwanted expenses for the customer. Really enjoyed buying a car here. I worked with John Schmidt the internet sales guy. He was awesome. We went to Elk Grove Subaru first and they were a little pushy and high pressure sales. John was the complete opposite. He took his time, showed us more of the vehicle then Elk Grove and was very pleasant to deal with. I looked at Subaru Dealers within 100 miles and they were able to get me the best price. I really enjoyed the service. It was my first time buying a new car and it was great experience. Would recommend that people email John and he will take good care of you. Thanks for making the process of getting a new car after a major accident a pleasant one and I got a good deal.

Ive been bringing my Outback in for service there for 2 years, booking service easy, when I deliver my car, they are ready for me and when I pick it up, its usually ready earlier than expected. And Ive never had a problem with the service theyve performed. AND I just bought a new Outback and their negotiation and buying process very streamlined. Fair prices on new and trade-in cars.

The new facility for the service center has been superb. There is plenty of space even with the high volume of customers getting their cars serviced. Ive had the pleasure of having Jason as my service advisor for the majority of the last 2.5 years. I honestly only go to Roseville Subaru because Jason takes care of his customers. I live closer to Maita Subaru, but I make the drive out to Roseville because of the great customer service. Jason and the staff have tended to all my needs and I will continue to get my car serviced at Roseville Subaru as long as I own a Subaru.

We had a great experience with AutoNation Subaru Roseville. We live out of the area and had already settled on the 2020 Outback we wanted and price shopped online. Cory on their sales team was fantastic from the point of submitting our initial email all the way through purchase. He was helpful and professional but never pushy. We had very specific wants in terms of color, trim, and options and Cory made sure we got everything we wanted. We drove in from SF and he had the car ready to go and we were in and out in record time. Cory even took the time to sit and walk us through a full tutorial of the car and never seemed to be in a rush. We also had an issue with stitching on one of the seats starting to pull that we didn’t notice until after we drove back to SF. Cory set up an appointment to get it fixed and even topped off our gas for making the trip back to Roseville.Bradley from their finance department was also great. Really helpful, non pushy and added to the ease of the overall experience.Not usually one for reviews but this was the easiest car buying experience we’ve had and worth sharing with others! Plus their prices couldn’t be beat!

Every single time I bring my Subaru in for service I am impressed! Jim (service advisor) always takes great care of me! He is honest, professional, and communicates very well! He always replies promptly via text and makes sure I know my options. Bought a vehicle from AutoNation Subaru three weeks ago. After driving it twice the check engine light came on. Took in for service and was told that they accidently put the wrong spark plugs in. Not sure how that happens but hey they say its fixed. Less than a week later and driving twice again the check engine light is back on. Ive tried to speak to a manager on numerous occasions but no one very calls me back. Very frustrated. Wish I would have never bought a car from these people!!!!!!

Would say less than 1 star if I could. Brought my WRX here for 2 recall fixes. Taillight and airbag issues. Was told by the service rep that my engine oil was low and rear brakes were nearing replacement level. Got home and read the mechanics list of issues with my car. Said my engine oil was VERY low, low brake fluid and low power steering fluid. Heres the thing, all of my fluids and oil are at perfectly acceptable levels. Its like they werent even looking at my car when they filled it out. Very disappointing.

I have been taking my Subaru to this dealer for over 10 years. They do a pretty good job and prices are fairly competitive. I do have a complaint about my brakes, after they did them in 2017 they make noise when I apply them. They have inspected them numerous times and assured me that they are safe. They do stop the car properly. I have 2 other cars so this one has low miles and still doesnt need a brake job yet. Other than that I have been satisfied with ease of scheduling, professionalism and courtesy of everyone.

My girlfriend and I went to this dealer for a used Subaru Outback.We got there a little early and the sales man I talked to on the phone wasnt there. So we waited till our appointed test drive time and was informed the sales man would not make it. So they assigned us another sales person. we waited in the office about 30 min when they informed us a different guy would be taking care of us. so this is our third sales person. I was going to trade in my vehicle and I knew the trade in value. One of the mangers test drove my car and complained about a grinding noise. Let me give you an idea of the condition of my trade in. I had over 60 records of maintenance history in a binder I brought with me. The car-fax listed at least 60 records. I listened to any hint of a noise all my time owning it and if there was it was immediately fixed at the Niello Service Center. That car ran great and was in top condition, yet they came back with 1000 lower then the Kelly blue book trade in value. My car was worth 8500 they came at me with 7500. Mind you they could sell my car for 12,500, so it wasnt like I was being unreasonable. I said that it was a deal breaker and the said that they couldnt do anything since corporate had control of all aspects of trade in value. By the way this is a load of you know what. They said they would talk to the appraiser and they ended up raising the price to 8005, but by then we where so offended and angry we decided to leave. This was probably the most unprofessional and disappointing experience I have had ever buying a car. They probably lost a 10,000 off the trade in and used car I was going to buy all because they wanted to take every penny out of us.we ended up going to Maita Subaru and they gave us top blue book value so I wasnt upside down on the deal.We got a beautiful cross-trek and they even sold us a warranty(I was overruled by the misses) which I am sure they made a good profit off of too. All auto nation had to do was give me a fair deal, but they lost money because of greed instead. Maita had a bunch of very sweet people working there and it was a world apart from Auto-Nation. I guess that is what happens when you have to choose between a massive corporation and a local dealer. Auto-nation is the Walmart of car dealers. They have no care for customers and all that matters is the bottom line. Making costumers happy isnt a priority.Advice: know your trade in value before you go, or they will take you for every penny they can.A lot of positive reviews are probably from people who didnt know their cars value.

I went in to Subaru of Roseville knowing the car I wanted from all the literature I had read and friends testimonies.Chris met us in the showroom and was very knowledgeable and helpful pointing out different features, etc. Then he worked for 5 hours to get me the car I wanted from another local dealership. After the purchase he was very helpful showing me how to work all the new tech stuff on my car. I have had some questions the following days and when I drive over there Chris graciously comes out to the car and again shows me how to navigate the tech equipment.I was introduced to my service tech .I have had several follow up telephone calls from Chris and other Subaru employees to make sure I was feeling comfortable in my 2020 Subaru Forester.

I will never again buy another car from AutoNation. Their service department is incompetent and basic services take hours to complete. For example, I knew the alignment was off in my car, but because they could not replicate my problem during a short drive, they would not fix it. They suggested I didnt know my car well enough or had driven it long enough to know how it was supposed to drive. I insisted that they would go in and work on it, I would pay for it, even though it should have been covered by my warranty. Lo and behold, they found that the alignment was way off. This is just one example from a list of many. Aside from the poor care from the service department, my car has had 4 recalls in 2 years. Every couple of months they send out a letter saying there is a critical fix required. I bought my Subaru because they have a record of safety and longevity. But to have this many issues makes me question how safe it really is. I know for sure I will never go back to AutoNation and Im 90% sure I will never buy another Subaru, as much as I want to love it.

I had the absolute best experience at Autonation Subaru in Roseville! Elijah worked so hard to find the exact car I wanted, which was not easy to do! Not only did he find one, he kept me updated and communicated with me throughout his search. He searched and searched and made it happen! The model was even upgraded and better than what I thought I wanted! He personally drove to get the car himself to ensure he got it for me! He went above and beyond in every measure and made the experience amazing! My car is beautiful, everything I wanted and more and at price in my budget. I am from out of state and found the car I had been looking for here. A 2020 Outback. The online process was easy and the sales people I dealt with were very helpful and professional. By the time I traveled to pick up the car, paperwork was already done. Rod, my sales rep, had me take it out on a long test drive first, to make sure I liked it. And I did! Loved it!They had to drive me to Reno to save sales tax, as in our state we have none. Rod and Robelyn(the other sales rep) made sure I was comfortable along the way. Rod drove the car there and along the way showed me all the special features a Subaru Outback has to offer. Very impressive!I highly recommend Autonation Subaru if you are looking to buy a new or used Subaru.

Ive been going to this dealership for years and the customer service has always been superb! Their facility is always clean, and the waiting area is really comfortable. I have a 19 Ascent (and a 12 Forester) that I brought in for a very minor issue on a Saturday morning. I was in the area and had no appointment, and just wanted it looked at really quick. They were able to fit me in AND without me saying anything they offered to take care of the two recalls on the vehicle! I was aware of them due to online forums, so it was great that they offered to take care of them that day. They also set me up with a rental car (no charge, although I opted for Enterprises insurance which I probably didnt need) since they would need my car for most of the day. Subaru is among the best, from what Ive read (and experienced), on customer satisfaction and handling any issues with vehicles. Thanks!

We have bought a lot of new cars in our lifetime. We went into AutoNation twice this time around looking at Subaru’s. The first time we went in we met with Melissa Hippo and the next time was with Jeff Goodman. Both sales representatives were wonderful to deal with and made it a very pleasant experience. When we came back in the 2nd time, Melissa was on vacation, so that is how we met up with Jeff.Outside of the fact that we LOVE our new car, the dealership and their representatives were AMAZING.Other dealerships we have gone into did everything to try and force feed a sale on us, trying to break us down with high pressure sales methods. AutoNation was RELAXED, allowed us to leave and when we were ready, we came back to them. NO hard sell tactics here. Cory Burnett helped me with the sale and was, at all times, professional and helpful but never pushy or aggressive. The car I bought was at another dealership and Cory made the trip to go get it. I took my Forester for recall service and was helped by service advisor Raj Sarin who was so kind and helpful throughout. My car ended up needing more work than I anticipated and he took the time to carefully explain my options. I had expected to pay for oil change only to find out he took care of it for me. Then on a whim I met with sales consultant John Talaga who offered to buy my car outright. Paid it off! I thought for sure I couldn’t get enough to pay it off but they did! I can’t say enough about these two guys. I got more than I bargained for at Subaru Roseville! Can’t wait to come back when I’m ready to buy!

Very Professional. Repairs were done on time and price quoted was what I paid. I had problems with Autowest Honda in the past not honoring warranty work and adding additional repair costs to an oil change. A completely different experience with Subaru. Asia was amazing and walked me around the car i was looking at and treated me like i was buying a sports car. Service tech Jim Carey did a great job of keeping me up to date on a major repair (transmission replacement on a 5 year old Forester) He first verified that it was under warranty and there would be no cost to me. He also did a complimentary full inspection of the vehicle. In a few days I was driving out with a new transmission and no problems since.

I bought a used Subaru for my daughter. I would have given four stars. Jeff was nice enough the deal didn’t drag the on and on. But today my daughter and I were in her car heading for the airport and it started to make a bumping noise that go worse so I called my husband to switch cars because I didn’t think the car was going to make it to Sacramento. When he looked at the car he found the right front wheel lug nuts were very loose. No Wrench in the car he had to go 5 miles an hour till he got home. I am so grateful the tire did not come off while my daughter was driving. What will go wrong next! So much for Subaru certified inspection! And I was going to go back to buy an assent. I’ll find a more thorough dealership for that purchase.

Had my Outback service in June for 12k mi. Service writer provided service handout minimum service with cost of approx $350. After getting home looked in service guide and only 3 items listed witm most expensive an oil & filter change and AC filter.This month Battery went dead & I charged it 3 straight days. I checked fluid in battery which was over and inch low. That was supposed to have been checked in June.Service Mgr indicated indicated the service handout was not meant to indicate warrant required items.that all was needed to keep in warranty but could do nothing about the $300 I was overcharged and they did not provide all that I was charged for. Only said they do some training. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT

I purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback Touring XT through the Costco Auto Program. As this model is in short supply at dealerships AutoNation had to order it from the factory. I was able to equip my new car exactly as I wished and it was delivered at least a week ahead of schedule.My contact at the dealership was Michael Hothan, the Internet Sales Manager. Michael was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of ordering through delivery. Hi there, I bought my Outback from Roseville Subaru, but I live 70 miles away! Tyler Mezzaranez was my Salesman. He was an excellent salesman. He quoted me the best price I got anywhere in the Bay Area. So I went with Roseville. I ordered the car with everything I wanted they gave me a nice discount and when the car came in Tyler called us and we picked it up. Tyler went over everything about the car with us. We only went to Roseville one time, to pick up the car. The financing department however was slow and there was only one fellow working during the week/weeknights. So that took about 3 hours! And we were prequalified. But really the car is great and it was the easiest car buying experience we have had. Thank you Tyler and Roseville Subaru! We love the Outback!!

Nothing means more in today’s world than to find an organization that owns their responsibility and follows through. Their service department is a sham, they tried to tell me that I needed new bushings and struts based on having extreme road noise in the cabin. Take my car to Scotty’s Automotive in Roseville, my vehicle is diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes....no grease on the slides of the break calipers. What Subaru quoted for $600+, Scotty’s fixed for less than a quarter of the price and said both struts and bushings are totally fine. Bring your vehicle here if you want to pay over $100 to have them look at it and tell you misinformation.
