My girlfriend & I made 2 visits and decided on a mattress and adjustable base. Dominique was very helpful. No pressure whatsoever as they aren’t commission sales there. she provided us quotes to think about to take home with. We returned the next day and tried out the two mattresses we were debating from once more before deciding. We ended up with the pro adapt medium hybrid because of the springy coils. This was a great experience here in the store. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful!

We walked into temper pedic originally just wanting to try out the topper and pillows. We wanted to see what the hype was in regards to it and if it really lived up to the online videos, however, what we were not expecting was to experience the mattress that we later end up buying. Dominique (the sales rep) walked us through every type of mattress and explained to us differences that my husband and I had no idea impacted sleep. We ended up purchasing an amazing mattress with a power base. We highly recommend this store to people who interested in upgrading their mattress and looking to improve their sleep. As we have been told before, you spend 1/3 of your life sleeping, dont you want to get the best possible sleep? (while that line is very sale pitch like, its true). Overall my husband and I can’t wait to enjoy our bed and improvement in our sleep.

It seems weird to be writing a review saying I had a wonderful time buying a mattress.. but here I am!We went into Tempur Pedic and worked with Dominique. From the start, she was SUPER nice, helpful without being pushy, and she was a very thoughtful listener. I thought I wanted a super plushmattress but after listening to myself and my husband, she gently encouraged us to try some mattresses that were ACTUALLY what we wanted. We ended up with a mattress that is considered firm which I didnt think Id want but Dominique helped us find the exact perfect bed. Thats the kind of person you want helping you making this big of apurchase! The selection was great, and Dominique did let us try whatever we wanted. She didnt hover and wasnt pushy. Im a super bargain shopper so I was looking for price comparisons and honestly I couldnt find a better deal on the mattress we selected as they are all price locked. All around it was a great experience.

I came in because I made the mistake and bought a box mattress from Costco online which was just horrible for my back. I went in to Tempur Pedic just looking for a mattress topper and ended up purchasing a complete foam mattress and adjustable bed frame. Please read: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. THEIR CREDIT CARD SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY.I purchased a mattress from Neil on Sept 6, 2021 costing $6,696.69. They claimed the transaction did not go through and did not provide us with a delivery for the mattress or even give us the pillows we purchased. I called my credit card company (Citi bank) and had Neil speak to them on the phone to confirm the transaction did go through.This transaction is being billed to me still, after 8 days, and is on the credit card statement I received from the bank a couple days ago. I called the store every day last week, and just kept getting the run-around multiple times with them saying they dont see the transaction on their end and that they will get back to me.I contacted Tempur-Pedic directly and sent them details including a screenshot of my bank statement. A rep named Steven Livingston contacted me on Friday Sept 10. He said he couldnt see it on his end either and recommended I do a chargeback on the charge. He said he would approve it as soon as he got it.I initiated a chargeback with my credit card company last week, and now according to the credit card company need to wait until December for it to be resolved!The store called me this past weekend wanting me to pay them AGAIN! The charge is still on my card!! Obviously, I cannot have them charge me again without the dispute being resolved first. I called today to let them know that I need the dispute resolved first or for them to remove the charge from my card. The lady I spoke to acted like it was a pending transaction or that it was somehow my fault. She was rude and said, okay but the sale ends today. Alright lady.Do I recommend Tempur-Pedic, probably yes. Do I recommend this store? Not if you actually want a mattress or if you value your time. I have spent countless hours on this issue already with no end in sight.

I started to feel that my bed was too high & needed to lower the legs of the frame. Tempurpedic was the first mattress I ever owned. It had been several years since I purchased one. I’m so glad I was able to work with Matthew here at this location. He is very knowledgeable and based on my needs, he was able to pair me with the mattress that was best for my needs (Luxe Breeze for the win!) Not only was his store immaculate, it smelled good in there, very clean. Shopping for a mattress can be an overwhelming experience. The combination of Matthew’s great service and well-kempt store made it a very pleasant experience for me. 10/10 stars, and would definitely recommend coming to this location if you need a new mattress.

My entire life I have always purchased firm mattresses - I assumed a softer mattress would lead to aches and pains. After speaking with Matthew, whom was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I tried the Tempur-Pedic LUXEbreeze. I wasnt sure I liked it at first, but after a few minutes I fell in love with it. Ive now had the bed a couple of months and I can honestly say Ive never slept better. We also purchased the adjustable base - something I never thought I needed but now I cant live without it! I highly recommend this bed if you sleep hot, or used to waking up in the middle of the night because you cant get comfortable, or just want to start your day feeling rested. Good sleep is so important! Make sure you see Matthew!!!

Buyers beware, No returns on pillows. Purchased a $180 pillow, hard as a rock. Sales associate didn’t mention anything about there “no return” policy.

I was very pleased with the service delivered by Dominuque(I believe was the correct name) She was VERY knowledgeable and didnt push me in making my decision. Very cordial personality!!My only reasons for not being totally satisfied were the delay time in actual delivery, (approximately 1 week) and the unavailability of the sheets I purchased. Overall I would recommend this store to another person with no hesitation.
